Hey everyone! I'm just warning you that this chapter is pretty long. Sorry it took me two days to get this one written. I tried ya know? Lol anyways. It's about as big as two normal chapters, so I hope you enjoy it!

Tsunade contacted the clan leaders of every eligible clan in the Village of the Leaves held within it's walls about the court meet up to cast down judgment on Danzo, and to decide his punishment if determined guilty.

Naruto was currently being dressed for the occasion, as was Kakashi, and Itachi. Itachi was dressed in fancy men's clothing that he saw suitable. He then stood and walked to the waiting room to wait for the other clan leaders to show up. Naruto followed in suite as did Kakashi. Tsunade got prepared as well, and walked into the said room. The next to show up was Hiashi Hyuga, head of the main Hyuga clan branch. He looked to Naruto and gave a look of discomfort, and this turned to disgust at seeing Itachi speaking to Tsunade. He did this speak of it, as he moved to the court room to wait. As the others filed In Tsunade walked to her seat and sat down. Everyone was soon in the room, and settled down.

"Shall we begin the trial?" Tsunade asked in a serious tone.

"Yes!" Everyone answers at once.

"Very well. Bring him in." She spoke to the Anbu standing beside her.

The doors opened, and everyone raised their heads and looked to the doors, as Danzo was led by two men to the area he was then shoved to his knees. The Anbu walked out and shut the doors, though, Anbu surrounded the walls along the room.

"Danzo Shimura, you are here today, after being charged with genocide, betrayal and plot against the Hokage. How do you view these charges?" Tsunade questioned.

"I deny all of them." Danzo looked up at Tsunade.

"I would think wise of you not to lie to the clan heads, Shimura." Kakashi growled as he sat at the seat that was labeled Hatake.

Hiashi Hyuga looked at Danzo and then down at a paper in his hand.

"I would like a request of reason. Danzo. Why has it come to my ears that you are the soul reason behind the death of a noble family clan?"  Hiashi asked.

"I understand their death was a severe loss, but it was only to benefit the village." Danzo stated.

"So you do not deny the fact you murdered them." Choza, head of the Akamichi clan spoke with great seriousness.

"I deny them. It was Itachi Uchiha, who murdered them." Danzo spoke honestly. "I have no blood on my hands."

"Yes you do." Itachi spoke up. "I may be a rogue ninja, but I am a rogue under loyalty of this village. I never betrayed this Village. I was only following your orders as a member of the Anbu Black ops, you used to command. You went behind the wishes to sign a peace treaty with my people, because you were scared we would revolt, and you said, if I killed them, I could see my brother Sasuke live, sense you were going to get your foundation members to slaughter them if I didn't." Itachi felt tears run down his face. "I-i...was only following orders." He covered his eyes. "Because I didn't want to see my brother in the pile of bodies."

Murmering broke out amoungst the clan heads after this, and Naruto set a hand on his back and rubbed it gently, trying to calmed the male in distress. Danzo just eyed him before sighing, raising his voice.

"It was so they wouldn't be able to take over the leaf! They were plotting against us!" Danzo stated. "As an Elder of the village, I saw what was fit that Sarutobi couldn't!" Danzo's tone had slight annoyance to it.

"With all do respect." Shikaku Nara started. "The elders should always be loyal to their Kage. No matter what. They are there for advise giving and to put their wise perspectives into play when it comes to great change and war. What you did, was of your own self interest and game. What did you want the Uchiha dead for?" Shikaku asked.

"...I didn't want them dead for no personal motive. Only for the benefits of this village." Danzo spoke calmly.

"REMOVE YOUR BANDAGES AT ONCE!" Hiashi gasped in disgust. "Vulgar beast!"

"What's the matter Hiashi?" Tsunade looked at him with severe concern.

"My lady! Please remove his bandages!" Hiashi shook, overing his mouth.

Anbu looked to Tsunade, who sighed and nodded. Danzo felt hesitant, and went to stand, but the Anbu quickly pinned him, wrapping chakra chains around him. With his supply nullified, they could safely remove the bandages. What they found was...

