*(Y/N)'s POV*

Silence. That's what was between us as we wait for Fire. I hug Ice for comfort as we wait hours upon hours just for him to wake up. Ices burns were healed as we wait and he fell asleep a while ago. I sigh getting up to stretch and feel Fires head. Normal, but he looks like he's in pain. I check his body, finding nothing to be wrong. 'I wonder if it's inside of him that's causing this? Or the curse made him look like this?' I thought as I felt a hand on mine and seen it was Fires, but he's still asleep. 'I guess it's a reflex or soemthing.' I held his hand as he has a worried face. "No... please don't do it... I'm sorry for what I've done... I never ment to hurt you..." Fire mumbled in his sleep as he gripped my hand. I shake him a little, but the grip got worse as I felt a little pain. I try to pull away to only to be pulled on to Fire and to be bear hugged by him. I to get out of his arms to only be rendered useless. I sigh as he calms down a bit as he holds me. 'Fire... I hope nothing else happens to you... If anything was to happen again I would feel useless for not stopping it.' I sigh as Fire slowly starts to wake up, looking around in confusion. "(Y/N)? What happened? Where are we?" "You don't remember, do you?" "Remember what? Did something happen?" I looked away as he asked many questions. Fire saw Ice all bandaged up while he was asleep and this caused him to panick. "Did I hurt Ice! No, what have I done!" "Fire, please calm down. The curse controlled you and was causing you to try to kill. Ice chained you down so you wouldn't hurt anyone while he left for the cure. I kept an eye on you while he was gone... you scared me and manipulated me..." I said with tears coming down my face as he tried to wipe away my tears. "Don't cry, I'm sorry for what I've done, I never ment to hurt you." Fire said as he hugged me as i continued to cry. "I know, but it scared me so much." I sniffled as the tears stopped coming. We sat there with only the sound of our breathing. I lay my head on his chest, listening to his heartbeats, steady yet soft. Slowly, I start to fall asleep to the sound of his heartbeat.

*Fire's POV*

(Y/N) fell asleep after a few minutes as I hold her in my arms. Looking down at her I move some hair away from her face to show off her pale skin. 'Why does she care about me... I mean, we met just a few weeks ago and we're together... but is there another reason why she's with me? I don't really know why and I have a feeling that I'll find out soon...' I thought as I kiss her head while Ice wakes up. "Hey Ice, how you feelin?" "Burnt, but I'm okay... I see that you're awake now, I'm glad that you're alright..." "I'm sorry for hurting you... I never meant for this to happen..." "It's not your fault, it was the curse that was controlling you. I'm glad that I came in time or you would've ended up killing (Y/N)." Ice said as he sat up a bit. I look at him in shock and in fear that I could've easily killed (Y/N), thinking that she could be dead by now with everywhere in a blaze. I hold her tighter as Ice saw me distress. "Calm down Fire, everything's going to be fine. The curse is gone and (Y/N) is safe." "I know... but what if you didn't make it in time? She would be dead by now and it would be all my fault." I say as I held my breath a bit to calm myself down, Ice sighed shaking his head. 'This is going to be a long night.' I thought as I held (Y/N) close and looked at the night sky, seeing the stars shine bright down upon us. Like something big is going to happen soon and I didn't like that one bit.
