Please don't miss those last few words I have written ending today's update, before you walk away.
**
"Aman has called you several times. Why aren't you picking up his call? Aur lights sarey...bandh karke kyu rakha hai?" Neela's rebuking voice was heard while emerging in her daughter's room, talking she darted her glanced taking a sight of the room and in a second put on that most bright light then when she spotted Avni against the balustrade in balcony who is standing there facing the city. Her voice didn't make any change or a slight shift in her stance Avni was on that spot, nor she threw a single glance over her Mamma who finally reached her and saw her face crestfallen, desolate looking somewhere in distance. Looking at her Avni this terribly in silence she softened, got a bit confounded.
This is the same day Avni met Ayan at his apartment. After leaving Avni at their house entrance gate Neil drove off and she straight away walked to her room upstairs. Reyaansh and Neela was inside their room having their second cup of tea like any other Sunday evening they do the same.
Avni gotten lucky, she didn't come face to face with her parents when she was in her most vulnerable state, hassled to her room.
"Avni bachha what happened....?" She was about to tell something more but stopped seeing Avni. Next moment Her soft voice actually made Avni leaned to her mother absent-mindedly. She let out a deep, eerie sigh before she made a statement or rather it could be said she asked a question that caused her mother frowned in anticipation and her heartbeat speed up.
"Can I ask you something" her gloomy voice made Neela panicked yet she stayed calm as of preparing herself to face anything it comes.
Slowly her hand went to her hair, in gesture with her unsaid words conforming her that she can ask anything to her Mamma. Her Mamma has got her.
"What happened to my bachha? Did you two had a fight?" With her drumming heart she let out a tiny chuckle, tried lighten this smothering atmosphere but immediately her chuckle turned into deep frown when she heard her reply.
"Mom am I a bad person?" Avni's soft remorseful tone caused Neela's heart squeezed.
Her head against her mom's chest who is behind her, supporting. This is the only person to whom her heart can be bare, can be raw. She can reveal whatever it comes to her mind. This person is not going to judge her but understand her inner turmoil without any word exchange.
Neela started moving her fingers over her hair leaving a soothing effect everytime she caresses her hair. To Avni no one can cause her heart this calm than her mamma does. That touch has magic to placate her frenzy heart most of the time her Mamma even has least idea about how overly worked up it gets. Her those few sweet words has instant everything-is-gonna-be-fine effect that no medicine could be ever discovered on this earth, by any genius.
"Do I have feelings for Ayan? Which I not supposed to?" Neela's hand stopped instead they paused over her shoulder before she made her daughter steady and next moment they both are face to face.
"No my little one you haven't. You like him as a very good friend, nothing more" who knows better than Neela that this the way blood works. When they are connected as they are between siblings. Doesn't matter how many lie you make, how much you try put them apart. Blood does finding out it's origin.
Neela swallowed hard at the thought being caught someday, may be that day is no far when their truth will come out brutally naked, which didn't go blind-eye to Avni but she thought her statement cause this, she is getting her mother tensed. She felt bad. Few big tears fell down her eyes before she continued gulping down few sobs.
"Then why my heart is hurting this excruciating since I heard he is leaving? Tell me why?" Now the entire thing made some sense to Neela. She couldn't stopped curving her lips into a smile, sadly. outside she smiled masking up the aching of her chest she is suffering from in result of keeping her daughter in dark about her real family. The smile was nothing but of her helplessness to not able to reveal her the truth, not able to free herself with this guilt feeling. So that Avni would not feel guilty for such unreal happenings and also she could understand the actual reason of feeling attached to Ayan this bottomless.
Avni got perplexed looking at her mamma this contented. Being bemused she waited for Neela to continue.
"Because you are hurt. Because he didn't tell you at the first place his decision, which in your subconscious mind you always expect he will. You are shocked with such sudden information that's why you are hurt. You will be alright soon bachha." And Neela did what she has to be done in this kind of situation. She reasoned out with which she believes partly Avni's truth as well .
