Recap : Manik's rude behaviour to Nandini!

"Mamu!"

Hearing this voice, Shekhar turned and saw Dev at the door step!

Shekhar Murthy - Father of Nandini!

Shekhar : "Come inside sir! Now only you find the way to this home right?"

Dev: "I am sorry Mamu....Forgive me....What can I do? My studies are like that....I have training......I am coming after so long. Why are you keeping your face so sad............My sweet Mamu. I am very tired...and hungry too...I am coming here straight from the hospital. Won't you give something to eat?"

Saying this Dev hold his stomach....Shekhar's anger reduced seeing him like that!

Shekhar : "Sit Dev. I will get something for you"

Saying this Shekhar went to kitchen while Dev too followed him!

Dev : "Mamu! How many times I told you that you should arrange a cook for you. But you won't listen to me. What's in your fate that you have to face all these alone?"

Shekhar smiled silently.

Dev : "Whatever I told...You will only smile right? My Mamu's special is the dimple that forms in his cheek while smiling"

Dev continued : "Mamu...Even when Nandini smiles... a dimple forms in her cheek! Have you noticed it?"

Shekhar : "Hey! she is my daughter. Haven't I noticed that till now? When she was a baby...from that time itself that dimple forms in her cheek while smiling. She will look very cute with that....You know what? Shwetha will put kala teekha on that place of the cheek to take the evil eyes away from her....Shwetha and Me had so many wishes and desired in raising our Nandu...........All vanished..A daughter should be in Mom and Dad's arms. But she is living as someone in someone's home.....I am feeling very heartbroken!"

Saying this Shekhar wiped his tears!

Dev : "Mamu...You give your permission now...I will bring your Nandu here and make her live with you...from this moment"

Shekhar : "No Dev. I told all this too you because I can't hold it......She being with Nyonika is only safe for her. Nyonika is taking care of my daughter like a mother. Without Nyonika there is no Nandini and without Nandini there is no Nyonika. They are living like that. I don't want to separate them!"

Dev : "Okay Mamu! But what's wrong in letting Nandini know that you are her father?"

Shekhar : "Dev ! Have you forgotten Kalyani...If she came to know that Nandini is my daughter....I don't know what will happen....If that's the case, then how come I can show to Nandini as her father....You know right the reason I left Nandini with them?"

Dev : "Sorry Mamu!....I can't see you in such a condition. So only I told...Okay leave that..Only good things will happen to us....I heard that there is some wedding in your elder brother's home. Do you know that?"

Shekhar smiled : "Yeah! I know that..Yesterday when I talk to my mom she told me...The previous week when I went there...they didn't even spoke to me fearing that I might ask a share in property"

Dev : "How is that possible Mamu? Even though Dada told that you are not his son...as per law you claim and get your share of property"

Shekhar smiled : "No I don't want. I don't want anything...Whatever I earned is enough for me. After me it belongs to my daughter only...What I will get in these properties?"

Dev : "Mamu! I think today I recollected a lot of old memories and made you cry. Sorry Mamu!"

Shekhar : "No Dev. I am not sad at all....Infact I am very happy today. Do you know why?"

Saying this he served the carrot halwa in a plate and gave it to Dev.

Dev surprised : "Mamu...When did you made this?"

Shekhar : "Now only...Before your eyes....Had you not seen it?"

Dev : "I didn't see this. I only saw your mouth. But you are great Mamu. You were speaking to me and at the same time you made this carrot halwa. Really you are great!"

Dev continued : "You told right you are very happy today? What's the reason?"

Shekhar : "Come.Let's go to the Living area and talk"

They went to Living Area and sat on sofa.

Dev : "Now say the reason for your happiness"

Shekhar : "Dev..today is the day on which I proposed Shwetha"

Dev laughed : "Super Mamu super....You already told right. Shwetha bua slapped you once you proposed her.....But Mamu..you might be the only person who is celebraing the day on which your lover slapped you by making Carrot halwa"

Shekhar : "Dev! Don't cross your limits. You told that you are hungry. That's why I made it. Okay now give me the plate"

Saying this Shekhar was about to grab the plate but Dev refused to give.

Dev : "What Mamu? you are behaving like a child. You only gave it.. Now you are asking back"

Shekhar : "Dev! I have a big and precious thing to give you. If I give that to you itself. Will you take care of it?"

Dev : "No. I don't want anything. You will get back the thing"

Shekhar : "No. I won't get back the thing from you. I will give that gift only to you. You should take care of it. Okay?"

Dev : "Okay Mamu. Tell me what you are gonna give me?"

Shekhar : "I will tell you and give you that gift when the time comes"

Dev : "Okay Mamu...No probs"

Like this their conversation ended and Dev left for this training.

Scene changes to Malhotra Mansion!

Nyonika : "Manik!"

Manik is tying his shoe lace.. So he didn't look at Nyonika.

Manik : "Tell me Mom!"

Nyonika : "Manik, Our Nandini....."

Now Manik looked at Nyonika.

Manik : "She is not our Nandini. She is your Nandini"

Nyonika is again taken aback with his reply.

Manik chuckled looking at her face.

Manik smilingly : "Okay now tell me"

Nyonika : " Nandini got late for her college. Will you drop her to college today?"

Manik : "Why? The caretaker of your princess didn't come today?"

Nyonika : "You are talking about Sonakshi right? She is not well. She has fever from previous night. She only informed me over the phone to send Nandini with You"

Manik : "Ohh..okay. Where is Madam? Ask her to come fast"

Nandini came out of her room. Manik saw her.

Manik sternly :"Ohhh...Madam came....For that only we told you learn scooty. Atleast you could have learned to ride a cycle. But you didn't. I tried to teach you to ride cycle. But what did you do? You fall on my leg itself along the cycle..I can't even walk for 2 days that time. You don't say anyone that you are a college going girl. They will laugh at you"

Nandini on hearing accusations from Manik against her is about to cry!

Seeing this Nyonika got angry.

Nyonika : "Hey Manik ! Why are you digging all those stuffs now? Will you drop her to college or not?"

Manik : "Okay. Let her come."

Saying this he went to take his bike.

Nandini : "Okay bua. I am leaving. Take care of yourself"

Nyonika smiled seeing her care and nodded her head.

Both Nyonika and Nandini went outside where Manik is sitting on bike.

Nyonika : "Manik! Ride the bike carefully. Drop her safely"

Manik chuckled : "No No I won't. I will push her from the bridge that is on the way"

Nyonika closed her mouth on hearing his reply. Because if she again instruct Manik.. then he will not take Nandini.

Manik started the bike as soon as Nandini sat on it.

After sometime....Nandini 's eyebrows shrinked.

Nandini whispered in Manik's ear : "Ma...nik?"

Manik didn't even hear that...because of her slow whispering. He is just concentrating on road.

Nandini patted his shoulder slowly.

Manik sternly : "What?"

Nandini stammeringly : "This..this..is not ...my way...to...college"

Manik sternly : "Yes"

Nandini : "Then.....where?"

Manik sternly : "Shut up your mouth now.Otherwise I will leave you here itself"

That's it. Nandini zipped her mouth thinking he will do that also even without thinking anything.

Nandini is worried that she is getting late for the college..
