hey people! okay so i am happy today. i have 1k+ readers and this feels good. so this will be a long update as a thank you. but guys plz vote bhi karo aur zada accha lagega plz. anyways lets start.

next day that is the meeting day and sana was extremely nervous. she had read the file like 10 times to register everything in her mind and in the process she forgot to have lunch. she was sitting in her cubicle and nervousness was clear on her face. she was playing with her dress and praying for everything to go perfect. 

sid was sitting in his cabin and watching her. he chuckled seeing her, got up from the seat and went towards her cubicle and cleared his throat. seeing him sana got up in jerk resulting the file to be dropped on the floor.

"mujhe to laga tha ki maine kal jo bhi apko itni motivational speech di thi vo kam karegi aur apki nervousness kam ho jayegi, lekin ab lag rha hai ki meri speech ka kuch asar nhi hua hhai. kyun miss gill?" sid asked picking up the file and keeping it back on the table.

"uhh...n..no sir nothing like that. v..vo...", sana fumbled as she was not able to figure out whether he is angry or what. "its okay" sid said cutting her in between.

"huh?"

"i said its okay. don't panic. everything will be fine. trust me." sid said and this time he hold her hand in his and gesture her to sit down. sana did so looking towards the hand he was holding. sana was just looking towards the hand that she didn't listen what he said.

"miss gill, are you listening?" sid asked shaking her when he previously got no reply from her.

"huh..ya..ya i am ok" sana said looking away as she was slightly embarrassed.

"take few deep breaths and calm yourself. just think you are going to give your best. result will be the outcome of that, okay?" sid said giving her hand a slight squeeze assuring that everything will be fine.

sana nodded and did so and she did feel calm. "thank you once again sir. i am feeling better now." sana said giving him a small sweet smile.

"pleasure is all mine, you just keep smiling like that." sid said whispering the latter part. 

"huh?" sana asked

"huh..what..n..nothing. we will leave in 10 mins. meet me in the parking." sid said and hastily went from there as he was caught for theft.

they left the office around 5:15 as its a 40 mins drive to the place. sid wanted alone time with her so he decided to drive himself rather than taking driver with them. whole drive till the hotel was silent as sana was nervous and didn't wanted to show that but it didn't go unnoticed by sid as she was continuously taking deep breaths and mummerring sometimes. sid remained quite and just admired her beauty stealing glances at her from tie to time.

they reached the venue and immediately met with the manager of sahil groups. meeting went for approximately two and a half hours. they discussed all the point and sana took the notes. when it comes to being professional they both are extremely serious about there work. 

after meeting was done and they bid good by to the manager and were on way back to there office.

"umm..sir actually its already past office time. if you don't mind can you drop me at my home." sana asked him hesitantly.

"of course" sid said smiling at her and she returned the smile.

after a few minutes of silence they heard some voice. it was sana's stomach growling of hunger. sid looked at her and asked, "are you hungry miss gill?"

"han vo bhi bohot zor ki. main na vo actually lunch karna bhool gayi thi toh isiliye" sana said and looked down as she was little embarrassed.

"bhool gayi? kahan kana kaise koi bhoolta hai" sid said and burst into laughter and sana looked down embarrassed and said, "vo mai jab tension main hoti hu na toh bhool jati hu. mai asi hi hu" she said with utmost innocence with a cute pout on her face. she was looking so adorable and sid wanted to kiss that pout of hers and pull her cheeks for being so cute. 

after few minutes the car stopped and sana looked at him confused as it was no red light or something.

"come lets have something. i am also little hungry." sid said unbuckling his seat belt and pointing towards the restaurant.

"it's okay sir. i'll have something at home. it's not that far." sana said first looking at the restaurant and then sid. the restaurant looked very expensive and she didn't want to take his boss's favour.

