I've never been one for fear,
Never been known to cower if afraid.
I will die for what I hold dear,
I will die to come to my love's aid.

I've never been afraid of the pain,
The more pain the more gain,
Right?
So to all those who are scared,
Why some things you can't be dared,
What's your reason behind your motive,
To fear something you lay in front of?

You shouldn't be scared.
Whatever you're afraid of,
It feeds off your fear,
Until it eats your soul.

Whatever you're afraid of,
Why be afraid?
Can it hurt you?
Is it mental?
Or do you fear something,
As inevitable as the future?
Not gonna lie;
Sometimes I do too.

But you gotta learn to let go.
Let go of all the things that you fear,
And just live while you still can.

Someday,
You won't be able to climb as high.
Years ago you feared the high.

Someday,
You won't be able to ride the ride.
Years ago you feared the machinery.

Someday,
You won't be able to walk at night.
Years ago you feared the dark.

All these things that you are afraid of,
Are nothing but limitations.

Let me tell you the only thing I fear;
I fear the little girl I raised,
Will grow in fear.
All I want for her is a family.
That fairytale that no one really gets.
But I can still hope can't I?

I'm doing all I can,
I fear her future because it's out of my control.

I've let go of my other fears.
I'm not afraid to take someone on.
I'm not afraid to walk at night.
I'm not afraid to ride the ride.
I'm not afraid to live.

I don't fear other people,
I don't fear the dark,
I don't fear the machinery,
I don't fear death itself.

But I'm still getting over my fear of the
Future.
