Adrien and Marinette stare at their computer screens, separated by distance. Sitting in her room, Marinette is messaging ChatNoir, as Adrien sends his replies to LadyBug.

LadyBug: so i was thinking we could do some "interacting" in this one. tribute to biggest fan

ChatNoir: plagg is already there

ChatNoir: i am biggest fan

Marinette laughs.

LadyBug: i meant one of our MIRACULOUS fans. heard of renarouge?

Adrien grins to himself. He's heard of RenaRouge a couple of times.

ChatNoir: once or twice, mlady. any reason in particular??

LadyBug: she was actually the one that showed me your comic. tp wouldnt be tp without her

ChatNoir: of course not thered be no p for plagg learn to spell lv

Marinette laughs.

LadyBug: lv huh? who needs to learn to spell now

Adrien could smack his head on the keyboard.

ChatNoir: TYPO

ChatNoir: you were saying??

Marinette grins as she types her reply.

LadyBug: so this girl i know got her phone confiscated in class by a teacher who didnt like technology and saw it existing

LadyBug: so i was thinking we could base an akuma on her

ChatNoir doesn't know it, but Marinette is basing this akumatised victim entirely on RenaRouge. They'd had a relief teacher that day, who had confiscated Alya's phone even though it was just in her pocket.

Adrien almost laughs. LadyBug probably doesn't know it, but that very thing had happened to Alya that day. Who, even more entertainingly, was RenaRouge. That akuma was more realistic than LadyBug knew.

ChatNoir: that sounds like an awesome idea, mlady. im down

Marinette grins.

LadyBug: ill message her for her permission, brb

She exists the chat with ChatNoir, and clicks on RenaRouge's messages.

LadyBug: hey renarouge?

There's a pause, before Marinette receives a text message.

MARINETTE LADYBUG JUST MESSAGED ME IM FREAKING OUT!!!!

Marinette laughs, and replies with a prompt to reply.

RenaRouge: hey ladybug. thanks for responding to my messages! i'm a huge fan of tp

A copy of the same message comes through on text a second later, with the question, this doesnt make me sound like a crazy fan does it?? Marinette can't help laughing.

Maybe a bit. just treat ladybug like a person. shes probably rlly grateful to have such a dedicated fan.

LadyBug: no problem, it's great to even have a fan! actually, apart from chatnoir (as he claims), we've agreed you're our biggest fan. after all, you're the reason we're collabing, tp wouldnt be tp without u

Marinette phone buzzes with a text from Alya, who has apparently just received this message.

MARINETTE I AM DYING OF EXCITEMENT LADYBUG SAYS IM HER BIGGEST FAN AND IM THE REASON TP IS TP AND THE REASON SHE AND CHATNOIR ARE COLLABING SOMEONE CALL THE FANBULANCE SENPAI HAS NOTICED ME

Marinette can't stop herself laughing.

RenaRouge: thank you, ladybug! it's an honour

LadyBug: honour is mine, renarouge. as a matter of fact, chatnoir and i have an offer for u. we're offering u the chance to be the akumatised person in the next episode of tp

Marinette's phone starts ringing with a phone call from Alya.

"More LadyBug fangirling?" she predicts, but Alya doesn't respond.

"NOT ONLY has LadyBug messaged me, but she's called me her biggest fan and the reason TP is TP and why she and ChatNoir are collabing!"

"You mentioned it," Marinette says.

"I'M NOT FINISHED!" Alya sings. "She's offering me the chance to be the akumatised victim in the next episode of TP!!!!"

"How cool is that!" Marinette agrees, barely stopping herself laughing. "You've gotta reply! You can't just leave her hanging like that!"

"I'm gonna have to hang up, then," Alya says, "my laptop's dead. I'll message you, okay?"

"Sounds good," Marinette says, although she has the strangest feeling she'll already know what happened. Alya ends the call, and Marinette turns back to the chat on her computer.

RenaRouge: omg really?? that would be so great, thank you!!

Marinette laughs.

LadyBug: no problem. look out for the next episode, lady wifi!

She hasn't actually confirmed this name with ChatNoir, but she's sure he won't have a problem with it.

Speaking of ChatNoir...

LadyBug: hey chat, renarouge is honoured

Adrien, who had been playing Tetris while he waited, promptly turns back to his computer.

ChatNoir: awesome!! shall we start, mlady?

Marinette checks the clock in the corner of her screen.

LadyBug: yup, sounds good!

It takes three days to finish this one, mainly due to both Marinette and Adrien trying to make it as realistic as possible without admitting to the other that they know RenaRouge in real life. But Marinette can't help feeling a sense of accomplishment when ChatNoir posts the episode, complete with dedication to RenaRouge.

And she beams when she sees the thank you message via Miraculous, and hears Alya shrieking in excitement over the phone the evening that the episode is posted.
