Olivia wakes up, hearing the shower running so she figured Julia is getting ready. She stretches and hops out of bed, gathering her clothes, that she has just laying sound Julia's house, that she is going to wear.

As she does so, she hears the bathroom door unlock and a now dressed Julia walks into the room, smelling like vanilla.

"Morning!" Julia smiles as she walks over to make her bed.

"Morning." Olivia yawns, walking into the bathroom.

Olivia showers and uses a spare clean towel the older girl gave to her when she got out. She gets dressed and sorts her hair out, feeling ready for the day to come.

The two girls get Julia's mother to drop them both off to The Wreck where they'd be meeting Kiara and JJ.

Olivia sits in the front seat, her fingers thrumming against the steering wheel while Julia looking out the window staring into space.

The girls sit in Kiara's parents car waiting for JJ and Kie to leave the restaurant with the food supplies for JB and Sarah.

When they do eventually come out, Kie's parents show up and Olivia slightly slumps down in her chair.

"Where you been?" Her mom questions while approaching her.

"Uh—I'm fine. I slept here."

"Well, we were up half the night, scared to death, lookin' for you. Were you even gonna tell us?"

"Well, I'm telling you right now."

"All right, what the hell are you four up to?" Her mom looks over at the car then at JJ who replies to her.

"I'm sorry, Miss Anna, we gotta go."

"Sorry." Olivia mumbles out the window.

"No. I'm sorry. Absolutely not." Her mother retaliates. "Have you heard what's going on?"

"Mom, I'll explain later." Kiara says while getting into the backseat.

"Have you seen the storm coming in? It's not safe."

"I'm sorry, Mom. I have to go!"

"These cops are armed, Kiara. You'll get shot."

"I have to go!" Kie speaks calmy, while Olivia starts the car once JJ gets in the passenger seat.

"I am not letting you do this!"

"Mom, John B needs us!"

"You need to stay here."

"I understand. I'll be careful."

"Open this door!"

"Sorry. Liv drive." Olivia starts driving and she can't help but feel bad once she sees the tears in kie's mom's eyes.

Olivia arrives at JJ's house, parking in front of it. Once the car is in park she looks over at JJ who's looking out the window.

"Home sweet home."

Olivia waits a second before she speaks, "Do you want me to come? 'Cause I'll come."

"No. This will only take a second." He gets out the car.

Olivia watches as JJ gets out the car and closer to his home. She looks in the back seat and sees Julia giving her a 'i see you' type of look, and Olivia flips her off.

JJ comes back out looking upset, once he's in the car Olivia speaks softly.

"How'd it go?"

JJ holds the necklace with the keys up and Olivia smiled, rubbing his arm comfortingly before driving to the shed where JJ's dad's boat is.

As Olivia is driving down the road, looking slightly anxious JJ breaks the silence.

"It'll be fine. It'll be fine with the Phamtom. She'll get out quick." Sirens are heard coming from the opposite road and coming towards them. "Whoa, whoa, whoa." And him, Julia and Kie duck down in their seats hiding from the cops as they pass.

"They're still looking. It's a good sign."

JJ opens the shed door where the phantom boat sits untouched. "There she be. Hey, girl. a 1983 formula 402 SR1. The phantom." He uncovers some of the front that was covered by a cloth.

"Very beautiful." Julia nods, analysing the boat before her.

"The first boat to make the run to bermuda in under 16 hours, Julia. forty years old! forty." He places his hand on the boat. "And still the fastest thing that kildare's ever seen."

"It's kind of a junker." Olivia shrugs, hurting the boys feelings.

"Really? She's right there, Olivia. She can hear you. Let's just put it this way. You would not be smoking weed right now if she never existed, okay?"

"I just hope it runs."

"Oh, no, she'll run all right. She's faster than any cutters the boys in blue got."

Julia hears motorcycles approach the shed, she had thought it was just Pope, having heard he stole JJ's motorcycle earlier. "Pope. Finally." she calls out, running towards the other end of the boat.

"Hey, there. what's going on? JJ? Olivia? Kie?" rafe sniffles as he reveals himself. "How you guys doing?" He jumps onto the boat.

Olivia backs away, getting closer to JJ when suddenly barry whistles, appearing behind the two.

Julia stands next to Kie, grabbing her hand carefully as the two look at barry. Rafe moves closer, still being on the edge of the boat but standing directly behind Julia. He jumps off and placing his hand on the small of her back, casuing her to flinch slightly.

"Well, well..." Barry laughed before pointing the gun in JJ's face. JJ puts his hands in the air as Barely spoke again "See, don't think I forgot about me and you on the side of the road. I'm here because i want my motherfuckin' money."

Barry pushes JJ on the floor and Olivia tries to see if he was okay. "JJ! JJ!" she calls out but Rafe picks her up and takes her away from the two boys and placing her away from them.

"Julia," he looks over to her "Where's John B?"

"I don't know.." she whispers.