"Is that possible we can fall for two person at a time?" And by her next statement she couldn't help but flashed a real smile this time. Neela laid her arm around her shoulder and with other arm she pushed Avni's few hair strands away her face very delicately. While talking they walked inside room.
"We miss who we like. Apart from the person we have romantic relationship with, we can also love our friends, sometimes have special place in our heart for the people we work with, can be shared a great relationship. Indeed it would be different shade of emotions. It doesn't mean we are falling for everyone we meet. It cannot be possible. So undoubtedly you are not mentally involved in such feelings with Ayan. Definitely not" Neela clarified her daughter, her tender, genuine reasoning out seems shoved some sense in counter to Avni's previous disclosure. And nodding frantically then sighing she took Neela's hands into her hold this time.
"Yes I'm not at all attracted to him in that way. You are right Mamma. And he owe me nothing" Finally frantic nod along with a faint smile made its way on her lips. Slightly giving some pressure over her flesh Avni wiped both her cheeks neatly. With a new found confidence she breathed out heavily.
That smile of relief on Avni's face will no wonder reflect over Neela's as well. It's not needed to mention to my readers, I reckon they already knew it would happen in a heartbeat.
What that power she has? Any kind of difficult situation she could vapour out in a second. Avni couldn't help, her lips curved a admiring smile with her whole face staring her Mamma. Sometimes she just want nothing but hug her Maam tight. So that no one can ever comes between her and this beautiful lady in front of her now.
Neela raised her gaze asking her what it is she is beaming for. Avni just nodded nothing.
"Get up. Freshen up before Aman reach here anytime now with your favourite samosa chaat" Neela hurried the exact way she usually does every time her lazy head of a daughter. And at this revelation Avni licked her lips imaging of that delicious food she is going to have her taste buds savour into in a moment.
Avni barreled to the washroom feeling better shortly. But Neela got of as she heard of Avni locked the door. Her smiling countenance turned into agony which was underneath the whole time. Her welled up eyes said it all. Biting her lips she closed her mouth and immediately Neela strolled out that very place in a hardest struggle not to leave any traces of her weep behind which only she know how hard it was to holding this long.

"Will you guys now please care to enlighten me what that sturdy, fifty shades has done this time? Why is this gorgeous girl Jui is looking this dull and has become such a crybaby? Aman demanded out before he made himself comfortable on love seat across Avni on bed, he grabbed his aloo tikki chat bowl.
"Shut up" Avni chided through her glasses and absolutely ignoring her dagger like big eyes chastising Aman for being this flippant. Uninterestedly Aman shoved a full spoon of dhokla piece inside his mouth and started munching as if he was starving a minute ago. Aloo tikki chaat and dhokla both his favourite.
Jui is trying getting over her heartbreak. Talking to Aman and Avni she is feeling better now, also smiling through her dewy eyes.
"And We had sex already" Jui trailed off, for the first time since Avni remembered her voice sounded less melancholy and more dramatic.
Aman on the rim of chocking his food. Then forcely gulping it he scowled at Avni then at the screen there he can see Jui. It took him few minutes to bring out his actual reaction. That is a mixture of dumbfound and dubious.
"You had what?" His forehead crinkled deeper from frowning in shock. His second full spoon of dhokla piece stopped in the air mid way.
"In her dreams. God Aman" rolling her eyes Avni groaned out her frustration over Aman who is not able to recognise pun in Jui's speech that she stated ruefully with a little pout. Avni had least wanted this kind of conversation at this moment. But Jui is Jui. she does get into such kind of out of topic comments, everytime she feel extremely sorry for herself. Exactly what she is feeling now.
"Yes" Jui's tiny low reply.
"know what? Being around you two drives me nuts.
Kisidin tumdono ka main murder karnewale hu I swear" Aman snapped scowling at both Jui and Avni. Then he resumed his food back after signing heavily shaking his head.
And from outside of room someone heard two girl voice giggled in unison.
