Both NK and Payal hugged him.

NK : You are a dumbo Nannav..

Arnav : I know , he said smiling..

All laughed at it..

Payal : Where is Bhabhi ?

Before Arnav could reply..

NK : Hey Nannav , look at that girl .. She is so pretty na...

Arnav smacked NK's head...

Arnav : That's my Khushi..

Khushi : Hey all , saying she walked and sat near Arnav...

Nk was gaping at her ..

Khushi : What happened NK ?

NK : You are our bhabhi ? Oh no bhabhi..

Khushi : Huh , What happened ? Didn't you like me ?

NK : What , No no , I love you , he smiled sheepishly..

Arnav glared at him...

Nk : No no Nannav , don't mistake me.. I love her as my Bhabhi...

Arnav : Good for you...

Khushi pulled Arnav's cheeks and said : You are too cute when annoyed , do you know that ?

Arnav smiled at her comment. Payal was looking longingly at the couple in front of her. She never know what it is to be friendly with one's partner. Akash never allowed her to take freedom on him.. Here she is seeing a real couple..

NK : Let's order something guys... I am so hungry...

Four of them ordered food and waited for it's arrival..

NK : Nannav !!! On a serious note.. Why the hell did you sign all those papers bhai ?

Arnav : Di was vulnerable then. She also said that she will commit suicide if I don't sign..

NK : Waah Nannav !!! She said and you agreed , What a siblings bro ? You are an emotional fool , do you know that ?

Arnav : Yeah , Khushi used to say that always , he said smirking..

Khushi : Haawww !!! When did I say that ?

Arnav : Yesterday too you said na ?

Khushi : Huh !!! When ? She started thinking...

Arnav felt like kissing her seeing her cute antics. He smiled and side hugged her..

Arnav : I was kidding my Cupcake , he said hugging her close to him..

Khushi : She snuggled close to him..

NK and Payal gaped at them seeing their PDA...

NK : Seeing them I feel like having a girl friend , he said dreamingly..

By then food arrived and they enjoyed their Dinner..

Payal : Now let's be serious.. Tell us your plans Khushi..

Khushi : After our marriage we will go to RM but not as husband and wife but boss and PA...

Arnav : Baby still I don't think that's a good idea...

Khushi glared at Arnav... Arnav gestered as locking the lips...

NK : Wow wow .. Nannav is scared of his honewali bewi , he laughed...

Arnav side hugged Khushi : It's called LOVE , NK..

Khushi leaned on his shoulder...

Payal : Ok ok.. You all are deviating from the point !!! So Khushi you are coming to RM , then ?

Khushi : Then we will play our card. I will gain their trust.

Arnav : No. No baby. I don't want you near those vile people ever , he held her hand tight..

NK : Don't worry bhai.. We are there na..

Arnav : I don't trust anyone when it comes to my Khushi NK... I won't take risk..

Khushi : Arnav !!! I am not a kid , she whined..

Arnav : You are.. For me...

"Awwww " , Payal and NK teased them..

Khushi : Concentrate guys. Then she said her plans clearly to them.. After hearing it NK and Payal accepted it but Arnav was not agreeing...

By that time a call came in Payal's phone..

She looked at others and said : It's Akash..

NK : Put it in speaker.. Anyway he won't call for romancing..

Payal : Hello Akash..

Akash: Where the hell are you Payal ? No food prepared?

Payal : Oh , for that you called me ? I am not a servant there.. Ask HP to prepare dinner for you all from today..

Akash : Then what's the use of you at my home ? he yelled..

Payal : I am better than you anyways..

Akash : Payal !!!!!

Payal : Don't shout Akash.. I am out with NK bhai... Will be late...

Akash cut the call in rage..

Payal fuming , What did he think of himself ?

Khushi came near Payal : Calm down dear. You now go.. Don't create a problem now, we can give him his dose together.. Trust me..

Arnav went towards Payal and side hugged her

Arnav : Haan Payal , Don't be dishearted.. We are there for you.. Now go.. It's too late..

NK : Yes bhabhi bhai is right .. Come let's go...

Four of them left for their respective homes ..

Arnav's Car

Khushi : Arnav , you need to agree with my plans... They are ok with it na , then why can't you ?

Arnav : No baby I am not agreeing for this ...

Khushi : You should agree Arnav..

Arnav : Noway Khushi.. I won't..

Khushi : Why not ? Why can't you ?

Arnav : I don't want you to interfere in my family matters..

Khushi didn't say anything after that...

After that, through out the drive Khushi was silent and Arnav very well know what it is.. So he kept quite..

He is not going to agree to her demands now.. Noway.. He know that she is hurt by his words , that's why silent...

They reached home.. Arnav got down the car and went inside giving a quick glance at Khushi ...

