After college ,

Mitali: Meri toh saari energy yeh preparations karne mein hi chali gayi. 

Adi:(flirtingly) Aap ijazat de to mai aapko apni god me utha lu, Shehzadi Samaira.

As so was the name of Mitali's character.

Mitali:(mockingly) Zyada shana banne ki koshish na kare aap. Bhul mat jaiye, hum aapko iss riyasat se darkhast bhi kar sakte hai!

Adi:(flirtingly coming close) Aji voh to hum khushi khushi ho jayenge!

Mitali: Argh!

The rest of them laughed.

Ruhaan: Accha guys, jaldi change karlo. Phir mere ghar pe chalte hai.

All: Thik hai.

They went to their separate dorms and came out after a while.

They reached their destination in about an hour. It was a spacious bungalow, lit with beautiful lights.

Mitali seated herself on the porch swing and said,

Mitali: Vah yaar, tera ghar to bohot sundar hai!

Ruhaan: Thanks.

Mitali: Vaise itna acha ghar chorkar, tu college hostel mein kyu rehta hai?

Ruhaan: Distance. Ghar se ek ghanta lagta hai college pohuchne mein. Aur vaise bhi, Mom Dad ke separation ke baad, mujhe iss ghar mein rehna ka mann nahi karta. So....

Mitali: Tumhare Dad hai kaha?

Ruhaan: Business trip par hai. Tapasya ke Mom Dad ke sath.

Mitali: To ghar ka dhyan kon rakhta hai?

Ruhaan: Helpers aur watchman.

Mitali: Vah! Meri Dadi to humare ghar ko kabhi akela chor kar pass ke bazaar bhi nahi jati hai....

Shanu:  Acha guys,sorry to interrupt, par time bohot kam hai. Vapas hostel bhi jana padega.So agar hum practice start kar de to behtar hoga.

Anu: She's right. Mitali, chal, jhoole se utar.

Mitali: Arey par kyu? Mai to shehzadi hu na, to mai jaha chahe baithu!

Anu: Mitali...

Mitali: Acha, fine. Chalo practice start kare.

Ruhaan: Okay....um.....Pehla scene yeh hai ki um......(Checking the script) Shehzadi apne kamre mein baithkar chill kar rahi hai, phir Shehzada Abir......yani mai, room mein ghusta hu. And I'm accompanied by my........sultana, Zara.(Turning to Mitali) Phir mai tujhe yeh batata hu ki Ajeem khandan ke Shehzade Rahat, yani Daksh, yaha tujhse milne aa raha hai. Well, basically, he wants to woo you. But tu koi enthusiasm nahi dikhati. Kyuki you like someone else...........(explanation)

Mitali: Thik hai, start karte hai.

They practiced the scene twice or thrice to get it perfectly. Adi was actually dumbfounded as to how well Mitali could act. He had surely underestimated her.

After finishing almost three scenes, they decided to call it a night. They decided to play a game until the Uber arrived. It's called Never have I Ever.

They sat around in a circular manner. Ruhaan got each one a glass of water, mixed with soya sauce and ketchup.

I know! Ugh!

Anu: Okay, I'll go first. Never have I ever......um......Failed a test.

Daksh, Adi and Sahil took a sip.

Anu: Daksh?

Daksh: Maths tha. OMG, I still hate that subject!

Same Here, Dude!

Sahil: Okay, me next. Um,.......Never have I ever......fell asleep in a public place. I just don't know how people do that?!

Mitali, Adi and Ananya took a sip.

Adi: Mai to sara time hi public place mein sota rehta hu. Especially classrooms!

They laughed.

Shanu: Um....Never Have I Ever.............re-gifted something that was gifted to me.

Mitali, Daksh, Sahil and Ananya took a sip.

Mitali: Yeh to mai itni baar kar chuki ho ki ek baar to mera hi gift meri ek friend ne mujhe vapas gift kar diya tha.

All of them roared with laughter.

