"Being stuck in forest surrounded by storm, trees coming off the ground well i knew coming to countryside ignoring the weather, warning of my friends, goddammit whole weather forecasting can never be proved as good idea but oh boy, i never knew it can take such a beautiful turn in someone's life." i thought snuggling closer to my icy pillow or may i call my dear husband. I have been married for more than 25 years with love of my life handsome, rebellious, savage, and frosty Min Yoongi. Oh yeah I must introduce myself, I am Park Jimin charming as always. You must be wondering me such a beautiful and perfect guy stuck with ice cream like him.... well that's a long story shall we begin;)

30 years ago.....~

I woke up even before my alarm can go off and quickly hoped to shower. In midway of scrubbing I heard some weird noise accompanied by my best friend Tae's incoherent shouts and repeated thumping of my bedroom door. It took me a minute to realize that its my alarm blazing which in turn woke Tae. Me and my best friend Taehyung have been sharing apartment since we graduated high school together and even joined same college, where I am studying arts and he is in accountancy. I grinned to myself, now i don't have to work hard in waking him. I was going to relish it some more but I was in such a hurry to enjoy my weekend so i completed my business and dashed outside meeting my not so happy looking best friend on my door.

"Don't you have decency to turn off your alarm, or at least you could have unlocked the door for me to turn it down myself, ruined my such beautiful sleep I was about to kiss Jungkook but no you had to destroy it" Tae grumbled

I grinned in response walking through passageway where both mine and Tae's room lies adjacent to each other crossing our living room which we both decorated with turquoise and yellow painted walls and decorative lights, near to wall lies our sofa and coffee table and across it hangs television towards our kitchen which is opposite to our rooms and started preparing a shot of coffee after throwing two eggs in pan for breakfast. Tae landed on sofa and faced me.

" Do you want some breakfast" i asked him cheerily

"Don't tell me you are still planning on visiting that dumb forest today." he slapped his hand over his forehead and continued "Jiminie how can you act so careless, haven't you seen all the storm warnings, its dangerous out there."

I ignored his warnings and continued stirring my eggs which are deliciously cooking

"Jiminie don't ignore me and look", Tae said while trying to show me some stats. "see its going to be worst storm of the year." he paused to take in my reaction which I am sure he was not pleased with.

I still moved around kitchen sipping my coffee and plating my eggs, I still have a lot of work left for my trip so I had to be quick with stuff.

"Aren't you listening to me. are you?", inquired Tae exasperated.

"No Tae, I am not listening to you okay. You told me exact same things last time I planned this trip and nothing happened. Entire weekend was filled with adequate sunshine and lovely breeze." I voiced.

"Its not same Jiminie, this time I am correct besides no one will show up."

"I don't care Tae even if you are correct but I am not going to spoil my vacation for that" I finalized." Its your choice if you want to join me or not, else I have no problem camping alone," I added while keeping my cup down and grabbing my fork to finish my breakfast.

I looked up to him he was in deep thinking "Do I have a choice, okay I am going" Tae said as a smile took over his face mirroring my expressions.

We left for trip at 6:00 am after bickering an hour over petty stuff and finally packing for camping. We both grabbed our bags and put them in back of our car with me taking first turn to drive. After an hour or so of driving we reached camp side where we parked our car and met Jung Hoseok, Jeon Jungkook and Kim Seokjin already there setting up their tents. Me, Tae and Jungkook go to same college and became friends because of our common Korean backgrounds, with Jungkook being in Tae's batch. Tae had a long time crush on Jungkook, so when jungkook asked him on date naturally he said yes and they have been dating for a while now. Hobi is single for quite some time now after messy breakup of his five years relationship with a Swedish girl Alicia she was a strong willed girl and they were in so much love but she left for her parents.

"Are they coming or not? didn't you asked him?" Jungkook inquired while looking at his brother Jin.

"Exactly what i was thinking about.", said Hobi looking at Jin his long time best friend.

"Namjoon hyung must have lost or broken something yet again making him late for trip" I mused making everyone laugh on my comment. Kim Namjoon is owner of biggest textile business in not just Korea but a larger part of Asia and is now expanding his business towards western side. He is long term boyfriend of Jin hyung and I am not exaggerating but are made for each other. Jungkook is his biggest fan and admire him so much maybe even more than his own brother. That reminded me he was going to tag his co- partner and childhood friend along on this trip, whom I have never seen before. I wonder who might that be.