Khushi being Khushi sat in the car itself as she was hurt by his words and behaviour.. She opened the car roof vent and looked at the sky..

Maya : You came beta. How was the meeting with your cousins ?

Arnav : Nice Amma. My head is aching Amma. I am going to sleep.

Maya : Ok beta. Go and sleep , saying she went inside her room.

Arnav opened his eyes when the rays of sun hit his face. He is feeling refreshed.. He didn't felt like going out for jogging as it's chilling cold outside. He need to reach his company site early.. The final works are going on.. In one week is the inauguration.. He got ready and went down..

"Good morning Amma and Papa " , he wished

" Good morning beta " , both said smiling.

Devduth : Where is Kukku ?

Arnav : I didn't see her today Papa.. Will come , he said thinking of his decision..

Devduth : Did you both fight ?

Arnav : No Papa , it's not fight.. She is going to risk her life and I can't afford it..

Devduth : She told me the plan.. But beta you are there for her na. Even Payal and NK too..

Arnav : Papa.. I don't trust anyone with her safety. Not even me. I can't take risk.

Maya : Where is this girl ? Since when we are waiting.

Maya called her via intercom. But no response..

Maya : She is not picking the call. Arnav and Devduth panicked.

Arnav : I will go and check Amma..

Maya : No beta you have your breakfast. She may be sleeping.. Ramu kakka can you check Kukku and ask her to come down ?

Ramu : Yes beta , saying that he went towards lift to go to Khushi's room..

After sometime

Ramu : Maya beta , Kukku baby is not in her room..

Arnav got up from his seat : What do you mean by she is not in her room ? She may be in washroom..

Ramu : No beta.. I checked everywhere.. Kukku baby is not there..

Arnav got tensed.. After their argument in Car , he didn't see her... Normally it's Khushi who wake him up.. But today she didn't come..

"How I missed it ? ". He ran towards her room and checked every nook and corner of her room..

Arnav came down : She is not there Amma... Where is she ? If this is her prank , then she is going to be in big trouble Papa ...

Devduth : I am with you my son..

They searched each and every room but didn't find her.

Arnav was hyperventilating.. He don't know what to do... His body is not moving...

" Bade saab... Arnav beta .. Please come out.. "

All rushed outside hearing Ramu Kakka shouting ...

What they saw made Arnav froze on the spot.. His Khushi is lying inside his car , lifeless.. He ran towards her, opened the door and took her in his arms... She is as cold as Ice ..

Arnav : Baby !!! Wake up ... Baby please open your eyes.. Jaan please open your eyes... Please , he said hugging her closed to him..

Devduth : Arnav !!!! Hospital.. We need to take her to hospital..

Arnav suddenly scooped her in his arms and ran towards another car. Devduth and Maya too followed him . Devduth drove the car..

Arnav was not in a normal state.. He is shocked seeing his jaan lifeless in his arms.. He hugged her towards him as, if he loosen his hold , she will vanish..

City Hospital

They reached the hospital but Arnav was not in a state to leave her.. Devduth pulled her out of his hug and asked the hospital team to take her inside...

Devduth is a strong man but seeing his children like this was devastating for him.. Maya was crying seeing both her children in pain... They both dragged Arnav inside and made him sit in front of the observation ward..

Maya went near Arnav seeing his state..

Maya : Beta !!! She will be ok.. Don't worry...

Arnav turned to her and his dam broke and he hugged his Amma and cried...

Arnav : It's all because of me Amma.. My anger.. That jeopardized my jaan's life..

Maya : No beta.. It's not your fault.. She will be alright. Don't worry beta..

After sometime doctor came out after treating Khushi..

Devduth and Arnav ran towards him..

Arnav : How is Khushi doctor ?

Doctor : She is stable now. You brought her on time. She was exposed to outside chill weather and she was freezing.. Her BP was very low which is a very risky condition.. If it was late then , you would have lost her..

Arnav stood numb. Last line said by the doctor was ringing in his ears. What if they were late to find her ? He risked her life in his anger.. He didn't care about her... He didn't go to her room yesterday to check on her before sleeping as always .. He was upset and he ignored her. He took her for granted..

Nurse came and said that Khushi is shifted to VIP room. They all marched towards her room and saw her lying lifeless with Iv's and Oxygen mask..

Arnav stood at the entrance looking at her pale face...

Maya : Come inside beta..

Arnav shook his head in negative and went out of the room...

Arnav went outside the hospital and sat on a bench there... Doctor's words were still ringing in his mind...

What if they were late to find her.. Coz he knows , not even in his nightmare he will think that Khushi will be in his car..

