Zayn POV

I have had Louis on my mind all the time now a days. I don't know what to do. I can't keep hurting him and hurt Niall in the process ?

If Harry and Liam found out it would be bloody hell for me. Me and the boys drive to Louis's flat. First thing I see when we pull up is Louis laughing and playing with some tall guy with hazel coloured hair and blue eyes.

We all got out if my car. When Louis noticed us. "Guys. This is Alix. Alix this is Zayn, Liam, Harry,and Niall"
Alix gave us a slight smile."Nice to meet all of you." Liam shook his hand then.

We were hanging out when I noticed Louis and Alix being weird in the kitchen. "Hahahaha ! Stop tickling me Alix ! The frosting on my cake won't come out right !"

Then Alix's deep chuckle echoed. "Seriously ? Your gonna pull that fake
lie on me ?" Then Niall was moaning in pain.

"Niall what's wrong ?" Niall howled in pain again before Liam spoke. "Zayn we need to get Niall to the hospital. I think he is going into labor." Harry helped me carry Niall outside to the car. Liam got Louis and Alix to come out and help.

We took off for the hospital. Niall was in so much pain that it broke my heart. Once we got there Liam signed in for us and they wheeled Niall off on a stretcher. You could still here his screams as he drifted down the hall.

" I hope Niall is ok.", I say as I pace around possibly causing a draft. Then this nurse showed up. "Family of Niall Horan ?" We all stood up. She motioned for us to follow her. "We entered the room and there were 5 seats waiting for us. " Take your seating. Niall should be waking up any minute. The doctor will be with you shortly. "

We all sat down shortly after Niall started waking up. "Zayn ? Guys where am I ?" I shushed Niall and told him to relax. "Everything is going to be fine Ni. Trust me on that."

"Love ya Zaynie." I chuckled and told him I loved him too. Then doctor then walked in. "Zayn Malik ?" I instantly shot up. "Yes ? What happened to Niall ?"

She seemed quite content for some reason. "Niall had given birth to your new twin baby boys. Your a father. I have son antibiotics for Niall to take so he gain his full strength back. And to make sure he doesn't strain himself. Congratulations !"

Niall sat up a little."May I see them ? My babies ?" She gave Niall a gentle smile. "Of course Niall. I will be right back with them.

I turned to Niall. "What will be their names ?" Niall sighed. "Carter Harold Malik. Will be the twin that was first. The second twin will be James Greg Horan. That way they have both of our names."

I smiled so huge when he had said that. The doctor came back with our boys. "Here's your first boy." Niall took ahold of him and he instantly stooped crying. He started at Niall and Niall started back.

"I love you Carter. So beautiful. My boy." I went and took Carter so that I could hold him. He started laughing when he was looking at me. I wonder why ? We put Carter back in the little crib he was brought into the room in. By then I turn and see Niall in tears as he holds our second son James.

"James...So unique. I know you are going to do great things." He kissed James's head before I lyed him down next to Carter.

"So....can we take the boys home ?", I asked the doctor. "I suggest waiting till Niall has his full strength back. Don't worry I will personally be taking care of Carter and James while your gone. Head to the lobby and sign out. The nurse from before will bring Niall and his antibiotics to you promptly."

We did as we were told and left Niall hospital room. Soon enough Niall was wheeled to us in a wheelchair. "These are very sedative antibiotics. They will make Niall drowsy. Make sure he takes these after digestion of food."

I nodded as we wheeled Niall to the car. He was already asleep. I played him across Liam, Harry , and Alix's laps . Louis sat in the front passenger seat. We all rode back to Louis's house and let Niall rest on the couch.

Louis was being suspiciously quiet for some reason. He had walked back into the living room and had set orange juice in other homely stuff out for Niall. I have never seen him act like this.

"Zayn why are you staring at me like that ?" I shook my head as I realised I was staring at Louis. "Shocked is all. I am shock. I didn't mean to stare." Louis shrugged it off and headed to get blankets to wrap Niall up in. After all he just gave birth.
