[ Chapter 1 ]

You were peacefully playing with your little brother, Navin, with his favorite letter blocks, when the door was suddenly slammed open by your, furious looking, mother, she looked really pissed off.

"(Y/N)! What are you doing!? Shouldn't you be studying!?"

"mom it's literally holiday, I finished yesterday.."

"........ Go do your chores!"

You realized she didn't want you to 'waste your time' on playing, oh, that's why she had asked you if you had studied.

You gave up and left Navin's bedroom, you knew you couldn't keep up a fight with my mother, you'd definitely lose and like always, you'd be in trouble.

She never really cared about your brother either, you were the one who basically raised him for the past 6 years.

The problem is, he already gets troubled and he had only started school last year, no matter how many times you'd tell your parents, they never listened.

You headed to the kitchen, and you started to wash the dishes and cups, you could hear your parents talking outside in the living room.

So you decided to eavesdrop to what they were talking about from the kitchen.

While you were listening, you got a little distracted and dropped a pan on you foot, ''oh why does it have to be that life hates me this way?..''
You hoped your mother wouldn't have heard it, and for the first time you were lucky.

After you finished, you headed to your bedroom to look for something for you damned foot.

You started digging through your drawers when you heard being called by your mother.

You stumbled across the living room, asking for what they needed.

"(Y/N)! Since Navin and you seem so bored with nothing to do, me and your father discussed together and found the perfect thing for you two!" She chirped.

"We decided we should have you two participating in a summer camp!" Your father added.

"...okay, why not?"

I smiled at them, looking happy, but sometime, the water only shows reflection and not what's under it...
