Be careful,
You cause someone to do things,

They could be going through things,

Family problems,
Financial problems,
Self consciousness,
Confidence issues,
Anything really.

Maybe they were cutters,
And they got better.
But the comment you made,
Caused them to start again.
I know some of you are thinking,

It's your doing.
You caused it.

Have you ever cut yourself?
If you have,
You know it's addicting.
Once you start,
You don't really want to stop.

It takes a little while,
Before you're ready to endure other people's crap.

Try thinking about it;
Someone you know says
Go kill yourself.
You don't matter.
You're ugly.
You're so stupid.

You know what that means?
Those are comments,
Coming from people,
Who don't have anything else to do,
Than put you down.

Can you imagine that?
It's bullshit.

But all of it is just crap.
And sure it makes you stronger,
The more you endure,
But it only makes you stronger,
If you brush it off.

If you can brush it off,

The person looking up,
Up at you because you put them down,
Can't do that yet.
And you aren't helping at all.