We had everything settled up and were chatting happily, it was such a wonderful day with gentle breeze caressing my face which resulted in my sudden urge to explore this area.

"Hey guys, I am going to explore this anyone wishes to join?", Everyone looked at me and replied no. "okay then i guess i'll see you in an hour."

I grabbed my bag and took leave, I started to enjoy my weekend just like I planned it to be. Its been an hour or so therefore i decided to head back when out of nowhere winds started to get wild, trees dancing to its tunes, sky started getting darker every second, and lightening cracked in sky almost splitting it into two followed most minacious thunder i ever heard. Maybe this was the storm Tae was talking about in the morning. I started to run back but following trail seemed impossible with such wild storm, its nearly an hour of me running without any sign of escape, I couldn't open my eyes and even balancing myself was difficult.

"Can this day get any worse?", I cried exhausted when suddenly a branch fell over my head. I cried in pain, but my cries were accompanied by horns of bikes and when I raised my eyes I saw a handsome man mounting a bike in front of me. My eyes which were few seconds back were not even opening, now were size of saucers. Maybe that branch killed me and I am in heaven or that fell really hard and I m hallucinating, if that's the case I am proud of my imagination.

"Are you just going to gawk me or will climb so we can leave?" he rudely interrupted me making me a shade of pink and I climbed on back trying to cover it but maybe my sloppy action made it more evident. He started the bike and started racing it along the path making me scream in fright.

"Are you crazy, just slow down please", I cried which he ignored. Oh my god help, this is first time I am riding this monster of bike and probably its last time. I couldn't open my eyes so to avoid dying of fear kept my head on his one shoulder and hold his other shoulder tight nearly tearing his shirt off.

"Will you shut up, in your stupid wailing I forgot the way i came from now how will I take you to Namjoon." that handsome devil remarked.

"Wait Namjoon hyung you know him.", Suddenly I felt so stupid clutching stranger's shirt without even bothering to know who in the world he is.

"Ofcourse I know him, he is my childhood friend who asked me to rescue you from this wretched forest you stuck yourself in.", He said and stopped the bike near a huge tree which fell out of ground beside there was a giant pit probably where there was once that huge tree. Some of its roots were still in soil.

"Why are we stopping then?" I asked while getting down and holding my bag tight.

Storm was so strong by now that it was becoming impossible to stand on ground upright. Even his bike fell when we got down he roughly grabbed me and motioned towards the pit and taking his bike along. Surprisingly it was big enough for us to stay. I wonder if such a strong and large tree just fell because of storm, seems challenging but who knows.

We sat there in silence with my mind going thousands places at once 'will we ever escape this place', 'is this handsome devil lying to me' , 'does he have some ulterior motives for me', 'how is he this handsome', I didn't realize I was shivering until he put his leather jacket around me offering his warmth and his cologne surrounded me, calming me down.

I decided to ask some of my ques to this handsome devil. I looked over to him only to realize he is already looking at me. I looked deep into his eyes and for a minute everything blurred around us, all storm everything. I cowered away from his eyes and looked down.

"When do you think we will be able to escape this pit........ Its so dirty here and i bought this jeans last weak, plus how are we even going to reach home. I am not going to ride that monster again it was so scary." I looked on his face completely serious with a hint of amusement dancing in his eyes but with no intention of replying. Okay maybe this was not right way to start a conversation, I looked away.

"Yeah, look sky is fully dark soon it will rain and we will get out of this as water will clog here and winds will be better so easier to drive." A short reply came after some time.

'So we are going to ride this bike again' my blood froze.

"How did you know how i look?, how did you find me? , were you also randomly biking when you saw me?, but that's weird and when did you reached camp? are you here to kill me?" I fired him with so many questions which were bothering me for quite some time now. I look sheepishly at him waiting for reply.

"I have seen you before in Jin's party few months back and Namjoon asked me to look for you." He took a deep breadth and continued," Storm started after some time we reached camp.", He said while looking around us where winds were slower than before, and started to get up. "I think we should leave now, and look for better shelter soon its going to rain cats and dogs."

