You could hear laughter of 2 mobians having fun watching a show, as two children slept sweetly on their laps. The boy stopped laughing as he heard soft snoring from the small yellow squirrel. He smiled and looked to the other child as she slept fondly on his partner's lap.

"Honey Give me a sec. Im just gonna take them to their rooms" said Mighty as he picked up the sleeping boy and took him to his room.

"I'll help you its no big deal" Offered Honey as she took the armadillo girl in her arms and walked with Mighty to the rooms

"Fine, thats Matilda's room if you need a hand let me know"

The cat nods and goes to the bedroom. Mighty does the same for Ray, getting him into bed slowly so he doesn't wake up. Once he was done, he carefully removed the squirrel's goggles and scarf, placing them on a coat rack in the room.

As he tucked the boy in he saw him shaking and groaning. Mighty sat down on the bed and caressed the boy's head sweetly, thanks to this Ray's dream became more peaceful and he smiled in his sleep. A single word came from the boy's mouth as he slept.

"...Mom..."

Mighty was shocked by his little brother's sleep talk. Ever since they went in search for Matilda, Mighty has been questioning about Ray's parents. Where were they? Who were they? And, if they were luck, were they alive? He thought just because his parents were dead that doesn't mean Ray's parents were too.

When he was able to get into the Eggnet back in Mercia, he searched for information on Ray's parents and lead to a dead end, same when he visited Matilda when she had to stay due to unfortunate circumstances. He once asked the Baron if he could search for any information about Ray's family, thankfully the Baron granted his wish and Mighty stayed the whole day looking in the Eggnet and in other documents for any information or whereabouts of them.
And both searches lead to the same place....

No where...

Mighty felt he let his best friend, his brother, down by not being able to get any information about his family. All he wants is that Ray can have a loving family, where he could be happy and safe, whether its with his parents or with him and the Chaotix.

"You're ok buddy" Mighty whispered to Ray reassuring him he was safe and that he isn't alone.

Mighty pat Ray's head one last time before getting up and leaves the room. As he was heading out he heard something that placed his mind at ease

"Thanks...Mighty"

Mighty smiled and closed the door carefully. Walking back to the living room he saw Honey cleaning up where they were just a few minutes ago.

"Thanks for helping me out with Matilda, Hon. I owe you one" Mighty told the famous fashionista as he was fixing the blankets they used.

"Oh it was nothing. She was as light as a feather and out like a light" She replied with a small giggle.

"She has always been light even before I got my strength... Hey Honey you don't mind sleeping here do you? Its just that  the warp ring is very noisy and its too bright, I don't want to wake my siblings up....also I don't think it has a "mute" nor a "do not disturb" mode" Mighty jokes as Honey laughs.

"Sure where do I stay?"

"My room"

"But where are you staying?"asked Honey very concerned

"The living room"

"Ohh no you're not sleeping on the couch, besides we've been dating for almost 2 years now its fine"argued the cat to the armadillo, who only raised his arms

"Ok ok we aren't doing the reverse "kicked out of bed" routine. Fine I'll sleep in my room too....just don't freak out" said Mighty as he blushed at the thought.

"Uh-huh I'm freaking out~" Giggled the cat as she teased the boy, who blushed even more at the embarrassment.

"S-Stop" laughed the armadillo as he took out another pillow for his girlfriend.

They laughed and went to bed in the peaceful night, but it would be a peaceful one for long.
