ADULTING
A small kid I am
Eagerly anticipate
The moment to be an adult
Who has no restrained whatsoever
To do anything they wish
To do anything they love
To do anything they desire
Less do I know
Adulting
Is the most hectic and confusing period
Thousands of choices to choose from
Choices that will determine our untold future
At first
I merrily choose my path
Ignoring
Others' judgment, agony, suffering
To be the adult I wish to be
Less do I know
The path is not straight, fast-route road
It is a curve, thorned-like trail
I climb, climb, and climb
One time I fall
Another I stumble
The rest I crawl
with thousands of cut on me
It does hurt
Aching me
And this is the reality of adulting
Of which I anticipated highly.
