"Did you just singed a fifty thousand check in my name and gave it to me?" Sana asked confirming. Sid chuckled and nodded his head in affirmation.

"But you didn't ask me the reason. I could just run away taking this money. Tum pagal ho aise hi kisi ko bhi paise nahi dete. Tum kaise itne bade businessman ban gaye. Hayee ek bar pata to karo kisi ko itna bada amount kyun chahiye. Aise to tumhe lootna kitna asan hai." Sana blabbered, no actually almost scolded him like a mother would scold her child. Sid laughed at it. She looked so cute while scolding him. After a long he can see that Sunday date wali sana ki jhalak. He was happy. He just wanted to pull her cheeks so he did.

"You are so damn cute." Sid said pulling her cheeks.

"Aaaaa.....Leave. lagta hai." Sana whined. Sid chuckled and left her. He hit her on her head and sana pouted not knowing why she deserve that now. she was looking so adorable that he wanted to just eat her right now.

"I trust you. And you are not koi bhi. I know tum yeh paise leke bhagogi nahi." sid said chuckling and she kept looking at her as if he is an alien. he didn't ask her the reason even after her saying she can run away with his money. how can this man trust her? all she has done to him is hurt him. she yelled at him, insulted him, disrespected him, broke his promise and left him with just a formal sorry. still he is sitting here helping her, trusting her and most importantly worrying for her. her eyes welled up not with his gesture...well that is also some of the reason but most importantly because she also wanted to do this. she want to trust and confide in people. she also wants life to be easy.

sid looked at her filled eyes and sighed. he can somehow feel what's going on in her mind. he hugged her and let her cry as much as she wants. he knew she is way to insecure to tell him anything so he just sat there and gave her comfort. sometimes all we need is a tight hug and silence. she sobbed in his arms due to her helplessness. she wants to say everything but no words came out from her mouth. what if he will think she has too much of the baggage and will leave her. she have now admitted that she need him. for the 1st time in life she wanted to be selfish and keep him with her. she knew he has feelings for her but still she don't want him to go away as him going away means the sukoon she is feeling right now will also go away. She calmed down after sometime. sid broke the hug and wiped her tears and kissed her forehead.

"I don't want any reasons and explanation. I told you I will be there when eve you need me no matter what." sid said looking into her eyes and cupping her face. sana nodded not knowing what else to do.

"its late and weather's not so good. do you want me to drop you back to your place? I don't mind you staying here also. you can sleep in the guestroom. I will drop you tomorrow morning." sid suggested. sana looked out. it was still raining very heavily.

"umm..I think its better we remain inside. I am sorry I am troubling you." sana said and as she said the second sentence sid smacked her in the head.

"oowww.." sana whined.

"apni bakwas band kar. friends never bother me. well...if we are friends. otherwise also I don't mind as I said." sid said. sana looked at him in guilt. she knew she had hurt him a lot and need to apologize and also rectify her mistake any how.

"hey, yes we are friends. listen I am so sorry of whatever have happened between us. I was not in right frame of mind. I know sorry isn't enough but..." sid kept his finger on her lips to shut her up.

"I don't need your sorry. I know you were hurting aur aksar logo ko pata hi nahi hota vo kya bol rahe hai aur kya kar rahe hai jab vo hurt hote hai aur gusse mein hotein hai. but if you still wanna rectify I have an option." sid said and sana knew where this is going.

"no no ...no no no..I can't join your office back. please. uske alwa kuch bhi bol.. yeh nahi."

"yaar ek bar meri bat to sun le please. main terre lie kuch nahi keh raha hoon apne lie bol raha hoon. you have spoilt me so much that I need you in office now." sid said making sana confuse.

"maine kya kiya." sana asked in confusion.

"sab kuch. when you were there, my cabin was organized, my files and documents, even you arranged my presentations and word files in my laptop so well. you took care of my appointments, my meetings and most importantly my coffee as I like. and now. well now everything's a mess. I can't find any file on time. presentation ka name yaad nahi to poora laptop shan marna padta hai. maximum time clients ke sath meetings arrange khud karna padta hai aur mujhe roz coffee ke alag alag taste milte hai. assistant work load kam karne ke lie hota hai aur yahan bad gaya hai. I have fired 4 assistants since you have gone. please yaar come back. nahi to find me a assistant as good as you and i know its impossible." sid told her his misery.