Eyes...

Uchiha eyes, embedded in his skin them all opening and looking around anxiously. Itachi gagged and covered his mouth, as did multiple people in the room, Tsunade included. Naruto stared with pure disgust and he shuddered and backed away and pushed himself against a wall.

"Murderer!" Naruto spat. "You killed a clan for power! GUILTY!"

Tsunade shook and seemed beyond pissed. "I vote Guilty on behalf of my Senju clan!"

"Aburame clan votes Guilty!"

"Guilty!" Itachi snarled.

Everyone accused Danzo guilty for killing off the Uchiha clan for power, and that punishment is to be decided later. Next, moved onto plotting against the Hokage.

"Settle down!" Tsunade slapped her hand on the floor.

Everyone paused and turned to her after the Anbu finished rewrapping Danzo's hideous arm, and kept the Chakra chains on his body incase he was thinking about anything dangerous. Naruto and the others settled down and got resituated.

"Next. You have been accused of plotting against my wishes as Hokage, and taking up rule of The Hidden Leaf behind me back! How do you view this?" Tsunade spoke with power in her tone.

"Not. Guilty. I never want to go against you. But I do, want you to see things my way." He growled.

"Explain." Choza turned his full attention to Danzo.

"A very perfect example of my view, is my views, on Naruto Uzumaki's freedom." Danzo turned to Naruto. "You, are a precious weapon. A carrier of The Nine Tailed Fox Spirit. A Jinchuriki. And half a year ago, you ran from the village, freely with no one stopping you. This only proves that you don't need to make an effort of escaping to the enemy, which you did, exactly." Danzo narrowed his eyes. "You should be locked away. So you are constantly provided for, cared for, and watched over and kept here."

"He has a point." Hiashi considered it, and went into thought.

"Danzo Shimura. Has if ever occurred to you, that he is flesh and blood like us. Not some weapon." Tsunade growled. "His case, will be viewed after yours. Now, why did you train your Foundation members, to only obey you?" Tsunade asked. "Why do they think they can act on your part over mine?" She growled.

"Because they are loyal to their master." Danzo spoke. "Training them into Anbu is my soul role in this village. They are loyal to me, before they can be loyal to you."

"You are raising an army to protest against out Hokage!" Choza then growled. "I've seen them go on missions without her assigning them! That's against our laws! They left the border of the Land of Fire, without special grants from Tsunade Senju herself! That's against the law! The foundation should be band!" Choza spoke with seriousness.

"Do we agree on this?" Tsunade asked. "I do."

"I do." Kakashi nodded."

"I certainly do." Hiashi spoke..

"I do." The Aburame clan leader nodded.

"I do" Shikaku

"I do." Choza nodded.

"I Do." Itachi nodded.

"I do." Naruto gave another nod.

"The foundation, is hear by illegalized! If I hear about any more activity with this organization. Those said to be still active will be immediately punished by death!" Tsunade stated boldly. "Now. You have been proven guilty of all charges against you!" She spoke.

Tsunade looked up and everyone looked at her with determined eyes. She then sighed some and grabbed a pain brush and opened a file in front of her. She then signed her name under a document and closed the file, handing it to the Anbu behind her, her trust Anbu she knew was loyal till death.

"Danzo Shimura, you have been sentenced to death. As a punishment for Mass genocide of an entire clan, the plot to overthrow your Hokage, and assault on our Precious Jinchuriki." Tsunsde spoke. "You will be executed effective immediately. Take him away." Tsunsde shooed.

Danzo was then dragged off with some difficulty as he struggled to get away. Everyone then turned back to Tsunsde the moment the doors were shut.

"All of this having been said. Itachi Uchiha, you are proven innocent, all status will be reinstated after this meeting is over, and your bounty of dead or alive will be inactivated." Tsunade gave itachi warm smile.

"Thank you Lady Tsunade." Itachi smiled and gave a great full bow.

