Next day,

It's 8 am now and Karan is already in his cabin going through the CCTV cameras. Monami isn't here yet, Karan wanted to make sure that he can answer her questions about this matter.

It was yesterday's footages, where he saw Sheena making coffee at the very same time when he sent Monami to bring him his coffee.

He started to watch further but he stoped and looked at his watch, he didn't know that when an hour passed and it's now Monami's reporting time. He was eagerly waiting for her.

There came a knock and he stood up and said an eager come in but it was Sheena. So, he asked....

Karan - Miss Malhotra, aap???

Sheena - Kya tum kisi aur ko expect kar rahe the Karan?

Karan went back on his seat and closed the laptop and asked...

Karan - Aapko koi kaam tha kya, Miss Malhotra???

Sheena - Haa vo.....

She was cut off by a knock on the door.

Karan - Please come in.

Monami entered inside and saw both of them.

Monami - Good morning, Boss. Good morning, Sheena.

Sheena thought that Karan is a very punctual man so, he will scold her now but she didn't know the equation between Monami and him so, was getting happy by her this work.

Karan (With a straight face) - I was early as mujhe kuch kaam karna tha, isme Monami kuch nahi kar sakti. I was here for my personal work and not for a professional work Sheena. No need to scold her for no reason.

Sheena faltered and said...

Sheena - Oh that's okey then. But you are still late by 10 minutes from your original 9 am time.

Karan gritted his teeth out of frustration and anger, he asked her...

Karan indirectly dismissed her but she was still seating there so, he asked...

Karan (looking at her questioningly) - Anything else, Miss Malhotra?

Sheena nodded in a no out of disappointment as she couldn't do anything about Monami. But Karan wasn't aware of her thoughts according to her so, he wouldn't understand.

Karan - Good then, get going.

Sheena made a face and left from there in anger. Karan and Monami, both saw her reaction but didn't said anything.

Monami locked the door and came near Karan hurriedly. Seeing this, Karan said...

Karan - Tum kuch zyada hi tezz nahi ja rahi ho?

Monami understood his meaning and said with extra broad smile...

Monami (Putting her hands around his neck) - Aap thappad khana pasand karege?

And she left him with a little push and she said, making a serious face...

Monami - Kaam pe dhyan dijiye aur mujhe bhi CCTV dekhna hai kal ka.

Karan (Making a face) - Tumhe to maine ye batake hi galti kardi that you're my beloved.... Tumne to meri izzat karna dur ki baat hai, meri beizzati hi karna shuru kar di hai yr.

Monami understood one thing, that is, Karan is not acting serious right now, like at all. So, she said, pushing him a little away from his laptop...

Monami looked at the door and then looked at him. She tried to get free but Karan held her more tightly.

Monami - Dekhiye Karan, 6odiye mujhe. Agar kisine dekh liya to rumours felna shuru ho jayege. Hume vaise bhi is matter ko investigate karna hai. Agar ye kaam Sheena ka hai to hume pata lagana hoga varna pi6li baar to shukar manaiye ke main thi varna agar koi aur hota to???

Listening this, Karan got serious but he didn't leave her. He said...

Karan - Jo karna hai asehi karo, vaise bhi tumne door lock kiya hua hai. Koi aayega bhi to use knock to karna hi padega.

Monami nodded her head in disbelief and said...

Monami - Aapka kuch nahi ho sakta. Aap ase kyu hai, Karan???

Anyways, let's get this work done. Jo hua, main use dubaara repeat nahi hone denewali.

Monami again started to watch the CCTV footage again and Karan was also watching it.

IN THE CCTV FOOTAGE__________

They saw that Sheena was the one who gave some money to a strange person and he then added some kind of white powder in the coffee and mixed it well.

When Sheena saw that Monami is coming in the pantry, she indicated that man to hide and when Monami came there, she gave that coffee to her and left from there.

Monami and Karan knew that somewhere they were thinking the same thing that Sheena might be behind all this but now they have a visible proof.

Karan is hell angry now. His eyes are blood red out of anger, he was in his angry vampire form. Monami saw this so, she went near him and put her hand on his heart to calm him down.

Karan - No Monami, not this time. Pani sar se upar ja chuka hai, ab isme kuch nahi ho sakta. Please, tum beech me mat pado. Main janta hu ke tumhe ye sab pasand nahi hai but it's our world now, your world. If you still want to be a part of my world then...

Monami immediately interrupted him and said...

Monami - Main aapko rok nahi rahi Karan. Bas abhi ke liye react na karne ko keh rahi hu. Main chahti hu vo apna sach apne muh se bole. Uske baad aap jo chahe vo kar sakte hai, main ya fir aur koi bhi aapko nahi rokega.

Karan nodded in agreement and hugged her tightly. He promised himself to never let her get hurt in anyway possible. He will protect her with his own life if needed.
