"let me go, jinnie, please..."

"i need you to listen to me and i know for a fact if i let you go, you'll run."

yoongi sniffled softly, finally leaning into jin's chest so the elder's grip around him would loosen.

jin sighed, gently running his fingers through yoongi's hair, kissing his head softly while humming, hoping to calm the male a bit.  "i love you, yoongi."

yoongi's breath hitched, staying silent and tilting his head so jin could bring the kisses down his neck, a feeling he missed.

"and im so so sorry about what happened, i thought our agreement would keep me from being so nervous about us being split up but i didn't think... i didn't realize i wasn't paying attention to you as much... i didn't know why everything was ticking me off," jin kept his voice soft, talking against yoongi's neck, "i didn't want to hurt you, i wanted to fix things, i never told you because i thought that if you knew you wouldn't let me get close to you and you get close to me.  i wanted you to trust me..."

yoongi listened, practically melting into jin's touch the more he understood.  he wanted jin and only jin at that moment, finally knowing.
why things were the way they were.

"....daddy... "

"there you go, baby," jin sighed in relief, "im right here, i won't hurt you again."

"it's not you," yoongi mumbled, "i just...i don't know how to explain it but i just really wanted your full attention but you were never home and whenever you'd leave i just wanted you there and when we started arguing i just wanted a good night's sleep so i just took it out on you..."

"it's okay, i understand," jin reassured, "are we okay?"

"we're okay..."
