Imagine you have told Sebastian that you both will have a nice dinner to celebrate his birthday together. But actually you've planned something completely different: A surprise party. You've invited all his friends and family. His mother, Chris and Anthony and a lot more. And today is Seb's birthday. You both take a taxi to get to the hotel where you've rented the ball room for the party. Seb wears his best suit and looks perfect in it. He smiles at you as he helps you out of the car and looks up to the building. "That's a hotel, not a restaurant", Sebby observes and your eyes widen. "Um ... the restaurant is ... in the hotel", you reply and Sebastian nods. "Oh, of course", he says and laughs. You breathe out in relief. He doesn't suspect anything.

As you both stand in front of the door to the ball room, Seb frowns. "That doesn't look like a restau-", but you open the door, push him through it and say with all the others in the room: "HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SEBASTIAN!" Seb looks surprised, his mouth opened widely but his eyes are bright and you see he's happy. You laugh as he looks down to you. "You ...?", he asks, a bit speechless. You nod smiling and he kisses you on the cheek. "Thank you ...", he whispers into your ear, his warm breath tickling you softly, his hand on your waist. Everyone graduates Sebastian, gives him presents and you gave him yours - an airline ticket to Constanţa, Romania for a weekend for you both. After he has cut the birthday cake and everyone had a piece, he wants to give a speech. "Thank you all for coming and especially thanks to my lovely girlfriend cause she invited you all", he begins, takes your hand to pulls you closer and gives you a stunning smile. "I ... haven't expected this surprise at all ... I thought we're going to have a nice dinner for two ... and I had made my own plans for tonight ... well, we're not two by two anymore ... but I guess I can carry out my plans though", he declares, turns to you and kneels down in front of you. He takes out a little black casket, looks up to you, his bright blue eyes shining. "(Y/N), I love you so much. And ... I want to be with you till the end of the line" He winks and you laugh with tearful eyes, your hands covering your mouth cause you're so astonished. "Would you do me the honor of becoming my wife?", he asks and opens the casket, revealing a beautiful silver ring with a diamond. Sebastian looks up to you, he looks slightly afraid but you can't imagine why. Is he afraid you would say no? "Yes!", you shout out and Seb's face lights up, he puts the ring on your finger and cups your cheeks. All the guests applaud and you feel tears of you running down your face as Sebastian's lips meet yours and he kisses you passionately.