Daksh: Okay, I'll go next. Never Have I Ever...............sang a Justin Beiber song in the shower.

No one took a sip.They looked at each other and then burst out in laughter.

Mitali: Uska gaana shower mein to choro, mai normally bhi nahi gaati!

Anu: So true.

Adi: Acha, abhi mai. Um......Never Have I Ever been slapped in the face.

Sahil, Ananya, and Daksh took a sip.

Mitali: Guys?

Sahil: Papa.

Daksh: Papa.

Mitali: Aur tu, Anu?

Anu: Ishaan.

Daksh looked at her immediately. She assured him that she was okay.

Mitali: Sorry. Par usne tujhe maara kyu?

Anu: Usne mujhe kisi dusre ladke se baat aur handshake karte huye dekha tha.

Daksh:(angrily)Par iska matlab yeh to nahi ki voh tujhpe hath uthaye!

Anu: Chor na, Daksh. Jo beet gaya, voh beet gaya. Aur vaise bhi voh bohot possessive tha mujhe lekar.

Mitali: Still Ananya, that is no reason to slap you. Mile na mujhe vo kisi din, aisa chata lagaungi ki saara khandan yaad aa jayega!

Anu: Thik hai, baba! Mar lena ji bharkar!

Adi: Um...guys, game continue kare?

Ruhaan: Ha.....I'll go next. Um.....Never Have I Ever.......(looking at Tapasya) stopped loving someone I love.

Tapasya's eyes shot up as he finished.

"He loves somebody?", she thought. The thought made her sad.

No one took a sip.To ease the tension, Mitali said,

Mitali: Okay, I'll go next. Never Have I Ever......been in Love.

Everyone took a sip and then looked at each other.

Mitali: Wow ! That was response I didn't expect! Dekho Sahil, Ananya,Ruhaan,Tapasya aur Shanu ka to mujhe pata hai. Par yeh Daksh aur champ ka nahi pata!

Ruhaan: Tapasya ka kya?

Tapasya: Ruhaan ka kya?

Sahil: Shanu ka kya?

Mitali chuckled while the others looked at each other in embarrassment.

Mitali: Kuch hai. Mai nahi bata sakti. Kyu na tum log hi ek dusre ko puch lo?!

No one said anything.

Mitali: Chalo ek kaam karte hai, alag alag chalte hai. Shanu , tu Sahil ke sath Uber mein chali jaa.

Shanu glared at Mitali while she chuckled.

Mitali: Aur Anu , tu Daksh ke sath chali jaa.Kuch na kuch transportation to mil hi jayegi.After all Mumbai kabhi soti nahi, right? 

Ananya and Daksh both opened their mouths but nothing came out of it.

Mitali: Tapasya,tumhe to hamesha Ruhaan hi chorta hai. To aaj bhi vahi chodega.

Ruhaan: Um....

Adi: Uski koi zarurat nahi hogi. Tappu tu aaj ke liye yahi reh ja, Ru ke ghar. 

Taps: Nahi....vo....

Adi: Tere Mom Dad vaise bhi business trip pe hi hai na? To reh ja na!

Taps: Uh....(looking at Ruhaan) I don't think that's a good idea , guys......

Ruhaan: It's okay.....Tapasya. Tum aaj ki raat yahi reh jao. It won't be a problem.

Tapasya looked at Ruhaan. She knew he was agreeing reluctantly. But she still,

Taps: Thik hai.......

Mitali: Great! 

Ruhaan: Kya great? Tujhe hostel kon chodega?

Adi: Hum kis din kaam aayenge? Don't worry mai Mitali ko bike pe chor dunga!

Mitali:(Sarcastically) Ha ha , kyu nahi? Mera saubhagya hoga!

Adi made a face while Mitali clutched her stomach and laughed out loud.

Sahil: Guys, der ho gayi hai. Ab nikle?

Mitali: Ha ha chalo! (to Ruhaan and Tapasya) Bye guys, kal college mein milte hai!

They wished each other good bye and headed towards the hostel.
