Duncan approached his younger sister and Trent since he didn't like the other male holding his sister too tightly. He dramatically coughs, causing the two teens to let go of each other.

" How long have you known my sister?" Duncan asked while eyeing Trent from head to toe.

" Duncan," Melody eyed her older brother since she didn't like how he was staring at Trent.

" It's okay, Mel," Trent reassures, and he turns his gaze to Duncan. " We met at a pub in Seattle, Washington. My band and I were performing there, and she was in the crowd. While everyone chatted and ate their food, she was the only one that gave us money for our performances," He explained.

" Trent and I hung out for a while after that gig until it was time for me to leave Seattle to continue my road trip," Melody explained.

" I see," Duncan nods his head in response. He then wraps his arm around his younger sister's shoulders, and he holds her close. " Let's get going. The show will start again soon," He mumbled.

" Okay," Melody nods her head in response. She glanced at Trent and smiled when she saw him smile.

The Tarun twins walked away, and they stood near DJ and Gwen.

" Ugh! I so badly want to call my parents," Heather whined.

" Why?" Beth asked, looking and feeling confused.

" Because I signed up to be in a luxury 5-star resort! I didn't sign up to be in a dirty, crummy camp!" Heather snapped.

Melody turns her gaze to Heather.

" The camp seems fine to me," Melody raised an eyebrow.

Heather turns her gaze to Melody. She looks at the other female from head to toe.

" From the way you dress, you seem like you live in the wilderness," Heather sneered.

" I have lived in the wilderness before," Melody smirked. " So, at least I have an advantage, unlike you," She snickered when she saw Heather's face get red like a tomato, and the other female glared at her.

" I am so going to kill you!" Heather screeched, and she walked towards Melody.

Melody's grey eyes narrowed, looking and feeling ready to fight.

Heather was about to slap Melody, but DJ grabbed the other female's hand, causing her to stare at him in annoyance.

" Let go of me!" Heather snapped.

" Please. Do not fight. It is our first day. I do not want you to get in trouble with Chris and the Producers," DJ looked at Heather with a concerned gaze.

" Don't worry, DJ. Princess over here cannot hurt me. I have fought against a wolf before," Melody sweetly smiles, but her aura seems deadly.

Everyone, including Duncan, eyed Melody as they began to wonder if she indeed fought against a wolf.

" As I said before, I have lived in the wilderness," Melody merely speaks. " If you want proof, I can show it to you," She pulls out her cell phone and goes onto her gallery.

" Here," Melody pressed a video and began to show it to the campers.

Everyone silently watched Melody fight against a wolf who was biting her shoulders. They paled when they saw her arms bleeding, but the young female seemed unfazed about it.

" Whooo! Go Melon!" A feminine voice shouts from behind the video.

" That's my friend. She was filming me fighting against the wolf," Melody explained.

" You never told me you fought a wolf!" Duncan shouts, looking at his younger sister with mixed emotions.

" You never asked," Melody shrugged.

" So, do you have scars from that fight?" Geoff asked, looking and sounding curious.

Melody takes off her black jacket, revealing a hot pink tank top. Everyone's eyes widened when they saw her pale shoulders, which had claw-like scars on them.

Trent and DJ shyly stared at Melody.

" Wicked," Geoff, Gwen, and Beth whispered.

Heather and Lindsay stared at Melody in disgust.

" So, hot," Harold stared at Melody's breasts.

" Give me that!" Duncan grabs his younger sister's black jacket, puts it on her, and zips it up to cover her upper body.

" Okay, Chris. The commercials got done. We are now ready to go live," The cameraman informs Chris.

" Alright! Everyone, the show is going to start right now!" Chris shouts, causing the remaining campers to stand to the side.

" 1...2...3! We are now live!" The cameraman shouts.

" Welcome back, everyone, to Total Drama Island!" Chris shouts. " We left off meeting our eleven campers," He turns his gaze to the remaining campers.

The scene changed to the eleven campers who looked annoyed, disappointed, or happy to be on the show.

" And here comes our twelfth camper," Chris speaks.

The scene changes to a sixteen-year-old female with long blonde hair in a ponytail and green eyes, holding a surfboard in one arm and luggage in the other.

" Her name is Bridgette Stone. She is a Surfing Prodigy," Chris introduced the twelfth camper to the viewers.

" No way," Geoff mouths out when he sees Bridgette step out of the boat and walk towards Chris.

" Do you know her?" Lindsay asked.

" Not personally. But, I have heard of Bridgette. She is considered the Surfing Goddess among us male surfers. She is very popular among my friends," Geoff responded while looking at Bridgette in awe.

