Adrien's phone buzzes, and he's surprised that he sees a message from LadyBug. She never messages in the morning. It's always the evening. They've both got school, after all.

ChatNoir: whats wrong, bugaboo

LadyBug: nothing's wrong. i was just thinking, if you have a spare minute

ChatNoir: thinking? oof, that's pretty dangerous

LadyBug: thanks, chaton. as you know (unless you live under a rock), today is heroes day

ChatNoir: so it is

LadyBug: and tikki and plagg are heroes in the comic, and it's set in paris. it's been just over six months since we ended season 1, and so i was thinking that it's only fair to end season 2 on heroes day

LadyBug: then we can start to think about season 3

Adrien thinks about it.

ChatNoir: sounds good, bugaboo

ChatNoir: did you have any particular ideas for the season 2 grand finale?

"Adrien?"

It's Nathalie. Adrien grabs his bag, slings it over his shoulder, and dashes down the stairs.

"Ready, Nathalie."

She nods, and leaves the house and gets into the car. When he's clicked his seatbelt in, he pulls his phone out again.

LadyBug: akumatise EVERYONE

ChatNoir: wait what

LadyBug: we'll stop at the five kwamis. tikki, plagg, trixx, wayzz, and pollen. they can all work together to defeat every akuma that has plagued paris so far AGAIN

ChatNoir: okay wow. how is that going to work?

There's a pause.

LadyBug: i'll admit, i hadnt thought that far ahead. ive got to go, talk to you later?

ChatNoir: sounds good, mlady

Adrien grins as he closes Miraculous, beginning to think about the issue. He likes the idea of a battle with all the akumatised villains, but he's got no idea how to enhance Nooroo's power to let that hap...

Enhance Nooroo's power.

Adrien can barely concentrate at school that day, even though it's Heroes Day. Alya makes a comment about a TP episode for the day, because she seems to know LadyBug and ChatNoir live in Paris, but Adrien is preoccupied.

But who?

It feels like forever before he gets home and messages LadyBug.

ChatNoir: inspiration has hit, bugaboo

ChatNoir: akumatises someone who can enhance powers. basically, he akumatises someone to enhance powers, and they enhance his power. but he'd need someone he can trust

LadyBug: that's going to be hard, because he's a kwami. he works alone

LadyBug: also, he can only akumatise when people are upset

Adrien's brain is whirring faster than the fan on the old school laptops.

ChatNoir: what if nooroo convinced everyone that tikki had turned over to the bad side and plagg had cataclysmed himself. everyone would be really scared and upset

ChatNoir: "perfect prey for my akumas"

But, who would he akumatise? Who, who, who...

And how on Earth could they convince everyone to believe that Tikki had turned, even when she hadn't.

ChatNoir: illusions!! he first akumatises someone to make an illusion, like trixx would!!!!

LadyBug: volpina?

Adrien grins.

ChatNoir: exactly. akumatise a character based on volpina, and she makes an illusion, and everyone gets really upset

ChatNoir: and then nooroo becomes nooroo 2.0 and akumatises EVERYONE

He likes to imagine LadyBug laughing.

LadyBug: sounds good, chaton. wild imagination

ChatNoir: you suggested it, my dear bugaboo

Adrien keeps thinking.

ChatNoir: the problem is, the person who gets akumatised would need to be near nooroo, and know where he is

ChatNoir: and we decided we wouldn't disclose anything re kwami history before the end of season 2

LadyBug: not necessarily. depends on the sacrifice that nooroo is prepared to make. if the person who enhances powers just sent their power all through paris, it would affect all the kwamis

LadyBug: if he decided that numerous lucky charms/cataclysms/illusions/venom/shellter were worth less than the benefits of having an army of villains

LadyBug: tikki can only have 1 lucky charm at a time right now, but she could have more. plagg could have stronger cataclysms, trixx could have several illusions going at the same time, pollen could have many venoms at the same time, and wayzz can have many shellters protecting different things

LadyBug: would this be a sacrifice nooroo is willing to make?

Adrien thinks about it.

ChatNoir: he's pretty arrogant. he'd probably think the benefits outweigh the disadvantages. after all, his villains have many more powers than those five kwamis

LadyBug: catalyst

Adrien frowns.

ChatNoir: um what

LadyBug: it's a chemistry thing, we learn about it in class. i think it basically speeds up a chemical reaction. or, in other terms, enhances the speed of it

Adrien grins.

ChatNoir: sounds good to me. ready to draw?

LadyBug: you bet. do you reckon it'll be done by the end of the day?

Adrien checks his watch. It's just gone four.

ChatNoir: depends how late we work, and how long the episode is. are you thinking of just putting in a placeholder?

It's something he's seen other Miraculous users put in. A blank canvas, with a note to tell readers that there will be an episode for a specific event when it may not be uploaded that day.

LadyBug: yup. do you want to do it?

ChatNoir: sure, will do

He knows she's doing it because he's generally the underrated one of the two, but Adrien puts it out of his mind as he closes the chat and opens My Works. It's a simple message.
