I woke up, I am feeling dizzy. My head is spinning and I am trying to remember what happened yesterday. I remember, that I was making dinner after he beated me. And then I was crying, we had dinner and then I don't remember anything.

The room is different, it is not my room and no one is sleeping beside me. I see someone sleeping on couch uncomfortably, he is sleeping facing backside of couch. I am really tired and weak to get up and see who is it. Cuz, I know if it is Aryaman then he would have slept beside me not on couch. I try to get up but I couldn't. My waist is still paining.

"Uhmmm..." I mutter in low voice. But maybe he didn't listen. I try to get up from bed, I got up and try to stand but I stumbled and fall on bed. I hiss in pain because of excessive pain in my body. It wakes him up. He moves a little and then he gets up. I look his face, he is Manik.. Yes, Manik. I am not able to understand what is happening? Where I am and what is he doing with me? And where is Aryaman? Maybe this is Manik's house, but what am I doing here?

"Ma...Manik..." I mutter.

"Good Morning Nandini." He says giving me smile and he gets up.

"Manik what I am doing here?" I ask.

"Nandini we will talk about it later, first go and get ready. I have arranged clothes for you and bathroom is this side." He says pointing towards bathroom.

"What I am doing here? And is this your house?" I ask.

"Nandini I said you first get ready we will talk about it later." He says.

"Manik.." I try to say but he interrupted, "You are going or should I take you." He asks.

"I know you will not do it." I says.

"You know I can..." He says and come closer to me and lifts me. But because of his tight grip on my waist, I felt excessive pain. I hissed in pain.

"Manik... It's hurting." I say in low voice.

"I know, that's why I am telling you to take bath first." He says and take me to bathroom and put me down. And went out of room.

Many thoughts and questions are flooding inside me. I try to remember what happened yesterday, but nothing is coming in my mind. My head is aching like hell. And this pain in my body is oil in fire. I take bath, I really feel relief. I wear the clothes given by Manik.

I come to room, but Manik's is not here. Maybe he is down. I go downstairs, Manik is making breakfast.

"Manik what are you doing?" I ask.

"Maybe I am dancing." He says.

So dumb of me, I am seeing that he is making breakfast, still I am asking him. He and his jokes.

"I mean you don't have to do it, there are many servants, they can do it." I say.

"Yeah true, even after having many servants you can do each and every household chores, but I can't even make breakfast." He says. I feel numb listening to this.

"Ma.. Manik.. You know...." I stutter.

"Yes Nandini, you tried very well to hide your pain, but you know what you can never hide anything from me. I can see your pain and emotions from your eyes...." He says.

I feel broke listening to this, I know he loves me. I knew it from long ago. I know he never confessed, how could he I always told him I love Aryaman, he always held me. He accepted the truth, but I know he loves me. I was gazing at him, his eyes. He is also gazing at me.

"Manik what happened yesterday?" I asked finally.

"I said we will talk about it later, you are weak and you have to take medicine, for eating medicine you have to first eat. So, Miss Nandini Murthy, here is your favorite breakfast. Taste it and tell me how's it?" He asks in drammatic way like nothing had happened. It definitely make me chuckle. I sit on chair which he pulled for me like a gentleman.

"It's really good! You are becoming good chef" I said after tasting a bite, which made him smile.

"Manik sit and have breakfast with me." I say.

"As you say milady." He says. And we had breakfast.

"Now tell me what happened yesterday?" I asked.

"Okay, just first take this medicine. I promise we will talk about it." He says.

"Okay..." I say.

He gives me one pill, I eat it and drink water.
I try to say something, but before I could say something I am feeling dizzy and in few seconds my vision is blur and I fall down, but Manik's held me and helps me to bed.

I am unconscious, but I am able to hear something....

"Take care of her, if she gets consciousness give her something to eat with this." Manik says... "She will fall asleep. I don't think she will get consciousness before I come." He says.

And then I got completely unconscious.