" Is it because she is a cute girl?" Gwen asked with a raised eyebrow.

Geoff opened and closed his mouth since he didn't know what to say to Gwen's question.

" Hey, what's up?" Bridgette greets Chris.

" What's with the Surfboard?" Heather asked with a raised eyebrow. " Are you aware that we are nowhere near a beach?" She eyed Bridgette from head to toe.

" I thought we were going to be on a beach," Bridgette murmured while holding her Surfboard close to her.

" So, what if she has a Surfboard?" Melody turns her gaze to Heather. " She can relax with her Surfboard in the water. And also, there are good waves here mainly at night, so she can surf at night if she wants to," Melody firmly speaks.

Bridgette smiled softly at Melody, delighted that the other female stood up for her.

" We do have a beach, but it's tiny," Chris informs the campers.

" Cool. I guess," Bridgette shrugged, and she began to walk towards the other campers.

Geoff widely smiles when he sees Bridgette approach them.

" Hey! I'm Geoff," Geoff happily introduced himself.

" Hey, I'm Bridgette," Bridgette turns her gaze to Geoff, causing her Surfboard to nearly hit the others.

" Hey, watch it!" Harold shouts.

" Oh! I'm sorry," Bridgette turns her gaze to Harold, not seeing her Surfboard hit Tyler, causing him to fall off of the dock, grabbing everyone's attention when they heard the splash.

" We got a man overboard," Duncan amusingly laughed.

" Duncan!" Melody scolds her older brother. She puts her camping backpack down, and she jumps into the water.

Duncan's teal eyes widened when he saw Melody jump into the water.

" Melody! What are you doing? Get back here!" Duncan shouts.

The scene changes to Melody swimming towards Tyler, struggling to swim since a seaweed wrapped itself around his right leg.

Melody carefully unwraps the seaweed from Tyler's right leg. Once the young male was safe, she motioned him to get back to the dock.

Melody was about to follow Tyler, but a shadowy figure blocked her. She swam backward, and her grey eyes widened when she saw a shark circling her.

Tyler gasped for air when he reached the dock. He grabs a hand, and he gets pulled up to safety.

" Where's Mel?" Duncan firmly asked.

" She-She was right behind me," Tyler nervously speaks when he sees Duncan eyeing him murderously.

" Ugh!" Duncan grunted.

Trent's green eyes blink when he sees a shadowy figure circling another shadowy figure. His eyes widened when he realized a shark was circling Melody.

" A shark is circling Mel!" Trent informs everyone.

" Great. Our first death in the show. But, at least it's the annoying one that is going to die," Heather murmured.

" Shut up!" Gwen and Duncan snap and glares at Heather.

Heather scoffs, and she looks away from the others.

DJ puts his luggage down and rummages through it, trying to find something.

" Eureka! I got it!" DJ grabs a piece of meat that he planned to make hamburgers.

DJ threw the piece of meat into the water, which caused the Shark to smell it and swim towards it.

Melody swims towards the dock, and she gasps for air.

" Let me help you!" Duncan and Trent held their hands out to Melody.

Duncan glares at Trent for intervening.

Melody didn't care, she grabbed both of their hands, and the two male teens helped her onto the dock.

" Thanks," Melody murmured and shivered, feeling cold.

Gwen, DJ, and Bridgette rummaged through their luggage, and they grabbed their towels as they put their towels on Melody.

Melody bashfully stared at the three teens, and she kindly smiled at them.

" Why would you risk your life for that idiot? You don't even know him," Duncan asked while pointing at Tyler.

Tyler opened his mouth to say something, but Melody cuts him off.

" I know I don't know him. But I shouldn't just let him die," Melody responded.

" That Shark almost ate you too! At least, you are lucky that DJ had some hamburger meat with him to distract it," Duncan firmly speaks.

DJ could sense the tension rising between the Tarun twins.

" Hey. Hey. All that matters is everyone is safe. Remember, we are on LIVE TV," DJ reminds his fellow campers.

Everyone turned their gaze to Chris and the crew and realized they were indeed getting filmed.

" Okay. Now that we met Surfer Girl. Can we get on with the show, please?" Heather asked.

" Nope! We have eleven campers left to meet," Chris responded.

" Seriously! Ugh!" Heather whined, looking and feeling annoyed to be on this reality game show.

A boat soon arrives, dropping off a sixteen-year-old male with neck-length dark brown hair and dark brown eyes.