" I don't deserve her.. I always take her for granted.. I say that she is very precious to me but I never valued her.. She must have hoped that I will go and solve our fight.. My baby !!! I was near to lose her coz of my anger.. What would have happened if we were late.. My jaan.. Nooo.. I can't even think of that.. From today I will never get angry with her.. She is such a cute doll who needs my care not my anger , he chuckled between his tears.. My doll is all that I wanted in this whole world " , he said to himself..

His phone rang

Haan Papa I am outside only...

Yeah, coming Papa...

He stood from there and marched towards the room where his Jaan is admitted..

He came inside the room.. Seeing his face both Maya and Devduth understood that he cried.. They both went out patting his shoulder..

Devduth : Arnav !!! We are going home .. I will send car for you both.. Doctor said that she can get discharged when she get her conciousness... Maya is not well coz of not having food on time , so I am taking her home.. She too needs rest.. You take care of Kukku..

Arnav moved towards his Amma..

Arnav : Amma !!! You are alright na.. Kya hua tha...

Maya : Moved near her son and smiled.. she cupped his cheeks and kissed his forehead.. I am absolutely fine beta.. Your Papa is exaggerating.. Take care of Kukku and both come home as soon as she get her conciousness ok..

Arnav : Ok Amma..

They went from there and Arnav walked towards his love..

He sat besides her and took her in his arms carefully.. He dropped kisses now and then to his heart's content..

Arnav : Baby I am sorry.. Don't hate me baby.. I can't take it.. You are mine Jaana.. I did wrong by taking you for granted.. From today you are my ultimate priority baby... It was only you, still from now on , I won't get angry with you.. He said hugging her towards his chest ..

"Then with whom I will fight ? "

He jerked hearing the voice , his Khushi's voice.. He looked down to see his baby looking at him..

Khushi : Tell me.. If you don't get angry with me then how will I fight with you ? , she asked raising her eyebrows..

Arnav chuckled in between his tears.. He was overwhelmed seeing his Jaan in sense.. He hugged her more towards him...

Arnav : Why the hell did you sleep in the Car Khushi ?

Khushi : Don't fight now... We can, after going home.. I am so hungry..

Arnav soften hearing her..

Arnav : Can I get you something to eat from Canteen ?

Khushi : I don't want this tasteless food.. Let's go home..

Arnav : Ok !! Come let's go , saying so he scooped her in his arms and marched outside the room..

As soon as they reached home , Arnav took her to his room and placed her in his bed..

Khushi : See I can't stay here .. Take me to my room..

Arnav : Why ?

Khushi : This will be my room only after marriage , she said shyly..

Arnav : Ohh !! Really, he tickled her..

Khushi : Yes , my would be Hubby..

Arnav caught hold of her hand : Only rituals are left. You are already my wife Jaana..

Khushi : I know..

By then Maya brought food for both..

Maya : Have it both of you...

Arnav : Ok Amma , Did you have your food ?

Maya : Yes beta , and Kukku I need an explanation , she said seriously

Khushi looked down nervously ..

Arnav : Amma !!! Please.. It's my fault..

Khushi : Noooo... It's not his fault, it's my fault only...

Maya : You both first decide whose fault is this and that person should give me explanation.. Understand..

Yes Amma .. Both said together...

Arnav fed her food and he too had his food after Maya went downstairs..

After that Arnav leaned on the bedrest and pulled Khushi towards his chest.

Arnav : Now tell me why didn't you come inside yesterday ?

Khushi : I was angry with you . I was looking at the stars and slept unknowingly...

Arnav : I know... I am sorry baby..

Khushi : When it comes to your family , I am an outsider hai na ?

Arnav looked at Khushi stunned..

Khushi : I understood that yesterday.. Whatever I do , I am an outsider only..

Arnav : Baby I am sorry, I didn't mean it..

Khushi got up from his chest and looked at him...

Khushi : You meant it Arnav.. You meant every single word you said.. I saw that in your eyes...

Arnav : I am sorry baby , Please don't hate me.. I got angry when I thought of your safety and just uttered those words... I swear I didn't mean it.. You are my everything Jaana.. Nothing is important than you for me.. You are my ultimate priority Jaan.. Please believe me...

Khushi : But when it comes to your family , you will forget me na..

Arnav : No Jaana.. You are my family na.. I am sorry that I told all that and I got the punishment too for uttering those crap .. You have no idea what I went through seeing you lifeless , he said with eyes pooled with tears..

Khushi : Still I am Katti with you , saying so she snuggled close to him..

Arnav chuckled seeing that and wrapped his arms around her securing her inside his embrace...

Arnav : I know how to make my baby friendly, saying so he started tickling her and Khushi started laughing...

Khushi : I am not Katti ..... I am not Katti... I surrender , she said between her laugh..

Arnav opened his arms and Khushi jumped towards him and hugged him.. Arnav hugged her tightly to his heart's content and pecked on her lips . He is so happy that his Jaan is safe and she is in his arms...
