The next day Sonakshi woke up and saw Dev sleeping in an awkward position and she immediately got up thus disturbing his sleep also.
" what happened sonakshi"
"I am sorry "
" sorry but why"
"because of me you had to sleep in such a position. Your body must be aching "
" no Sonakshi trust me , I am fine and now come on get ready for college " yes he lied so that she would not feel guilty. He took the much needed hot shower which soothed his body ache and then all three of them  left for college
The day was fun as any other day. After Neil's encounter of yesterday Dev and Vicky did not leave her side even for a second. One or the other always stayed near her. Preekar did ask what had happened to her hand but she simply lied that she fell down as she did not want them to get tensed. Many time Neil tried to insult her but none of them gave him a chance. Also Dev helped her in taking down the notes. Soon it was time to bid bye and devakshi and Vicky came home. Sonakshi and Dev were sitting in his room solving a few assignments when her phone buzzed. Sonakshi took the phone and saw the message
Sonakshi baby you have played hide and seek a lot all  these years now the time has come when I shall come and kill you myself. That will be the day I have been  waiting for all these years . Be prepared tonight I shall appear

It was from a unknown number and the colour on her face drained. She was horrified by the message
" Sonakshi what happened show me the phone "
On getting no response he grabs the phone and readthe message
" mom, dad, Vicky, sourabh come here quickly"
All of them Rush towards his room
" bhai what happened "
" Vicky look " he reads out the message rather threat
" who is this person Sonakshi "
" I.. I don't know mom "
" mom she will not stay alone today I will stay by her tonight. She will be in my room
"no Dev it's Okey I will be find"
"shut up Sonakshi you need protection can't you see that you are being threatened. You do trust me na"
She nods her head
" good then Dev she will be with you tonight and Tomorrow morning we will inform the police"

Just then her phone buzzed again. Dev saw the message and showed it to all
Don't you dare inform the police else...

"who the **** is this man. I swear I will kill him personally if he touches my sister "
" bhaiya stop it she is already petrified and you are scaring her more. Sonakshi we promise we won't let anything happen to you"
"I know Dev but.. Because of me you people are facing a lot of problems and I don't want to increase the burden"
"Sonakshi how can you think that you are a burden. Has anyone told you ( she nods her head negatively) then"
She hangs her head low and everyone gives her a hug.
" Sonakshi my child I will go and get your night dress and you change here in dev's room hmm"
"OK mom"
She goes and gets her night dress and Sonakshi goes and changes.

" Sonakshi you sleep on the bed I will sleep on the couch "
" no Dev you also come on the bed "
" but you may feel... "
" uncomfortable but I trust you and with you around I never feel uncomfortable , I feel safe and loved"
His heart flutters in his chest and he immediately comes and slides in the duvet. He makes sure she is fast asleep and then stays awake on a lookout

Sourabh' P. O. V
I know they love each other a lot I do hope that they confess it before it is too late

Vicky's P. O. V
I know mom will try to separate them but I will never let that happen. I don't want my sister to have a heart break. She is too sweet I do not know why mom hates her. I mean she looks at her with disgust and also finds various means to get rid of her. I do hope that this is not one of her plans else she will have  the last of it

On the other hand in dev's room
Sonakshi woke up all in sweat and fear
"Sonakshi what happened "
" Dev again I had a dream of that dreadful day., the day when I lost my family "
" Sonakshi relax we are all here for you , here have water "
She drinks the water and Dev makes her lie down
" Dev please never leave me "
" never, I promise "
Sleep takes over and both of them are asleep holding each others hands

The next morning Sonakshi goes to her room to collect her belongings
" ahh"
Dev and the others come and are shocked to see her room
Her whole room was a mess as if someone had entered it and tried to look for something. Even​ the windows are broken.
" what happened here "
" I don't know but whatever happened it happened last night. "
" watchman"
"yes sir "
" what were you doing last night? huh someone entered this room and you didn't even get to know! Were you sleeping on duty?"
"no sir believe me no one was here "
" then how can this happen "
" I don't know "
" Vicky increase the security forces "

" Sonakshi Dev and Vicky a body guard will be with you at all time got it "

" Bhola shift Sonakshi 's things to dev's room. Sonakshi you have no problem in staying with him na"

Saying so he leaves
Dev takes Sonakshi to his room while Vicky informs Preekar that they won't come and also told the reason why. He explained everything to them they were tensed but Vicky said that everything was under control