" And here is our thirteenth camper! Everyone, meet Noah Patil. He is an Academic Genius," Chris introduced the thirteenth camper to the viewers.

" Hey," Trent scoots closer to Melody.

Melody turns her gaze to Trent.

" Hey," Melody softly smiled.

" Since everyone is distracted with the new campers. I suggest you take your stuff and change somewhere in private that way, you won't get sick since your clothes are wet and such," Trent kindly smiled.

" Thanks. But, I can take a warm shower in the cabins once we are done filming for the day," Melody responded.

" Okay," Trent nods his head in response.

" What's up, yall! Leshawna's in the house!" The fourteenth camper, a sixteen-year-old female with long black hair in a ponytail and black eyes, happily waved.

" Here comes our fourteenth camper. Leshawna Johnson," Chris introduced Leshawna to the viewers.

Leshawna steps out of the boat and walks towards Chris.

" Yo, Baby! How's it going," Leshawna high-fived Chris and walked past him.

Harold stared at Leshawna in awe.

" She seems so cool," Melody, Gwen, and Bridgette stared at Leshawna and smiled at her.

" Feel free to quit now and save yourselves the trouble, 'cause I came to win," Leshawna speaks.

" I love the confidence you radiate. I can tell you're a Queen," Melody winks at Leshawna.

" Thanks, Darling. And what happened to you?" Leshawna asked with a raised eyebrow.

" Saved someone from drowning," Melody responded.

" Nice," Leshawna nods her head in response.

" Oh, what's up, my brother!" Leshawna smiles when she sees DJ. " Give me some sugar, baby!" She high-fives the taller male.

" Ugh. I'm getting so hungry," Duncan murmured.

Even though Melody was mad at Duncan earlier for shouting at her, she knows that he was worried about her well-being. Her gaze softens, and she comforts her older brother.

" We'll probably eat once the show finished filming for the day," Melody softly speaks.

Many hours later, nine new campers got dropped off. They were five females and four males.

The first two campers were two best friends named Katherine 'Katie' Watson and Sandra 'Sadie' Kim. They love to wear the same clothes and act like identical twins. The third camper was a young man named Ezekiel Walker, who has horrible social skills due to living in the middle of nowhere and being homeschooled all his life.

The fourth camper was a young man named Cody Anderson, who immediately socialized and flirted with all the ladies around him. He quickly developed feelings for Melody, finding her beautiful, but one look from Duncan caused him to shift his feelings for Gwen. The fifth camper was a young female named Evangeline 'Eva' Fedorova, a professional Russian female wrestler. Her presence instantly intimidated all the males except Duncan, while Melody finds her fascinating.

The sixth camper was a young male named Owen Burnham, a loveable, friendly guy who gave everyone so many hugs. Duncan was ready to choke him, but Melody held onto her older brother. The seventh camper was a young female named Courtney Sanchez, looking and feeling excited to participate in a reality TV show where they will be living in a camp since she has the experience due to being a former Camp Counselor.

The eighth camper was a young male named Justin Garcia, a handsome guy that has gotten many campers' attention. And lastly, the ninth camper was a young female named Itzel 'Izzy' Williams, a girl that loves to travel and explore the world.

" No way," Melody's grey eyes widened when she saw a familiar figure.

" Izzy!" Melody shouts, looking and feeling surprised to see Izzy.

Izzy looked at her surroundings, and she widely smiled when she saw Melody.

" Melon!" Izzy runs towards Melody, looking ready to fight.

Melody immediately goes to a fighting position when she hears that nickname. She quickly blocks Izzy's kick with her right arm and uses her strength to push her away.

Izzy cartwheeled, twirls, and widely smiled at Melody.

Everyone stared at Melody and Izzy with mixed emotions.

" I see. You are still up on your toes, Melon," Izzy bowed and stood straight, looking happy to see a familiar face.

Melody amusingly chuckled.

" I see. You didn't trip and fall while running towards me," Melody teases.

" I have been training!" Izzy exclaimed.

The two females intently stared at one another, and they joyfully laughed.

" Oh! Come hug me, you beautiful idiot!" Melody approached Izzy, and the two females hugged each other.

Chris turns his gaze to the camera.

" It seems as though one of our campers knows two of our campers. This show is getting interesting," Chris speaks to the viewers. " Well, we have met all of our campers that will be competing against each other. Stay tuned if you want to know what happens next on Total Drama Island!" He shouts, and he waves goodbye.

The scene then changes to all the campers waving goodbye to the viewers, and the camera stops filming after that, which lets everyone know that the show has ended for the day.
