"Where am I?" She woke up in a very dark room. Very dark! She looked up at the black ceiling and saw a huge tunnel but she can't reach it. Loneliness started to consume her.

"Your sins are too much to be forgiven, young girl. You will never get your chance to reborn. You will stuck here forever to atone your sins". Said a man's voice that sounds from that tunnel above her head.

A sudden revise of her memories sparks in her mind. All of her evil deeds, just for her love for her little brother are now hunting her. Both her hands were shackled with red cuffs.

"It must be someone's blood", she said.

She then looked at her feet which are bound by blue shackles. "It must be someone's tears." She said.

There's nothing she could do for now. All she did is smile while remembering all the good days she and Sasuke had together. She really hoped that she can move on to the next life, however, this is her punishment. But if it's for her brother, she rather endure this. This kind of punishment is nothing compared to her love towards Sasuke.

From a venomous Sword blossoms a
lovely purple Flower.
From the plump red Seed bloom a
blood-stained Glass.
When polished, the yellow Gems becomes four lovely Mirrors,

With that, the lullaby sounded complete to her ears. Suddenly, a bright fruit shimmers in front of her. She reached out her hands and touched the fruit and the voice who sang the lullaby for her echoing throughout the dark room.

"Sasuke?" She whispered after hearing that loving voice. "Of course... There's no other human could possess his beautiful voice that could heal any bleeding heart. My beloved brother..."

The dark room slowly turned white, she finally can see her own reflection in front of a tall mirror that appears out of nowhere in front of her face. Her reflection becomes blurry and then vanished, reforming a new feature.

"Big Brother Itachi?" She called while tapping the mirror. Her elder brother looks so calm in his white clothing which is the same one as the one she's wearing.

"There's no need for you to bound here any longer, (y/n) Uchiha."

The red shackles that tied her hands falls off after saying those words.

"You shall be reborn. Another world awaits you..."

After the words were said, the blue shackles also falls from her ankles. She stood up and face her brother. She placed her palms against the mirror, against Itachi's palms. The warmth from his hand is touchable because the mirror also crashed to the white pure floor.

"I'm sorry for keeping you waiting for my appearance, little sister." The older brother pulled her into his embrace and she nuzzles into his broad chest.

"It's not long, Big Brother... How about Sasuke?" She asked while looking at the brother's charming onyx eyes.

"We will soon be united, (y/n)... I promise..." He said as he plants a soft kiss on her forehead.

"Next time?" She asked playfully and cheerful giggles escapes her lips. She completely forgotten about where her was or how her loneliness tried to kill her over and over again. She was beyond any joy after feeling the warmth of her long lost brother.

"And that next time will come... I promise." He pulled her into his chest again. No more forehead poke this time.

"Thou your sins are so much, even heavier than any mountains... Your time has come, Uchiha siblings... It's time for your reincarnation." That powerful yet full of deity voice talked to them.

Both of the siblings walked with their linked hands through the pathway which have red roses to lead them to the right direction. They keep following the roses and they saw another young boy that identical to (y/n) is standing with a glass bottle that contains a message note and a pretty red rose in it.

The boy handed the glass bottle into (y/n)'s reach and quickly pulled her into a tight hug. Then, the three of them were blinded with a very bright light but they know that they're still together because of the warmth of each other's hands are channel to each other.

"Yes, Itachi. They are your new siblings. Meet Uchiha Sasuke and Uchiha (y/n)."

Itachi looked at the twins with full of joy in his eyes. The twins keep holding onto each other's hands the whole time, not wanting to let each other go. The babies keep glancing at each other and giggles excitedly. They seems like they're known each other for so long.

Itachi poked their foreheads gently to have their attention. "Hi, (y/n). Hi, Sasuke. I'm Itachi, your big brother..." The small innocent Itachi said to his new siblings.

The twins seems to recognise Itachi so well. They clapped their small and chubby hands happily while giggling at their big brother.

"With this, nothing can separate us ever again. Happy ReBirthday."

The twins grew happily in that ninja world and they keep aiming to become a pair of great ninja together. Itachi also a part of the special ranked ninja, ANBU always helped the twins with their training. The eldest brother always spend his time with his precious siblings whenever he had the chance.

Being the children of the head of the clan was never easy but for having the other half which is always together, (y/n) and Sasuke grew stronger together as a team.

There's a bit quarrel happened in the Uchiha clan but everything seems under control now. Uchiha Obito was announced as the Hokage and the big village called Konoha located in the Fire Country is very peace right now.

"We're Chunnin now!" Sasuke and (y/n) jumped in front of their elder brother excitedly while showing off their new green flak jacket to the older brother.

"Congratulations, you two... I know both of you can handle it." Itachi congratulate the twins.

"Thanks, Nii-san! It's all because of you too!" The twins hugged their brother, Itachi tightly.

"Yow, young Chunnin! How about a small celebration for it?" Another Uchiha came to interfere their moment as a family but with that said, it's still worth it.

"Sounds good, Shisui. But you're the one who's gonna pay..." Itachi said and motioned his hand for the twins to follow them.

(y/n) and Sasuke looked at each other and grinned. They threw away the certificates and the flak jacket, quickly slipped their feet in the shoes.

"Let's go, (y/n)!" Sasuke pulled (y/n)'s hand and ran with her. Their smile said it all. There's nothing in this cruel world can separate them.

"Hey, you two! Wait up!"

Not hearing the elder brother's calling, they keep running together until they stopped in front of the famous ramen shop, the Ichiraku.

"Ramen?" (y/n) asked to his little brother.

"Smells good, right?" Sasuke said and grinned at his elder twin.

As they walked into the small shop, their feet stop motioning into there. What an eyesore scenery for them to face. In that small ramen shop, sat a pair of couple which is Uzumaki Naruto and Haruno Sakura.

(y/n) had a crush on Uzumaki Naruto while Sasuke had a crush on that pinkette, Haruno Sakura. However, not every love story will go on well. Sakura and Naruto loves each other. Both of them frown in frustration.

But, they quickly looked at each other and smile. "How about something lighter than ramen, Sasuke?" (y/n) asked. "Like... Onigiri?" She stated her idea. She knew that her brother loves onigiri with tomatoes so much. What a weird combination.

"Oh... I thought about taking some dessert to end the day..." Sasuke smiled to his dear sister. He knew that (y/n) loves desserts so much. She's a sweet tooth just like their elder brother, Itachi.

"Fine. Let's just grab both." A strong hand tapped them and pulled them into a hug.

"Nii-san! Let's go!" They shouted at the same time that tickles Shisui's and Itachi's heart at their childish behavior.

Nothing can part them ever again. Their love is so powerful, having each other is more than enough for the twins.

"No tears, blood, or even powers and force can have the strength to demolish our love castle as siblings... I will be with you until the last world we travel together... I love you, my dear twin."
