《VI》
《Charity Bertha》
"Move it!" a goblin snarls at me as he shoves me out of the way. I stand there frozen as every villain, sidekick, and those alike steal from each other and cause a ruckus. Nobody stops it, and I realize: I'm on the Isle of the Lost. My chest tightens; I've had a major fear of being sent here because of Luna and Chad Jr.'s tauntings. I stumble backwards and fall into a ditch.
Before I land and hurt myself, however, someone grabs my hand and pulls me back up. She has emerald-green eyes and knee-length white-blonde hair. Her clothes are radiant but dirty. She's skinny, but that doesn't matter. She's glorious.
"Thank you," I say softly, my cheeks heating up. She nods and runs away before I can ask her about her name. I stumble when I stand back up. Something begins to ring, and I cover my ears. Is it the bells at Mum's old school, Dragon Hall?
I wake up and land on the floor of my bedroom. The ringing was my alarm. I groan and shut it off. The tightness in my chest is gone, and the fear dissipated. Why was I dreaming about the Isle of the Lost?
Suddenly I have an epiphany. I can invite that girl to Auradon. She's clearly good, so she wouldn't have any problem adjusting to Fairy Godmother's Remedial Goodness 101 class. I put on my dressing gown and rush to my dad's study. "Dad, I have an idea!" I shout excitedly; I'm certain that he'll listen and write up an invitation for the girl I saw.
