~Madison

I decided to wear one of the outfits Cameron bought me. He also bought a purse to match, how sweet was he? I had to admit, as much as I didn't like having purses and all those other girly stuff, this outfit actually looks and feels good on me. I felt more confident and special. I have to thank Cameron again for the outfit, and for making me feel confident.

My dad thought it'd be nice if he dropped me to school today. Just so he could give me a lesson along the way about boys and their motive to ruin girls' hearts. But I completely ignored him, as usual. I mean he was right, guys do that all the time, but not all guys. Cameron is different.

Ever since my dad dropped me off, people have been smiling and whistling at me, which is really uncomfortable. I just had to deal with it until I got to my locker. And when I tried to open my locker, Brooklynn and her Brook-bots got in my way.

"So, where were you yesterday? I was waiting for almost two minutes? Brooklynn Peters doesn't wait for no one." I didn't want to lie, but I didn't want her to know that I was with Cameron. She could make that a huge problem.

***"Well, I-I, you see, I- was with my dad and-"

"Madison, you're such a terrible liar, believe me, I saw you try to audition for the play last year. But Tammy told me that she saw you at the mall with Cameron. Were you stalking him or did he lose a bet?"

"Actually, I-"

"It doesn't matter what you were doing, just stay away from him. He doesn't want you and you'll never have him." She shoved me out of her way and headed back to a different direction. She gets nastier and nastier each day.

I finally opened my locker, now that Brooklyn and her bots were out of my way. I could see Cameron and his friends in the mirror of my locker. They were getting closer and closer.

"Hey Madison, I see you're wearing the outfit, I told you it'd look fabulous on you." he said hugging me from behind. Wow he was smooth. Girls loved hugs from behind. We don't know why, we just do. "By the way, this is Nash, Carter and Matt. Guys this is Madison, she's interviewing me for the paper."

"Wow, so you're the famous Mads." Matt said amazed.

"Sup, I'm Carter." Carter said, having more swag than I thought he would.

"It's nice to meet you Madison, Cameron was talking about you all-morning, and we just had to meet you. In fact, you should sit with us at lunch, whadda say?" Did Nash really ask me that question? Me, Queen of the Nerds to sit with them? No way.

"No, I couldn't, I wouldn't want to take up space."

"No it's fine. There's plenty of space, and there's only four us anyways. It'd be fun to have a girl around for once." Nash and Cameron started giving me those puppy-dog eyes, and I just couldn't deny.

"Okay, I'll do it!" I shouted. What did I put myself into?

"Great! See you at lunch Madison!"

"Bye Mads!"

"Nice meeting you!" Nash, Matt, and Carter said waving goodbye to get to their classes. I liked them. They were so cool. I expected them to be highly upset that their best friend hung out with a nerd.

"Shall we get to class?" Cameron said shaking me out of my thoughts.

"Yeah sure." I closed my locker shut, walking shoulder-to-shoulder with Cameron, getting the evil eye from Brooklynn as I passed her by.

Sorry for the short chapter, but I hope everyon's enjoying it.

Unfortunately, #CallMeCam did not go so well, but there's always next week.

I did decide to cast Madison Beer as the character Madison because she's insanely gorgeous, and they both have the same name, so I figured why not? Sorry if you disagree.
