After dinner Alby took my arm and led me to where they slept. "You have a choice, sleep near us cause protection in numbers or sleep further away cause you are a girl. It's up to you. I'll leave you to decide." He told me before walking of into the darkness.

I sat down on the dry dirt and soft grass; wrapping the green mess around  my fingers. I wonder who put me, us, here and I wonder why.

"I'm gonna stick near you, I trust you all." I told them walking back towards the sleeping area.

Newt passed over a rolled up sleeping bag. He had a smile spread across his face that made the stars pale in comparison.

Wow, that sounded so cliché!

I laid the bag on the ground and removed my jacket and snuggled into the soft cosy fabric.

I looked up. The stars were sprinkled like dust flying across the night sky.

It's so beautiful.

As soon as my head hit the padded pillow placement, I was falling into a deep sleep.

My dreams were odd. It was like a bunch of images flying in front of my eyes. A blond woman, a blue room and a monster of a man, a man with no eyes.

I awoke with a start.

It took me a minute to remember everything but once I did I found a smile spread thin across my lips.

I couldn't wait to get started.
