Here's how you read the title of my book:

Read the left side first going down

Then move on to the right side and read downwards like with the left.

Then lastly, move on to the red heart on the tree with the word 'Me?' in it and if you put all of the words together then it should spell:

"You Idiot, why'd you die on me?"