Rafe walks over to Julia and placing his hands on the side of her face "Don't lie to me, where is your brother?" He repeats.

"I don't know!" Julia says louder as she shoves him off her.

"I really wish you didn't do that." He steps closer to her, slapping her forcefully across her face. Julia stumbles back, holding her face as tears silently left her eyes.

Olivia runs over to her, making sure she was okay. The blonde comforting her best friend, seeing the red mark on her cheek.

"I know what you did." Kie calls out.

"What? What did I do?" Rafe laughed.

"You murdered Peterkin." Rafe then grabs Kiara's throat, applying enough pressure for her breath to become shakey.

Barry stands over JJ "Stay down, boy. Phew!" he chuckles.

Obviously , JJ doesn't listen and gets up. Barry grabs him and starts to throw punches at his face, as if he was a punching bag. "Where is my money? Huh?" Barry threw JJ back on the floor and yells "Stay down, boy!"

Julia and Olivia see Pope run from around the boat with a metal pole in his hand, running towards Rafe. Pope quickly hits him in the back. Rafe letting go of Kiara's throat and she falls to the ground. "Don't touch her!"

Pope continues hitting him until eventually the pole was knocked from his hand. The two threw punches at each other, Pope more than Rafe. Barry tried to pull out his gun but JJ trips him up by grabbing his ankle and watching him fall to the ground. Suddenly, those two break out into a fight while Olivia, Julia and Kie didn't know what exactly to do.

"Pope, you're gonna kill him! Please!" Julia calls out, standing up.

"Pope, as much as he deserves it, stop!" Olivia agrees which caught JJ's attention, he runs over and tries to talk him out of it.

Pope starts to strangle Rafe with a electrical grommet. Julia starts to pray silently whilst Olivia and Kie continues telling him to stop. JJ goes behind him and tries to pull the boy away.

"Look at me!" Kie yelled and that's exactly what Pope did. Once he looks at her, Rafe drops to the floor, gasping for air. "We gotta go. We gotta go."

"Dude, where is he?" Kie asks as she stands on the mini dock.

"Give him a second. He'll be here." Pope ties off his hand with a cloth.

"He's coming. He'll be fine." JJ puts on his jacket whilst standing on the phantom.

Sirens start to wail louder and louder until the cop car could be seen.

"JJ!" Kie yells

"Hey, yeah. Get back on the boat. Get back on the boat. Untie it." JJ suggests

"Shir." Olivia mumbles, almost getting onto the boat before stopping and looking at the car again. "Wait.." She looks over to see John B leave the car.

She also sees Julia jumping out of Kiara's car and moving to jump onto her brother's back "God, you're alive." She smiles, clinging onto his back

"No effing way." Pope says slowly.

"I'm sorry?" Kie questions as if her eyes were deceiving her.

"You've gotta be kidding me." JJ gets off the boat

"Shoupe let me take it for a spin." John B says sarcastically as he holds his sisters legs, keeping her on his back.

"It wasn't easy, bro, but I got the phantom for you, and she runs like she was made yesterday." JJ throws John B the keys "You ready to go?"

"Where's Sarah?" John B's voice went soft and Julia takes that as a sigh to get off his back.

"She's not with you?" Olivia speaks with worry

"No, we got separated in the swamps. She said she'd meet me here."

"No, we havent seen her." pope shakes his head

"Okay, well, im not leaving without her."

"John B, look at me. I know you feel bad for leaving, but there's no time, man. You've got plenty of gas, plenty of food. Once you get around that point, it's a straight shot across the sound to dismal swamp, okay? Once you get there, lay low, all right? Hang out for a couple of weeks and then go overland, cross the border at Brownsville, you got that? Brownsville. You— hey! You got that?" JJ places his hands on John B's head

"Yeah, yeah. Brownsville." John B looks down before climbing onto the boat. "Hey. I'm sorry for basically... throwing us off a cliff with this whole treasure hunt thing."

Olivia looks to Julia to see tears leaving her eyes. She knows that Julia never ever cries infront of anyone. The blonde girl reaches out and gets a hold on her hand and squeezes it gently, reassuring Julia that she could cry.

"At least we did it together, right? Pogue style." JJ places his arms around Olivia and Pope. Olivia places her arm around Julia and Pope places his around Kie as they all let out a small sad laugh.

And then with that JB drives the boat away.

Once John B leaves, Julia drops down onto the edge of the dock staring down at the blood that is still stained on the back of her hand. She let's the silent tears fall from her eyes but she wipes them before anyone can see.

Pope and Kiara stand in the middle of the deck talking to each other about just being friends, but the fact they are both stood so close together doesn't help his nor her case in the argument. And this conversation about just being friends, end up with them kissing

Olivia and JJ stand by the car. Olivia still slightly upset after watching her brother nearly die and Sarah leaving her once JB finds her. And JJ's eyes still blood shot from crying.

JJ turns to her, "You feeling okay?"

"Yeah." She sighs. "I've just never been away from Sarah longer than a day."

