ChatNoir: it has come

ChatNoir: the moment we've all be waiting for

Marinette grins.

LadyBug: you and i, anyway

ChatNoir: picky picky

ChatNoir: time for oblivio!!!

Marinette beams in agreement.

Plagg: What happened?

Tikki: (turns to look at Plagg)

Plagg: Who are you?

Tikki: (pauses) I - I don't know!

ChatNoir draws the background of the panels, as Marinette gets excited and keeps racing ahead when he hasn't finished the backgrounds yet.

ChatNoir: heyheyhey wait up

ChatNoir: i want to be there for the hint drop!!

Marinette sighs, but she doesn't really mind.

LadyBug: fine. HURRY UP, though!!!!

ChatNoir: help meeeee

Marinette goes back to different panels, and fills in the backgrounds. She has to admit, the backgrounds are important, when the kwamis don't remember anything.

"Okay. We're stuck in a building with amnesia, being chased by a... a thing that's got it in for us big-time!"

She finishes drawing Plagg and Tikki, up in the office and trapped by Oblivio, and changes scenes. Trixx, Pollen and Wayzz sit on top of a building, watching a TV livestream.

Trixx: They've been hit!

Wayzz: They won't remember how to use their powers. Or even what those powers are

Pollen: One of us should go to the Montparnasse Tower and help them

Trixx: Wayzz, you go. We'll stay and watch the livestream. If the villain finds them before they can defend themselves, you can protect them with shellter.

Wayzz: (nods, and flies to the Montparnasse Tower)

ChatNoir begins drawing the next scene, with Plagg and Tikki discussing what they should do. Wayzz flies in through the window, and both kwamis hide.

Wayzz: Come out! I know you've lost your memories, but I'm a friend. I can explain what you need to do

Tikki and Plagg: (slowly emerge from under the desks)

Tikki: How do we know we can trust you?

Wayzz: You don't

Plagg: (grins) I like this guy. Go on

Marinette grins right alongside him.

ChatNoir: it has come. the time we have all been waiting for

LadyBug: you bet

She draws Wayzz again, repositioning him for the large speech bubble she's about to draw.

Wayzz: In the beginning, there were seven kwamis. Me, Trixx, Pollen, Duusuu, Nooroo, and you two. Your names are Tikki and Plagg, and you are the kwamis of creation and destruction. The kwami Nooroo has gone bad, and he is now using his power for evil. He created the supervillain Oblivio. You two need to find the item where the butterfly, the akuma, is hiding, and Tikki, you fly through it to purify it. If you don't purify it, it will just turn more people into supervillains.

Marinette grins.

ChatNoir: hint dropped

"Marinette! Did you read the new episode of TP?"

Marinette shrugs.

"What do you think?"

Alya's eyes are bright with excitement.

"I know LadyBug and ChatNoir said Season 3 is their final season, but they've dropped a hint alluding to the ending!"

"Really?" Marinette asks, trying to look interested without bursting out laughing. "What is it?"

"A seventh kwami," Alya says. "Duusuu."

"Ooh," Marinette says. "Spill! What does she look like?"

"It might be a he," Alya says. Marinette considers telling her that Duusuu is a she, but changes her mind. "And anyway, Duusuu wasn't actually in it. Oblivio wiped Tikki and Plagg's memories, so Wayzz had to go and explain it to them. And he was listing the kwamis, and said Duusuu!"

"That's so cool!" Marinette says. But Alya isn't done yet.

"You know what I want to know?" Alya asks. "If there's been this seventh kwami, why have they never been mentioned up until now?"

"Wayzz, Pollen and Trixx weren't mentioned until halfway through Season 2," Marinette objects.

"But since then, we've seen all the kwamis except Nooroo gathered together," Alya says. "Why is Duusuu not there?"

Marinette bites her tongue to remind her not to spill, not to tell Alya why Duusuu has never been mentioned.

"I know they probably hadn't created Duusuu," Alya says, "but I'm going to be very disappointed if they don't mention why Duusuu hasn't made an appearance before now. Even in the earlier episodes of Season 3."

"You have a point," Marinette says, which is about as close to actually admitting anything as she's prepared to get.

"You guys talking about Duusuu?"

It's almost automatic, the way Nino and Adrien form a small circle with the two girls.

"Yup," Alya replies. Nino, the speaker, grins.

"How cool? A seventh kwami!"

Alya begins to explain her questions, and Adrien turns to Marinette.

"Nino's been talking about it all day," he says. Marinette grins.

"Tell me about it," she agrees. "I can't get that lunatic over there to shut up."

"What are you thinking about the new kwami?" he asks. Marinette shrugs.

"I wouldn't know," she says. "I haven't read the episode."

Blatant lie, considering she wrote the episode, but she isn't going to admit to Adrien that she's LadyBug.

"What about you?" she asks. She likes hearing fan theories, knowing what they expect. "Do you have any Duusuu theories?"

"No theories," Adrien says. He opens his mouth, as though about to say something, and then changes his mind.

"Have you finished the History report?" Marinette asks, in an attempt to keep the conversation going. It works, as they discuss various different things about the report, and when Marinette gets back to the classroom, she realises that she didn't stutter once. That she can actually talk and interact with Adrien now.

And, perhaps, that she cares about him even more now she has.
