(Crystal's POV)

Right now, me and the other dex holders are looking for Gold.

Where could Team Rocket have taken him?

We went to the ruins of Alph because maybe they're trying to get Arceus again?

He wasn't there.

I can bet Gold doesn't even know where he is.

We looked where Team Rocket had recently used places as they're base.

Silver called Giovanni. His father doesn't know where they could be.

Where are you now?

(Gold's POV)

I don't even know where I am.

Proton enters the room.

"WHERE AM I!?" I mouth.

"Who knows?" Proton shrugs.

He leaves the room and I'm still stuck here.

Then, Ariana comes in.

"We'll be taking Manaphy." She says, "You can stay here and die. Your other Pokemon are useless."

Proton leaves.

No... this cannot be happening.

I hang there... losing hope.

Ariana comes in.

"This is a GOODBYE!" She says, smiling. 

She slaps me hard in the face and then leaves.

Then... it feels like the oxygen has left the room.

I think I'm suffocating.

I suddenly remember a certain conversation that I overheard.

They have captured...

(Crystal's POV)

We decided to split up.

Me, Silver, Blue, and Green, search in Johto.

Red, Yellow, Emerald, Ruby, and Sapphire, search in Kanto.

Me and my group searched in Olivine. He wasn't there.

But then something caught my eye.

I saw the two remaining  executives with some Rocket Grunts trailing them.

"Look," I say, pointing in their direction. "It's team Rocket!"

Silver, takes out his Feraligatr and uses Hydro Pump on them.

Proton is hit by the attack while Ariana brings out her Pokemon.

Green charges at Proton.

He tackles Proton to the ground.

"WHERE IS GOLD!?" He asks.

"We... [URK]. Don't. Know." He replies, "He escaped!"

Me and Blue decide to go into the lighthouse while the others beat Team Rocket.

We have our Pokeballs out, just in case.

We climb to the top of the lighthouse.

When we get there... you could barely breathe in here.

We see him.

Him and his Pokemon are breaking the wall.

"GOLD!" We both yell.

He looks at us. He's so bruised and injured.

But then something knocks both me and Blue to the wall.

Then we both notice some broken chains.

We quickly get up to see that Gold's gone.

There's a huge hole in the wall.

Why is he running away again?

"We should... get down from here." Blue says.

Me and Blue walk down the lighthouse, not saying a word.

When we both exit the lighthouse, we see the other dex holders running towards us.

"Where's Gold?" Ruby asks.

Before I can speak up, Blue does. "Gold... got away. He was bruised and injured. It was like Team Rocket tortured him. They left him up there which means they were trying to kill him because there was barely any oxygen up there."

"We gotta go after him!" Ruby says.

"Obviously!" Sapphire says.

"Well, then let's go!" Red says.