He sighs. "It's gonna be hard, for all of us. But you have us all." He smiles. "Here." He opens his arms and embracing her. Her hands clutching the front of his shirt while his hands run through his hair and up and down her back.

After a couple of minutes she takes a step back and smiling up at him. "Thank you."

Sirens stops the two from talking and JJ immediately recognises the sound of coo sirens. He moves to stand behind Pope and Kiara letting them finish before speaking.

"Hey, guys, I'm sorry to ruin the party, but, uh, we gotta go right now. Come on!"

As they started to move the cop cars surround them, blocking them in. Shoupe gets out the black SUV slamming the door behind him.

"Pope." Kie mumbles as Pope continues to walk.

"Move. Hands up! Hands up!" A man with a gun shouts.

"Pope, hands." Kie speaks to him again.

"We're too late. He's gone. God damn it! Bratcher, have you guys stand down. Let me talk to these kids. All right, where the hell is he?" Shoupe gets closer, and Olivia instinctively backs up slightly moving behind JJ. "Where the hell is he? JJ? I see you're livin' up to your name. Pope, how about you? This ain't a fucking game! You can do the right thing now! Where'd he go?"

The man with the gun speaks into his radio, "Suspect has just left station 26 in a small boat. Need marine patrol to respond.

They were all being escorted to a white tent, that is set up and is surrounded by cops. "Follow Plumb to that tent." Shoupe told the teens as they got out of the car.

Julia was stood behind Olivia as they all follow Plumb, in a single file, into the tent. The Cameron girl starts to spin the rings on her fingers as she follows behind JJ.

"Sir down. Don't move. We got a lot to talk about." Shoupe tells the before turning around to a cop "Keep an eye on these kids."

"Blockade is up at the marsh and masonboro and all other inlets from shem creek to breach inlet." One officer speaks.

Olivia slumps in her seat, her leg bouncing up and down erratically. And she leans her again against JJ's shoulder as it starts to feel way too heavy for her to hold up on her own.

Julia looks over to her friends and she watches Pops take's Kiara's hand whilst JJ takes Olivia's.

The teens were told to stay seated as the adults talk into a radio to Sarah and John B from the boat. The cops and Ward all sounded urgent trying to get the two teens to turn back around and come home or the storm would kill them, but they were adamant on not coming home. All the kids sat next to each other, whispering to each other once every few minutes reassuringly.

Shoupw comes in with Plumb and Thomas, the three of them wearing high vis jackets.

Julia stays sat in her seat, not wanting to see or speak to anyone. She watches her friends get up and to stand infront of Shoupe and his crew.

"Did you find them?" Pope asks as he stands up.

"No." Shoupe looks down.

"So, they got away?" Kiara also asks, turning to look at JJ for a second.

The thunder crashes before Shoupe speaks up again, looking down at the ground. "We, uh... we lost them. I'm sorry."

Julia's head snaps up when she hears Shoupe's words. "You lost them?" Her voice was shaky. "What do you mean you lost them? Like, they're gone? Like, could be dead?"

"They took an open boat  to a tropical depression, Julia." Shoupe looks over to her "But we dont know if they're dead."

"You drove them straight through the storm!" Olivia starts to cry.

"Are you kidding me? Come here!" JJ yells as he grabs Shoupe's shirt "I'm gonna kill you! I'm gonna kill you, you bastard! You killed him!" Officer Thomas had to pick JJ up.

Kiara's parents walk into the tent dropping their hoods and loving over at their daughter. And as soon as Kie's eyes's land on her parents the tears fall even more and she meets them half way and immediately hugging them sobbing into their shoulders.

Pope's mom comes up to him, "Pope. Pope." She speaks throwing her arms around her upset son, their hug being joined by his father in a matter of a few seconds. "I'm sorry..I'm sorry." Pope mumbles too his dad before its cut off by his dad's arms.

Julia's mom comes rushing in and doesn't think about anything other than finding and getting to her daughter. As soon as she gets to her, she wraps her arms around her holding her close. Julia lets the tears fall as she clutches onto the front of her mom's shirt. Her mom doesn't care about the wetness that is soaking through her top right now, too busy focusing on comforting her daughter. She runs her hands up and down her back and slightly running them through the ends of her hair. Julia hangs onto her mom, not planning to ever let go.

Olivia looks around for her dad, knowing he's here but she can't find him. Anywhere. She then looks for JJ but finds him already in a hug with the Hayward family. Kiara is with her family and Julia with her mom.

Lexi speaks!!!!

so, me and rhianna finished these whole 12 chaps in six days. which is crazy because i never write. but i'm very happy with how our books have turned out. and i cant wait to write even more. i am grateful rhianna even put up with me for this long. but olivia and jj are currently my bbg's i am focusing on. eva might come out ever thursday or so, not likely, but these will come out a couple times a week. but yeah, lollollol lollollol lollollollol lollollol lollollol lollollol

Oh, and i wrote the julia and her mom hugging scene and let's say, it brought rhianna to tears.