"what are you even saying, I blew up the biggest deal of the company. I am no good." sana said dejected.

"listen to me. when you do something new you tend to make mistakes. you were too much worked up in your head that's why you were not able to do your best. failures hamesha hota. failures se dar kar to nahi baith sakte na. aur galti hui to use shudhar bhi liya gaya na. I want you to think about it. you are not less than anybody. you just have to believe in yourself. okay." sid make her understood. sana just nodded not knowing what to say.

"lets go and sleep for now. I'll wait for your reply." sid said and they got up and went to there respective rooms. they both layed there on the beds lost in there thoughts. sid closed his eyes and sana's crying face came in front of his eyes. he never wanted to see tears in her eyes again. today he felt that she has became week. like she is too tired of everything. good thing is that for next 10 days they will be away fro here and he will try his best to provide her with all the comfort and peace. he felt today that she is trying to confide in someone and he felt that she also understand that she fell weak in front of him. he can say that it will not be that tough to make her trust him.

meanwhile sana kept rolling on the bed because she was not able to sleep. sid's words rang in her mind again and again. she was weighing her options of confiding in him or not. can she trust him? but he has always been so good to her. he have faith in her. her emotions are taking toll on her, its high time now she had to do this. she got up with out giving her mind a chance to rethink and went to his room and knocked.

here sid was lying on bed. sleep was far away from him. he was again and again thinking about her, when there was a knock on the door. he wondered who is it. there's no one in the house other than sana and his staff would be in staff quarters. he got up and opened the door and saw sana standing there with uncertainty in her eyes.

"umm...vo..I..um actually..I wanted to ask something to you." sana said stammering.

"oh..okay..you wanna come in or we can go in the living room." sid suggested.

"no we can talk here." sana said. sid nodded and let her in. he closed the door and stood in front of her waiting for her to continue,

"vo..tune kahan tha na ki find a person jisse main bat kar saku." sana said hesitating. sid nodded.

"so...I wanted to ..matlab...nothing forget it. I should go." sana said looking away and started to move towards the door when sid held her from her forearms and brought her in front of him. he understood she wanted to share something. she wanted him to comfort her but she was scared. he had to calm her down.

"you don't have to be scared or hesitate. I would love to be that person for you. you can tell me anything. I promise I will be there for you every time when you will need me. I'll not judge you. I'll tell you my honest opinion and will help you to solve your problems and free you from your this baggage." sid promised her looking straight into her eyes cupping her face. the honesty, faith and love she saw in his eyes made her believe that she is doing the right thing.

"I know its tough for you to open up and I have a solution for that too. take small steps. don't say everything. jitna bhi comfortable lage utna bata. move slowly." sid suggested and she finally smiled liking the idea. he took a sigh of relief seeing her smile.

"I want a drink. no actually a lot." she suddenly said catching him off guard. he didn't think she would be drinking.

"huhh.."

"I can't say anything when I am in my senses. I get conscious and my brain wins over my heart and I am too tired to let this happen again. do you have something." sana asked.

"bear?" sid asked and sana nodded. sid went out to bring bear for her. sana was pacing in the room when he came back. he can tell she is too nervous.

"here..I am going to sit on the couch right there. take your time. when ever you are comfortable you can speak. okay?" sid said pointing towards the couch. he has kept a pack of 6 bears on the bed and made sana sit on the bed. he went and sat on the couch. sana started drinking looking everywhere but sid. she gulped down 3 cans when she became tipsy and started to talk.

she told him about how her family environment was like. her father's dislike towards her. lack of love and affection she got and about her abusive father. she told him about how her father beat her mom and how and when she left there house and why she had to work to earn a living. she broke down while saying this much. (i am not telling this story again as (I have already told in previous update.) sid knew she can't say more at this time so he went and hugged her tight rubbing her back while she cried. he was too angry on her family. she had been suffering from loneliness from the age of 12. she was just a kid. she deserved all the happiness and love but she got none. he knew there was more to her story. she didn't tell why her mom and her brother left her. what happened that night? where did she go. she didn't tell why her father disliked her this much. he was sure there's a story behind that. her family disliked her because she is a girl can not be the only reason. but he was happy that she have confined in him. he will heal her for sure.

determined he looked at her and saw she slept while crying. he tried to lay her down properly but she has held his t-shirt tightly in her fist. he smiled looking at that. he just layed back with her in his arms and slept thinking about her.
