Where do I start when you're explaining to your journal what an amazing time you've had today? Other than the part where your dad sees you almost getting kiss by the school's eye-candy.

But I guess I'll have to start from the very beginning.

Dear Journal,

Man did you miss a lot! And I am sorry for that, but I'll catch you up on everything. Cameron and his friends came by to my locker to invite them to sit with them at lunch, can you believe that? After that, I got to cut in front of the line with the help of Nash and Cameron, and did I mention it was Nacho Tuesday?

Then, Brooklynn tried to ruin my lunch with the boys by spilling nacho cheese all over me, so I had to change into my gym clothes. After changing into my gym clothes, and Cameron told me that he loved hanging out with me and tomorrow, I'll be at Nash's house playing video games! Could you believe that?

When I got to Cameron's house, I finally interviewed him, but learned something about him, that we're not so different. ***I thought with my parents splitting up, I had no one that knew how it felt, until Cameron told me his dad was in a car accident, leaving him in a single-parent house. Imagine how hard it was for him, having no one as a dad figure in his life. It's sad.

But, sadness turned into happiness when Cameron asked me to hang out with him Friday night! He didn't say it was a date, but just us hanging out. We tried to kiss yet again, but then my dad stopped us. Of course he have me a lecture about boys and I bet he'll try to give me another one later on.

After writing that extremely long message to Journal, I decided to start on my homework for Mr. Gilbert, I think it'd be pretty disrespectful to ask him about the assignment and not do it. But there was a knock on my door, it was my dad. Oh brother, here come the lecture, part two.

"Madison, we're not done with this discussion. You can't run away to your room with every problem you have to face."

"Dad, there is no problem. You're judging Cameron without even getting to know him first."

He was about to yell, but stopped himself. Looks like he cooled down.

"You know what, you're right. So until you introduce me to him properly, you are not to hang out with him outside of school now that you guys are done the interview, and that goes for any other boy. Though the boys in your math-club is fine with me. I trust them." He said slamming my room door shut.

Of course you trust them because they're nerds.

No offense to nerds, they're just not Cameron Dallas.
