" Lightings,check. Stage,check. Mic,check. Aur kuch check karna baki hai kya?", Shanu asked herself for the last time. Sahil giggled at her innocence and said,

Sahil: Arey meri maa! Itna tension kyu le rahi hai. Sab thik hai. Kuch garbar nahi hogi, I promise.

Shanu: Acha? Tumhe kaisa pata?

Sahil: Ab jab tumne saari taiyariyan ki hai, to of course, sab kuch perfect hi hoga!

Shanu blushed a bit.

Sahil; Vaise ek baat to mai batana hi bhul gaya.

Shanu: Kya?

Sahil crept closer to her and whispered in her ears,

Sahil:(whispering)Tum bohot khubsurat lag rahi ho. Aisa lag raha hai koi pari utar kar aayi hai jannat se.

Shanu:(blushing and smiling) Issh! Kya filmy line maari hai!

Shanu's look:

Shanu: Tum bhi utne bure nahi lag rahe ho!

Sahil: Thanks.

Sahil's Look:

Shanu: Vaise yeh baaki sab kaha hai? Program do minute mein shuru hone vala hai, aur humne ek baar bhi play practice nahi kiya!

"Baap re baap , Shanu, Tu kitni tension leti hai! Saara kuch acha hi hoga , don't worry!", Ananya and Daksh joined them.

Shanu: Phir bhi yaar, tension to hoti hi hai na! Agar kuch garbar ho gayi to?

"To mai sambhal lunga, don't worry.", Ruhaan said and came up to them.So did Tapasya.

Taps: Ek baat to man ni padegi. Hum sab in attires mein kaafi ache lag rahe hai!

All of them chorused in a 'Yes'.

Tapasya's look:

Ruhaan's look:

Daksh and Ananya's look:

[I know their outfits are a little different than the others.I couldn't find anything else]

Daksh: Hey, tumme se kisi ne Adi aur Mitali ko dekha hai kahi?

Ruhaan: Meri Adi se thodi der pehle hi baat hui. He said he was going to Mitali's dorm to call her. Uske baad pata nahi.

Daksh:(looking over Ruhaan's shoulder) Lo! Shaitaan ka naam liya , aur shaitaan hazir!

Everybody looked back and saw Adi rushing towards the backstage.He huffily joined them.

Adi:(Still huffing) Guys......mai....voh.....Mitali......knot.....

Taps: Adi! Adi! Saas le lo pehle!

Anu: Looking handsome, Adi!

Adi's look:

Adi: Tell me something I don't know!

Ruhaan: Tu kabhi nahi sudhrega! Acha, Mitali kaha hai?

Adi: Voh bas aati hi hogi.

Shanu: Ati hogi nahi, aa gayi!

All of them followed Shanu's line of sight and found Mitali struggling with her dress while walking.All of them giggled as she came up to them.

Mitali: What? Why are you guys laughing? What did I miss?

Shanu: Kuch nahi. Hum bas tujhe apne outfit ke sath ladte huye dekhkar has rahe the!

Mitali: Oooh, voh! Arey mat bol yaar! Pehle to kabhi aisi cheeze pehni nahi! Pata nahi bhagwaan kis janam ka badla le rahe hai mujhse!

The rest of the gang giggled.

Suddenly, there was an announcement on the mic. The voice requested everyone to be seated as the program was about to start. The gang quickly huddled and wished each other luck as their performance was at the beginning. 

Everything went as planned and it was time for the skit. The play started and everybody in the audience grew silent. Mitali and Adi enacted their roles in the best way possible.So did the rest of them.

The climax scene was going on where Mitali was to choose between her brother( Ruhaan's  character) and her love(Adi's character). Only Ruhaan, Mitali, Adi and Tapasya were on-stage. As Ruhaan was delivering his dialogues, Tapasya suddenly noticed something burning behind him. The curtains had caught fire somehow. Tapasya took one look at the burning curtain and one look at Ruhaan. If she didn't do anything now, the curtain might pose a great danger to Ruhaan as well as the rest of the people in the auditorium.

But before she could do anything, someone from the audience yelled," Hey! THE CURTAINS ARE ON FIRE!"

 There was commotion around in the audience. Ruhaan turned and saw the burning curtain was about to fall on him. His eyes widened in anticipation. Tapasya yelled," RUHAAN!!!"

So guys, I know the chapter is a short one. I'm sorry for that. It's just that these assignments and projects are taking up all of my time. So sorry.
