After few days...

*At Taehyung's engagement*

Mr.Choi welcomed everyone...The hall was filled with famous and rich people as it was the engagement of Mr.Choi's only daughter...

In the middle stood Taehyung with his to-be wife Choi Sunmi...

Taehyung wore a black suit....

Meanwhile Sumi wore a off white coloured gown....And her hair tied neatly into a bun.

Both of them looked beautiful...

Sunmi glanced at Taehyung who was standing beside her with a small smile on his face...

She shyly looked down....She was happy....She had liked Taehyung from the day she got to know about their marriage...

But on the other hand Taehyung was not at all happy about the marriage....He loves Y/N....But he was helpless....He had to do this for his company....

Finally everyone seated themselves and the engagement ceremony begun...

The priest said to the bride...

Priest: You may slide the ring in his ring finger...(He said as Sunmi did that)

Now the priest said the same to Taehyung...

But before he could do that his phone rung making everyone look at him.....

He kept the ring back at the box and excused himself from their...

Mr.Choi and Sunmi both felt embarrassed....

Sunmi looked towards the direction he went with sad eyes....

*Meanwhile*

*At the backstage*

Jungkook was getting his makeup done....

Makeup artist: Done sir!

As she said that Jungkook stood up from the chair and walked towards the door...

Before he could open the door the manager barged in the room...

Manager: Jungkook hurry! Fans are waiting for you....You have to go up on the stage now.....

He nodded but before he could walk out of the room his phone which was kept on the table rang....

He looked back at it and and then at the manager who went away...

Both Taehyung and Jungkook's POV

received the call....

WHAT???!! W-Wait....I-I'm coming.....

Taehyung's POV....

I quickly hung up and went running towards the exit....

On my way I was stopped by Mr.Choi....

Mr.Choi: Wait...Were are you going?? It's your f***g engagement...(He whispered yelled at him while smiling to his daughter who was looking at them worriedly)

TAEHYUNG: I h-have to go Mr.Choi.....Its i-important....I can't l-lose her...Not when she is in this c-condition...(He said with a pleading tone)

Mr.Choi looked at him narrowing his eyes...

Mr.Choi: Think about it Taehyung....It might affect your future....(He warned him)

Taehyung looked at him coldly and said

I don't care

Saying this...He ran out of the hall...Which shocked Sunmi....and all of the guests...Mr.Choi looked at Taehyung going outside with angry eyes....

*Meanwhile*

*In the backstage*

The concert was already 10 minutes late....The manager came to the changing room....And asked a staff there...

Manager: WHERE IS JUNGKOOK??!!! WE ARE ALREADY LATE!!!!(He shouted at the staff)

Staff: S-Sir....H-He just w-went inside t-the changing r-room....(He said while looking down)

Just then the door of the changing room opened revealing Jungkook with a worried and scared expression.

The manager looked at him from head to toe with widened eyes.

Manager: Where are your clothes??!! W-Why did you wear this??? You're gonna perform with these clothes?? And what that b-bag is for??!! (He asked panicking since it was already so late)

Jungkook held his hands and said...

JUNGKOOK: H-Hyung...I-I'm sorry...B-But I can't perform today...P-Please...do something and m-manage the situation...(He pleaded his manager)

The manager's eyes were about to pop out...

Manager: W-What do y-you mean by you c-can't perform??!! ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND??!! THE FANS HAVE PAID SO MUCH FOR THE TICKETS...JUST TO SEE YOU PERFORM!!!! WTF HAS HAPPENED TO YOU??!! (He shouted at him for the first time)

Jungkook's eyes widened seeing him like this for the first time....

JUNGKOOK: P-Please....I-I have to go...It's important...Please manage...I'm sure the fans would understand...Just tell that I'm sick or something...

Saying this he quickly ran outside of the backstage...

Manager: W-WAIT!!!! JUNGKOOK!!!! (He called him but Jungkook didn't stop)

*Taehyung and Jungkook while driving their cars*

I'll not let anything happen to you....I can't afford to lose you again...

I need you.....I love you...

The more you push me away, the more I'll come back to you Y/N....

The both of them pulled their car brakes infront of the hospital...

Taehyung and Jungkook both looked at eachother from eachothers car's front glass....

Both of them came out of the car and ran inside the building....

*Inside the hospital*



Taehyung and Jungkook both reached at the same time...They looked around and spotted Y/N's doctor, Dr. Hyun.

Taehyung and Jungkook bothe walked towards him...

TAEHYUNG: D-Doctor where is Y/N?(He asked Dr.Hyun who was talking with the hospital director)

Dr.Hyun looked at them with sad yet angry eyes....He pointed at the room infront of them...

Jungkook turned back and went towards the the door and looked through the small glass window...

Jungkook widened his eyes and again looked back at the doctor....

Seeing his expression Taehyung also checked reacting the same way...

JUNGKOOK: D-Doctor...W-What happened t-to her? ( He asked with a shaky voice)

Dr.Hyun looked at both of them and then walked away....

Taehyung and Jungkook looked at eachother and followed him....

Dr.Hyun took them to the doctor's chamber.

Jungkook and Taehyung entered the chamber and saw another doctor...

The doctor stood up as Dr.Hyun introduced him...

Dr.Hyun: This is Dr.Kim...He is handling Y/N's case....

Dr.Kim greeted them and told them to sit...

He looked at Dr.Hyun as he nodded....Then Dr.Kim started to speak...

Dr.Kim: So....I guess you both are well aquatinted with the fact that she was suffering from serious depression and anxiety for 10 years now...As Dr.Hyun said to me....And 3 days back...She had a serious panick attack because of which her neighbours admitted her here....We did our tests and the reports have come out...

Dr.Kim sighed which worried Taehyung and Jungkook more...

TAEHYUNG: W-What happened d-doctor?! She is f-fine right? (He asked getting more anxious)

Dr.Kim: She has brain cancer...Third stage....
