*New Years*

Jungkook held Jimin's hand tight in his as he looked over the railing to the moon. The bright joyful moon shinning over the lively lake.

"What do you wish for?" Jungkook smiles at Jimin.

"Me? Can't say," Jimin giggled as a puff of smoke left his lips.

"You know what I wish for?" Jungkook turned to Jimin holding both of his hands.

"What?" Jimin smiled.

"I wish that me and you, stay together through thick and thin. Because I really care about you," Jungkook chuckled as Jimin blushed.

Jimin released a breath and agreed with him as Jungkook leaned forward and kissed him. The kiss was slow and full of passion. As they kissed fireworks went off. Jimin broke the kiss laughing as he looked at the fireworks.

"Thank you, Jungkook." Jimin hummed against Jungkook's chest.

"For what?"

"Agreeing to date me."

"Same for me. Thank you baby."

The held each other as the cold air bit their faces before heading home.

Jimin was walking home from the grocery store, the warm sun gracing his face. Spring was soon. 2 days away. His father had been at home less. He was a little scared because as you know, the last time his dad was like this. . .

Jimin would grow terrified of opening his house door. His father never asked about the Japan trip or all the times Jungkook has picked him up. But Jimin didn't mind. His dad left him alone that's all that matters. He thought he was in the clear until he opens the door to his house, he's dragged in by his hair and thrown on the ground. The person who dragged him grabbed the bag and walked to the kitchen. Jimin raised his head and looked to the living room then turned to the kitchen.

"Dad?"

Mr. Park turned to him and scoffed before walking back to him and squatting down.

"I know about that little boyfriend you have. Did you think I wouldn't find out? Not to mention that stupid trip you went on with him! Did you lose your virginity to that boy, hmm?"

Jimin sat up and stared at his dad with a shocked expression.

"No! I did not!"

"I bet you did. Just like your sister-"

"MY SISTER WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY YOUR ABUSIVE ASS FRIEND!"

"Does she not sell herself?" Mr. Park grinned.

"BECAUSE YOU MAKE HER!! YOU'RE SUCH A-"

Mr. Park smashed Jimin's face into the ground. His nose began to bleed and it ached.

"DON'T SPEAK BACK TO ME!"

Mr. Park held in a breath as Jimin quietly sobbed while wiping his nose. Mr. Park grabbed him by his hair and dragged him to the stairs. Throwing his body down onto them. Jimin suppressed a scream when his tender flesh came into contact was the sharp stairs. He felt the crimson liquid spill from a wound on his side. His shirt soaking up the liquid.

"Did you tell your little boyfriend about me, hmm?"

Jimin didn't answer.

Mr. Park stepped on his head, applying pressure with a growl, "Answer me bitch!"

"No! I haven't told him anything!"

Mr. Park removed his foot then growled before grabbing Jimin's arm and kneeing it.

Jimin's nerves went haywire as he felt a slight crack in his arm.

"DAD PLEASE NO! THE KIDS AT SCHOOL WILL QUESTION AND WE DON'T HAVE THE MONEY FOR A CAST!" Jimin sobbed out as his dad released his arm.

His dad walked off upstairs. The door shut and Jimin ran to his room. His head was throbbing, his nose was swollen, and his side in fact had torn skin.

He placed a bandage on his nose then took medicine for his headache. He cleaned his side wound and bandaged it. He was just glad his dad didn't do too much. Not too much that Jimin couldn't hide from Jungkook.

Jimin woke up to a pressure around his waist. He panicked and sat up looking down. He breathed out and smiled while brushing his fingers through the boy-laying-next-to-him's hair.

"Jungkook-ah~"

Jungkook opened his eyes and looked up at Jimin before sitting up. He smiled and kissing Jimin's nose lightly, rubbing the side of his face.

"Mm baby? What happened my love?" Jungkook whispers as it's 3am.

"How'd you get in?" Jimin asks instead.

Jungkook laughs. "Your sister sneaked me up here. Now, your face?"

Jimin sighed, "It's nothing. Really."

"Jimin you're making me feel worthless. I see you're hurt, I see you're getting hurt, but I can't do anything since you won't tell me!" Jungkook whined.

Jimin giggled then gave Jungkook a quick kiss, "I'll tell you eventually."

"Eventually?"

"Not right now this very second, but at one point!" Jimin nodded.

Jungkook pouted, "Fine."

They held each other talking, Jimin played with Jungkook's gold chain and his military tag.

"Was this your dad's?" Jimin asked looking up at Jungkook.

"Oh yeah, I remember having this on every since I was 5."

Jimin nodded with his lips in the shape of an "O".

Jimin decided after a while that he eventually was going to tell Jungkook about his dad. About his home. Maybe Nayeon was right, maybe Jungkook was his prince Charming.