"Cats and dogs?" i asked horrified.

"I meant heavy rain" he told me while trying to take his bike out of pit.

"Sorry" my cheeks burned red with embarrassment.

He easily picked his bike up from pit his shirt sticking to his hands and his biceps flexing. I couldn't look away.

"Do I have to pick you as well?"

This bought me out of my reverie and climbed out, and I mounted on his monstrous bike. After roaming for some time we found a huge tree by now rain has started and we were soaked wet and it was just increasing making it unbearable. We settled down and it was still somewhat dry beneath it, this could serve us some shelter. I saw him shivering as well. He has even given his jacket to me, his shirt has become transparent because of rain.

"Here, you can have your jacket back, and yeah whats your name?" I asked to avoid calling him handsome devil on his face although he is not devil.

"Min Yoongi" He replied and stopped me from taking off jacket by grabbing my hand.

I inched closer to him to offering my warmth, and put my hands around him, he stiffened but relaxed after some time. 'I know I can't trust him yet but he has been nothing but good to me' and with this thought I drifted to sleep feeling essence of protection with him.

When I woke up first thing I felt was strong shoulder I was leaning on, I opened my eyes and saw his beautiful face, what a wonderful sight and I looked up to see clear sky, but something wasn't right I looked a little back to realize we were riding his bike and a scream tore my mouth, I was carried in his arms bridal style and he was driving bike with my bag on his back. I clutched him with full force and started to pray to god. I heard his soft laugh and I grabbed him even tighter.

"Its not that dangerous you can look."

I peeked as he said those words and tried to look but it was so scary but after collecting some courage I finally looked and to be honest it wasn't that bad, actually it was pretty good and exciting.

We started chatting when going back to camp side and I learned a lot about him, he is actually a very easy person to talk to. Being co owner of such a large company he didn't had that attitude. It was all going great but his bike stopped and we got down, he checked it.

"We have to walk our way from here" He announced and I offered to take my bag back as he was walking his bike as well but he declined but anyways I took that back from him.

I wonder he is such a nice person, we just met and he is taking such good care of me, I like him.

"I am not nice person usually" his reply came and it took me a second to realize I blabbered it out loud. "But its you who is compelling me to be my best version with you."

My eyes came out of sockets and blush started to creep my cheeks, ears and neck. I started to fumble on my words, he looked deep into my eyes and I looked back, everything vanished around us, leaving just two of us. He started to lean in and I leaned as well and when our lips met my world exploded. His lips melting against mine, moving in a perfect sync. It felt like our lips were made for each other molded for each other and there and then I knew I am never letting this man go.

25 years back.....~ (from present)

Its been five years from that incident in camp, and five years of me and Yoongi dating. It still feels like dream to me. After we escaped forest he told me how he saw me in Jin's party and started to like me since that day. When he saw I am lost he started to look for me that day and that sneaky Namjoon hyung deliberately told Jin hyung that he will ask Yoongi to drive him so that we could have met, but I couldn't be happier. Yoongi poked me while I was lying on him watching TV.

"What are you thinking? I mn observing you for a while, you didn't like the movie? did you?" Yoongi asked.

"No, I loved this movie especially lying on top of you." I replied blushing.

He moved into deep thought for a while and patted my head. "Jiminie, will you marry me?"

My eyes grew wide probably the size of saucers, who propose for marriage like this lying on sofa watching TV.

"Okay I should have known this is early for you well no worries I can wait" he said and started to watch TV again.

"Yes", Left my mouth. He looked at me nodded and started to watch TV again. "I mean I want to marry you Yoongi" I said as happy tears started to pool in my eyes. A wide smile grew on his face. He fumbled his sweatpants pockets and there was a beautiful ring in his hands, which he placed in my hand. Typical Yoongi who keeps engagement ring like this. He hugged me tight with broad smiles on both of our faces as he kissed my forehead making me feel loved and protected like I always do in his arms.

Present......~

This is how I am leaning on my husband and looking at photos of our precious adopted baby girl Alice who got married yesterday. I wish she finds all the happiness in her married life like I found mine.
