"Dude, did you read the new episode of TP last night?"

"TP?" asks Adrien, confused. Nino laughs.

"Adventures of Tikki and Plagg. It's a long title, so we're just abbreviating it, y'know? Easier to message, too."

Adrien briefly wonders whether he should mention the title length to LadyBug, before putting it out of his head.

"Point is," Nino says, "did you read it?"

"Yeah," Adrien says, which isn't technically a lie. He did read it. While he and LadyBug wrote it.

"How are you not excited?" Nino asks. "Two Tikkis! Plagg died!"

"Right," Adrien says. "I forgot about that. How cool?"

"You really don't care about TP, do you?" asks Nino, looking slightly disappointed. Adrien laughs.

"I enjoy it, sure, but not like you do."

Technically, Adrien isn't lying. He does enjoy The Adventures of Tikki and Plagg. Just in a different way to Nino.

Nino sighs.

"I'm disappointed, dude."

"You only read it when Alya started fangirling and you wanted to know what the heck a kwami was," Adrien says. Nino shrugs.

"Yeah, but that doesn't mean I can't join the fandom too."

Adrien's eyes widen.

"The what?"

"The fandom, dude," Nino says. "You so don't know what's up. It's small, but we're growing. The number of OC kwamis, I swear."

"There are only four episodes!" Adrien says, almost defensive. Nino laughs.

"Imagine what's going to happen when they get to ten episodes! Twenty!"

Adrien hadn't even thought of that, of the future of TP. He'd just been going along with it. He didn't have a plan. Heck, he'd only started helping out with this comic yesterday!

"It's got nearly three thousand likes," Alya says from behind them. "LadyBug's phone must be buzzing like crazy!"

Adrien missed Marinette's quick grin, too busy smiling himself. He'd turned off his like notifications less than five minutes after the collaboration request, annoyed by the consistent buzzing.

"It's wild, dude," Nino says. "Everyone wants to have their own kwami. ChatNoir really got lucky, having LadyBug spot his comic first."

Adrien snorts at the spot pun, and promptly proceeds to explain what he's snorting at when no one else caught it, but he's thinking about what Nino said. He's lucky that LadyBug saw his comic. He's really lucky that she liked it. And he's the luckiest person on the planet because LadyBug liked it so much she wanted to collaborate.

"He has me to thank," Alya says, pretending to act all important. Adrien jerks up.

"What?"

Alya starts laughing.

"Well, I like to think so. I was looking at all the parodies, and I saw ChatNoir's one, and I liked it so much that I thought LadyBug should see it, and so I sent her a link. I like to think she hadn't seen the parody beforehand, and liked it so much she asked ChatNoir to help, making me the reason behind TP as it is today."

Alya laughs at herself.

"She'd probably already asked him, but still."

"When did you send the message?" Adrien asks, and when Alya gives the time his eyes go as round as saucers. Considering when he got the collaboration request, that's almost exactly enough time to read the comic, make the decision and send the request.

When he gets home that evening, he finds Alya's account. He's following her on AAgreste, her name is RenaRouge. She's following LadyBug, predictably, and, to his surprise, ChatNoir as well.

He smiles, and clicks follow.

A moment later, a message from LadyBug pops up.

LadyBug: Hey, Chat. I see ur active. u ok to make next episode, or do u want to work on it later??

Adrien checks his watch.

ChatNoir: I probably dont have time to finish it, but we can definitely start. got any ideas?

He sends the message and turns on his computer, clicking the Miraculous icon in his Bookmarks bar.

LadyBug: There's a bunch of people on here obsessed with TP (how weird is that???) and there's a bunch that have created their own kwamis

ChatNoir: So make episodes with other peoples kwamis??

As much as he loves LadyBug's ideas, he isn't hooked on this one. Ironic, considering Plagg was his own kwami.

LadyBug: no. i was thinking someone who turns into plagg

ChatNoir: im interested, do continue

The message beeps through a moment later, still notifying his phone even though he's got the chat open on his laptop. He mutes his phone and turns back to the laptop.

LadyBug: A jealous fan of Plagg gets akumatised into a copycat (this is geniusbug with another genius idea take note) so like how there were 2 tikkis last episode there are now 2 plaggs and tikki doesnt know which one is the akumatised one

Actually, Adrien likes that idea. He'd like to draw two Plaggs, considering Plagg is the thing he seems to be best at drawing.

ChatNoir: ill let u have that one, geniusbug. copycat would be a great akuma name, bc plagg is based on a cat. so am i come to mention it.

She replies with the "You Don't Say" man, and Adrien laughs.

ChatNoir: ready to design?

LadyBug: no villain to design, im ecstatic. ngl, it's part of the reason i like this akuma :D

Adrien grins, and he opens the designer. He manages to help LadyBug design for an hour, until Nathalie comes in and he hurriedly closes the site. He opens his phone and messages LadyBug.

ChatNoir: sorry lb, i gotta go. continue tomorrow??

The reply is almost instantaneous. Clearly, she was waiting for an explanation as to his disappearance.

LadyBug: thats fine. can i keep going? i wont post it until tomorrow, bc i probably wont finish, but i want to get it as close to

ChatNoir: sounds good. ill message u tomorrow?

LadyBug: awesome. have fun, wherever you're going!

Adrien smiles, and closes Miraculous. He slides his phone into his pocket. He's amazed that he hasn't tripped, walking downstairs and messaging. He always used to loathe people who did that, but he's rapidly seeing the appeal.

As it turns out, when he comes home from the modelling shoot, LadyBug has finished. She's messaged him to say she's finished and has to go, but whenever it suits him he can make any changes he wants and then post it. He ends up making no changes at all, and posts it. He types a message to her before he goes to bed.

ChatNoir: it looks awesome, mlady. cant wait for the next one

And he hopes that despite all the other messages that are probably in her inbox, telling her the exact same thing, that she sees his and smiles.