"first it's still 25 mins way to your house and this is the time for traffic so i guess it will talk us nearly 35-40 mins to reach. second, you came out with me for the meeting and i can't let you be hungry. and the third, you don't have to feel awkward or something coz i am also hungry." sana hesitantly nodded and they got down from the car and went to the restaurant.

the interior of the restaurant was very beautiful and lavishing. they were met with the manager as they entered and they were warmly welcomed as sid was a known personality and have been there quite a few times. they were taken to the roof top and to say it was beautiful would be an understatement. sana gasped, "its so beautiful" looking around lost in the beauty of the it. 

"you like it?" sid asked gaining her attention back. she nodded smiling, "its lovely."

they sat down in the corner having some privacy very much to sid's likance. they ordered for themselves. there was a silence for sometime. sana was looking around admiring the place having a beautiful smile. and sid was looking at her admiring her beauty.

"your smile is beautiful" sid said breaking the silence. "umm..thank you sir." sana said having a blushing smile on her face 1st looking at him and then lowered her gaze.

"call me sidhart" sid said

"huh! what?" sana asked a little taken aback.

"i am your boss only when we are working. so call me sidarth aur sid as you like when we are not working. okay miss gill?" sid said looking straight in her eyes having a smile on his face.

"okay sir..i mean sidharth. and you can call me sana." sana said smiling. his name sounded so beautiful from her mouth but he wondered why sana. 

"sana?" sid asked raising an eyebrow

"hmm..my all friends call me sana. its my nickname." sana said smiling at him.

"so we are friends now?" sid asked having a smirk on his face. "vo..vo..i..me..mean..yo.." sana stammered thinking he got angry that she called him as her friend. him being cordial doesn't mean you are his friend.

"hey..hey relax. i would love to be your friend." sid said holding her hand that was kept on the table to comfort her when he noticed her getting nervous. then he put forward his hand saying, "friends?"

sana shook her hand with him smiling widely. soon the food arrived and they had there food with lots of talks and laughs and giggles. they talked about anything and everything. after finishing there dinner they got back in the car not smiling but actually arguing as sid didn't let her to split the bill and paid the whole by himself.

they sat in the car and drove away. sana was looking outside the window having an angry pout on her face. sid was looking at her from the corner of his eyes and chuckled looking at his angry bird. 

"what is so funny haa. did i crack some joke or something?" sana asked listening him chuckling and passing an angry glare.

"don't look at me like that. i am a nanha sa masum sa bacha. mai dar jaunga" sid said having an adorable pout on his face. he was looking so cute like a bunny. sana smiled.

"ayyee.. you smiled. hasee toh phasee."sid said pointing towards her lips making her instantly hide her smile and looked away to show that she is angry.

sid sighed and said, "okay so listen. i will not let you pay when you are out with me. i mean how on earth can i let a beautiful girl like you pay. no way." this made sana blush a little at his dramatic self.

"vaise you can pay when you will take me out for the date. i will not say anything." sid said having a naughty smile on his face.

"1st this was not a date. 2nd why will i take you on a date. this will never happen and if you will never let me pay then i will not go out with you anywhere, it will be just work that's it. i don't like to take favours." sana said in finality and looking away.

"no baby this will happen soon. we will go on a date." sid murmured to himself.

"did you say something?" sana asked.

"huh! ya i said that this was not any favour. i like to spoil my friends. after all friends bhi family hai." sid said. "this is all bullshit. family is bullshit" sana said whispering the last part.

"what do you mean??" sid asked stopping the car in front of her house and turning towards her.

"nothing. thank you for the diner." sana said and was about to get out of the car when sid stopped her saying, "wese ajj mera ek misconception door ho gaya tumhare bare main."

"what misconception" sana asked in confusion. "yehi ki tum kam bolti ho. my god you are a chatterbox. shuru hoti ho to rukti hi nahi ho." sid said dramatically suppressing his laugh.

"just shut up" sana scoffed and got out of the car stomping her feet and moved towards the gate of her house when sid yelled, "see you tomorrow miss chatterbox. have good night."

sana just turned and smiled at him and walked off. sid also smiled and drove towards his home.
