I blinked again at the TV. They had picked me? Wow.

I never actually expected that, I mean I know I've gave a lot to charity and that I donate loads to cancer research but I didn't expect this!

Shane started whooping as did Naya and the three of us started jumping in circles. Shane opened up his iPhones twitter app and cheered.

"LOOK AT THE TRENS!" Three of the worldwide trends were about me.

We started laughing and we made a quick video for YouTube.

"Hey guys! It's ciara! And that's Shane and that's Naya!"

The two waved from where they were jumping on the couch.

"Thanks so much for this opportunity! I love you all!"

We ended the video and uploaded it. I tweeted Shane and his mentions flooded.

Naya, Shane and I spent the next hour fangirling. Or in Shane's case fanboying.

THE WEEK OF THE TEEN CHOICE (sorry for time gap, I didn't know what to do)

Shane and I posed for the paparazzi as we entered the press section for the Teen Choice awards. I was nominated for three awards and I already had the inspire award to collect later on.

Shane was in a navy tux, a had one of his army medals clipped onto his suit as he had told his friends in the army if he ever was with me publicly he would to show support for them.

His black hair was combed back and he had a half smirk on his face. He looked a bit like a cross between David Beckham, Cory Monteith and Zayn Malik.

I was in a navy dress my stylist had picked out to match Shane's tux. It went down to slightly above my knees and was loose and floaty from the waist down. The top half was covered in sparkles and it was gorgeous. I was not a fan of high heels, so I managed to convince my stylist to let em wear my navy converse. She agreed and I was wearing them.

Once we had posed, we entered the arena and found our seats beside Justin and Taylor. Justin had brought us all a cake of diet coke, so we all drank that. We decided to make a video star because all our fans seemed to be making them. Other celebs were drawn to us making this video and we managed to convince loads to be in it.

We made it to Taylor's song '22' and I loved every second of it! I even managed to find Zac Efron to be in it. Ellen had also appeared and me and her were lying on the floor at one point.

Anyway, the awards finally started and we took our seats. They announced the first award which I was nominated for, Best Summer Single for my cover of David Bowie's 'Heroes'. I was up against Taylor, Justin and One Direction but as we were all friends we just said it was a friendly competition.

The presenters of the award walked onto the stage and we all laughed.

It was Logan Lerman and Emma Watson but Emma was wearing a Gryffindor tie and Logan was wearing a Percy Jackson tshirt.

They sighed as they reached the mircophone. "I don't know why they requested this." Emma started motioning to the fandom objects.

They had a bit of banter for a few more moments before they opened the envelope.

"AND THE TEEN CHOICE WINNER IS..." Logan trailed off as Emma opened it. They grinned and said the winner at the same time.

"CIARA HELSON!" I screamed and I hugged Shane. I was motioned to go on stage so I laughed and left Shane with Tay and Justin.

I took the surfboard and thanked Emma and Logan. They stood at the side while I made a quick speech.

"Wow! Em, I didn't expect this to be honest. Well Id like to thank Taylor, Justin and One Direction for being my friends and Id like to thank everyone who picked me. I'd love to thank the amazing Emma and Logan," they smiled at me and I have them a thumbs up. "But most of all my cousin, Shane! I love you!" I thanked everyone and left the stage with Emma and Logan.

They hugged me once they got backstage and I thanked them. I decided to take my surfboard with me to where I was sitting so during breaks we could muck around with it.

In the course of the night, I won the other two awards I had been nominated for and I was about to go up for the Inspire award.

I felt my palms get slightly sweaty as I saw who it was presenting.

Chris Colfer stood, his hair in its trademark quiff and that smile on his lips. Darren Criss stood beside him, a confident smile that captured the hearts of millions, and though I didn't want to admit it at the moment, mine too.

"This next award is the Inspire award. We've spent months picking out who should win this award and we decided on Ciara Helson. She has donated over $1,000,000 to charity, $750,000 to cancer research and with each song you buy, that number grows!" Chris started winking at me. I laughed.

Darren continued. "She captured the hearts of us all and I mean all, in just over a year. Ciara has made a positive effect on everyone she has met. Only a few people will understand when I say, apart from the Italian ski instructor."

I laughed even harder as did Justin and Taylor. We had once gone skiing in Italy but I let go of the button lift too early and it hit the Italian man in the face.

"So ladies and gentlemen, WELCOME CIARA HELSON!" I walked up into the stage but I brought Shane with me. He looked nervous so I dragged him by his hand to reassure him. Once we reached the stage he held the surfboard for me.

I gave the same speech as before but much longer and we were about to leave the stage when a voice echoed through the sound system.

"Ciara Helson. You cannot leave the stage just yet." It was a robot voice and it freaked me out but the audience seemed to find it hilarious.

"Em what?" I spoke slowly through the microphone.
