One of the resort's staff helped them to sneak out. Then went to the CECIL RESTAURANT.

Everybody settled down. Aman wanted to sit beside Sana but sid was quick enough to take that seat. Sid smirked and Aman's face fell. They all ordered their lunch and all were talking and laughing and getting to know each other. Meanwhile, Sana was all quiet while eating her food. Sid realized this after some time.

"Hey! You alright?" He asked in a whisper for only her to hear. She looked at him and nodded in affirmative giving a little smile. He knew she was going through a lot of inner turmoil and he was not liking the sadness on her face. He wanted her to enjoy. So he tried to cheer her up by cracking jokes and talking funny but all she gave was a small tight smile while others howled in laughter.

Whereas in Shehnaaz's mind, sid's words were ringing again and again, 'i wanted to be hidden in your heart'. She knew she was encouraging his feelings when she was not at all ready to reciprocate them. Staying away from him was not an option anymore. Her heart had already developed feelings for him and she dreaded that. She was all lost when she felt a nudge at her elbow and sid whisper asking her if she was fine. How should she tell him she was absolutely not.? How could she tell him that she wants to run in his arms and hide in there? How could she tell him that she so wants to let go of her insecurities, her fears and just embrace love this time? She nodded and smiled a little. She knew she can't fool him. He looks through her eyes and she was proven right. He cracked jokes and talked funny to lift her mood and looked at her expectedly after each joke and how hard she may have tried she was not able to pretend to be happy. How could she when all she wanted was comfort? She was so sick of pretending to be happy and strong and enjoying when all she wants was to cry her heart out and lock herself up and never to come out. Every time he looked at her she felt as if she was breaking his heart and this broke her heart. She felt so helpless and tired so she excused herself to use the restroom.

She cried in there because of her helplessness. After a while, she came out and washed her face. She had no issues with her makeup getting spoilt as she didn't use any and this is one of the things sid loved most about her. She looked most beautiful bare face. She was about to come out when her phone pinged. It was an Instagram notification from her brother. He had posted a picture of him in Kerala with her parents, both of them and her bua's family and her cousins with a caption, 'you don't choose your family. They are God's gift to you, as you are to them.' and what irked her was that they were happy. Surprising why irked? Well, she was the one who suffered the most and she's all alone and the people responsible for her misery were happy. When here she is fighting for her living, for her dreams that she had to ask someone for money, one thing she dreaded the most, they are enjoying like one big family. They never went on vacation when she was with them. She felt so heartbroken that tears didn't seem to stop today. Why and where was she wrong? Why is she suffering alone? Why is it always her? All these whys have no answer.

Sid was worried about Sana. He knew she was not all right so leaving her alone was not suiting him up so he asked Anu to go and check on her. Anu knocked on the door asking if she's alright or not. Sana just hummed and came out in few more minutes all fine and smiling as if nothing happened. She was a master of pretending by now. It was the only Sid who saw her vulnerability without even her telling and she was scared because of this. When you have a lot of insecurities, you tend to shut yourself up so that no one can hurt you again and when these insecurities and fears are because of your own family you lose trust even in the word trust. They both came back and settled on their chairs. Sid tried to get a look from her to see if she was alright but she avoided looking at him even for a second. She knew one look and he will see that her heart us crying from inside. She needed time to digest the fact that she was unwanted and so her family abandoned her, even her brother whom she loved the most in the family and now they are one happy family.

They all left the restaurant, paying the bill, and left for the resort. By the time they reached the resort, it was evening and the bonfire was started so they decided to go and laze out there for some time but Sana was in no mood so she backed off saying she is tired and sleepy, and went to her room. Sid knew she was lying and was about to go behind her when Anu stopped him.

"Let her be. She needs to fight this on her own." Anu said from behind. Sid turned and looked at her confused.

"What fight? Something happened?" Sid asked. Anu showed the picture Sana's brother posted to sid.

"This is her family. They are in Kerala for a vacation. She must be feeling devastated at this moment." Anu sighed. No matter how much Sana tries to hide things from Anu, she can't, she simply can't. They are not newly formed friends. They are the best buddies since childhood. It takes just a look at her face and Anu can tell what's bothering her. She didn't say anything to her before because she knew right now she needed to be left alone. She knew that she has to find out the answer to her whys on her own.

"So we should be with her right now. How can we leave her alone when she's low?" Sid asked slightly agitated with Anu's casual behavior.

"I have known her way more than you Sid. I know when she needs comfort and when not. Trust me to leave her alone." Anu said.

"No, you are wrong. It's a friend's duty to be with his friend when he needs it not according to convenience. I am going to hold her and comfort her right now." Sid said handing her phone back to her and was about to leave but stopped listening to Anu.

"And what are you going to stay to her, how do you know. She hates sympathy and pity Sidharth. Give her this time." Anu said.

"I don't know what am I gonna say to her but one thing I know for sure is that I don't pity her. I love her and no way I am leaving her alone when she is low and broken." Sid said in anger and left from there. Anu stood there helpless and hoped and prayed for both of them to get all the happiness but right now more for Sidharth to face Sana's anger. She very well knows that Sana says absolutely anything when she's angry. She doesn't even realize who is the person and what place that person holds in her life. She gets blind in rage aur kahin ka gussa kahin pe nikal deti hai. So she prayed for both of them.