By then Neil walked in making his presence known. And at his arrival Jui quickly said bye to them, she went off line. It was apparent She would not like let Neil discover her current pitiful status. So she better choose to escape.
"What are you doing here ? Mom is going for shopping. She is searching for you to drive her market" glancing once at the dark ph screen now turned into, Neil informed Aman. Then his facade changed askance knitting his forehead. Suddenly there is an imperceptible shift of air around the room. Avni stole few awkward glances and devouring back to her food quietly.
Aman made a whiny face in response.
"Oh no not again. Kya bhai aap ekdin company nahi de sakte Avni k sasuma ko? Kis tarha k future Beta bannewale ho aap dikhrah hai mereko" Aman yelled out a whimper showing his agitation while Neil being Neil sat beside him, snatched the bowl Aman was having those delicious items and shoved a full spoon of it in his mouth. In a minute the bowl is empty.
Everyone knows how foody Neil is. And all kind of chaats, Street foods are sort of first love to him, since his school days. He used to spend most of his pocket money on food and only food.
"Bakwas apna side mein rakh and get lost" Neil said tersely in an ungracious tone , put the bowl aside down the bed as his eating finished. Then sent a smile at Avni who was sitting there silently gulping her food but Aman's statement caused her frown a little. She shifted her crinkled gaze at him through her glasses. At this point her hand stopped and she is trying to figure out what did Aman's words actually mean. But on the way she couldn't stop that Sasuma word caused heating up her cheeks beetroot red. Which ofcourse Neil would notice. he winked at her and this gesture caused her condition more evident. She frantically blinked down to her food. Suddenly the food appeared very intriguing to look at for Avni.
"Ye bakwas hi aapko yaad anewala hai jab aap in future apne wifey ko leke market jaoge aur Mom would be like 'mere saath kabhi jata nahi tha nalayak' and all" rolling his eyes theatrically in a very funny way Aman talked getting off the bed. Not any more Avni couldn't refrain her giggle and she did set it free watching his those notorious body movements while replying.
"Aman I said leave" leaving Avni immediately pressed her lips together trying to stay neutral, momentarily playing with her food with the help of a spoon in bowl and Aman raised his hands in surrender, unfazed by his brother's solemnly tone. His head askew, Neil stared at Aman in a look utter-one-more-word- and-you-are-dead. And at the very moment Aman knows it is the end of his hour there and it's time to rush out of his big bro's sight if he really want to go back home physical all well. So as in instant he succumbed, left the spot, but ofcourse not grumbling the above words in a very displeased tone letting out his resentment at Neil's such an unceremonious arrival in between their chat which is why they have to leave it incomplete.
"Is everything fine with you Avi? Jaan you can talk to me about anything you know that. Don't you?" Neil's diligent approach to Avni.
As soon as Aman left Neil rose of his seat and perched on the space next to Avni.

Thank you so much for Reading.
I hope my beautiful Wattpad family is doing excellent.
Well these days it's getting me disheartened everytime I'm visiting my few latest updates. Those scanty amount of votes and acknowledgement my updates are receiving lately is really very depressing to move on with.
You know what, those are all lie when someone says appreciation do not any differe to them and bla bla. Because I know how it feels when you don't get any as you expect, after putting so much of hardwork to keep people entertained with the stuffs you do.
I'm not atleast getting an comfortable amount of your precious votes, nor you are dropping those inspiring comments you used to be in my chapters always. Let me know you, those were my absolute motivation to write more.
That is the only reason I'm not feeling like writing most of the time presently.
There is a feeling, it might have happened my readers are not getting enthralled reading my works anymore, whatsoever. Or may be mostly had already left.
If this is the scenario then I would give it a thought regarding discontinuing this particular book.
Trust me it would be the woeful step to take for me as well, but you just can't keep going with something you are not having your heart as enthusiastic as previously it had.
Hope you my amazing people would understand my above appeal and consider my words not at all lightly.