"Now. Naruto. Do you think you are well enough to come up here today?" Tsunade asked in a motherly tone.

"I-i can handle it." Naruto smiled weakly. "May I, have a line of chakra chains please?" Naruto asked as he stood and walked to the center of the room.

"What for?" She seemed a bit confused.

"U-uh." Naruto looked nervous. "Him." He spoke with great weariness in his tone.

"Of course." She nodded and gestured an Anbu to Naruto. "Will give us your full cooperation?" Tsunade asked.

"Yes ma'am." Naruto bowed as Chakra chains were wrapped around his Abdomen, them being larger then normal.

Naruto shuddered at the feeling of weakness that just washed over him. He hated feeling vunrable like this, it only reminded him of Hoshigaki. Naruto must power through this, and he knew it.

"Naruto Uzumaki, head of your clan." She bowed and smiled sadly. "You came back to the village, sick, weak, abused, and betrayed. You saved Kakashi Hatake's life, and Sakura Haruno's life. Why is that? Because a while ago, you wished for their demise." Tsunade stated. "You told this to my face when we tried to bring you back."

"I was wrong." Naruto looked down and teared up. "I-i was confused, mislead. I betrayed what friends I had, because I wasn't happy here. I was under influence. So I ran because i didn't know what else to do." Naruto shook.

"What influence were you under?" Hiashi asked.

"Haterid." Naruto answered simply. "It's all I've ever really known. I had blame for something I didn't cause. I had a group on my tail because of what I had inside of me. I was beaten for what I have inside of me. I was outcasted for what I had inside of me." Naruto mumbled. "So when I ran into the Akatsuki, I was about to accept death. But for the first time...they are the only ones, that actually treated me like I was a regular human being." Naruto looked at everyone around him. "So I felt safer with the group that wanted me dead. And I joined them, because it made me feel happy." Naruto mumbled.

"What made you come back?" Choza looked at him with pity.

Naruto gagged and covered his mouth. Itachi almost got up, but Tsunade paused him with a hand, she looked sad about it too.

"I-i was so wrong about feeling safe. They were bad people. Murderers...bandits, smugglers, selfish people who wanted to have fun in destroying everyone else." Naruto looked down. "I was so wrong about being safe....one of them..." He started but felt tears fall down his face as he started to cough.

"One of them raped him." Itachi had his Sharingan activated due to his rage. "When I found my own teammate raping him, I tore him to peices." Itachi growled. "Naruto then ran from me, and he starved himself for days, probably walking around, waiting to die."

"Then he found us." Kakashi spoke up. "We were about to be cut down by enemy ninja. On our last mission." Kakashi looked around. "Naruto came out of no where. He was pale, too thin to be healthy, depressed, and sick. But he helped us, and before that, he tried killing us when we met one another again when we went looking for him and for Asuma Sarutobi's killers." Kakashi sighed. "He broke down, before passing out after making sure we were able to walk. He then, agreed to come.back, after much reluctance and hesitation, sense this village, as he described it to be, his hell." Kakashi looked at everyone. "What Naruto did was from what we all have done to him, he didn't know any better."

The room went silent.

"Poor boy." Shikaku frowned. "I think he should be pardoned. He deserves a second chance. This time around, we should probably have someone watching him."

"I'll do that. Naruto is most comfortable around me. Kakashi, Tsunade and Sakura, but I'll spend my time protecting him." Itachi smiled warmly.

Naruto then sharply gasped. "I-i can repay all of you for my troubles that might befall this Village when his word of me being here reaches their leader's ears!" Naruto seemed a little frantic. "I-i can provide names, and the general locations of their hideouts." Naruto spoke.

"I'll do so as well." Itachi nodded. "But I must warn you. Their leader, isn't something to be enemies with."

"Who is their leader?" Tsunade asked.

Naruto and Itachi then looked around with a serious yet slightly fearful glare. They then both turned to Tsunsde, speaking in unison.

"Their names, are The Six Paths Of Pein, and Madara Uchiha."
