Adrien can't help eyeing the message suspiciously, even though he got the tip-off from Luka.

ChatNoir: how do i know you aren't the hacker

LadyBug: i can't blame u for being suspicious. it's a pretty obvious trick

LadyBug: and, after all, you are geniusnoir

Adrien grins.

ChatNoir: welcome back, mlady

LadyBug: glad to be back

LadyBug: viperion somehow single-handedly managed to fix the hacking problem in less than forty-eight hours

ChatNoir: the hacker could have been anyone. literally anyone in the world that speaks french

LadyBug: i know. he won't tell me how he did it

LadyBug: it's pretty incredible

LadyBug: are you home from your holiday?

ChatNoir: yup, arrived home about an hour ago

He's glad to be back, too. Sure, England was good, but it was stressful. Stressful to be constantly being shown off by his father, and stressful to constantly speak English. He can do it, but he's glad to be back in France.

LadyBug: so, that was a pretty big ordeal

ChatNoir: it literally lasted a day

LadyBug: firstly, it technically lasted two days from when the account was first hacked

LadyBug: secondly, you can't talk. i was so stressed out. i even messaged my first name to viperion and there's only so many people in paris with my first name

ChatNoir: pretty unique name?

LadyBug: i like to think so. it's certainly not hugely common. not like charlotte or anything

ChatNoir: there goes my theory. damn you, ladybug, i thought you were charlotte

LadyBug: can you imagine me as a charlotte?

ChatNoir: not really. i feel like you're not really an o-sound kind of name

LadyBug: well done! there's not a single o in my name

ChatNoir: are you going to make me guess your name via some sort of weird adaptation of hangman?

LadyBug: nup. that's all the info you're getting - no letter o

ChatNoir: jeez, that's a lot to go on

ChatNoir: i only know like three people with an o in their name

LadyBug: how many people do you know??

ChatNoir: you have a point

He can't help counting them. Nino, Chloe, Rose...

Actually, that's it.

ChatNoir: i counted. i literally only know three people with an o in their first name

ChatNoir: but that's not the point

ChatNoir: do you want to do some drawing?

With all the time he's been spending on Miraculous, he's been itching to actually draw something again.

LadyBug: that's a good idea

LadyBug: I have some interesting messages to explain

ChatNoir: they'll believe you, mlady. they love you

LadyBug: i hope so

"She was hacked!"

Alya's burst into the classroom glowing like a pure ray of sunshine, and Adrien beams as she races up the aisle to slide into her seat beside Marinette.

"She and ChatNoir made four episodes to explain it. Ladybug, Felix, Silencer and Startrain!"

"Four episodes?" Marinette asks. "Surely that's overkill?"

"No!" Alya insists. "Ladybug was about LadyBug. A popular online artist being hacked and akumatised. Felix was about ChatNoir, finding out his best friend has been akumatised and dropping everything to help even though he was abroad."

Alya stops, and looks at Adrien as though something's just occurred to her.

"ChatNoir was on the Startrain the same time as you."

"Well, if I saw him, I don't know it," Adrien shrugs, but he's nervous. Alya, fortunately, wants to continue on her rant, and skips over this minor detail.

"So yeah, Felix was kind of filler as Ladybug was deakumatised, but Silencer was really good! It had Viperion, who got akumatised to find and stop the hacker. Apparently he did it in less than two days!"

"In real life?" Marinette checks. "Wow, that's impressive."

Adrien almost couldn't believe it himself.

He'd actually messaged Viperion to check when LadyBug had told him, and the reply of "It wasn't hard, I was hoping she wouldn't mention it" was, despite the modesty, definitely confirmation.

"I know!" Alya says. "Startrain was another ChatNoir chapter, as he came back and spoke to LadyBug and thanked Viperion, to wrap up the whole skedaddle and tell us readers how the incident ended. And how people reacted to the reveal of it being a hacking."

Adrien grins.

"So, you've forgiven LadyBug?" Marinette checks, and Alya nods.

"Of course. I'm ashamed I thought she would do that. But she sent me personally a really heartfelt message, which was really nice."

Adrien smiles, and Nino speaks from behind him.

"You're a TP nerd, do they know who did it?"

"Viperion probably does," Alya says. "But I don't think anyone else does. LadyBug and ChatNoir haven't said that they know."

That's true, actually. Adrien doesn't have a clue. But now Alya's mentioned it, he's curious.

Adrien stands up.

"Hey, where are you going?" Nino asks. "Class is going to start soon."

"Bathroom," Adrien says, leaving the room, and he's careful to properly lock the stall. Just in case. After this, he doesn't think he can be too careful.

ChatNoir: hey. you don't have to tell me, but do I know who hacked LadyBug?

To his surprise, Viperion's response comes quickly.

Viperion: probably. she's infamous

And Adrien suddenly knows the answer before he's told.

Viperion: Volpina

[A/N: I love yall. life isn't at its easiest rn and I need to rewrite the ending episodes, but here's the end to the hacking eps. there's a second draft of this chapter that tells u this but i can't find it, so i'm telling u now - there's one more episode and then the ending episodes. i've been going through my files and i've found a lot of abandoned miraculous fics, and i'm realising how much i loved writing aus for this show. thank you for being patient, i know episodes haven't been very regular (they've been a good month apart instead of weekly lol) but i'm working on it. ty all for staying w this fic❤❤]
