A watery boy

With a big personality

He is silent and strong

And he holds the responsibility of his team

But they trust him now

And he is their leader

That they love and adore

He is the representative of Atlantis on the surface

And he carries that with pride

He takes the lead in every battle

But little do they know

That this great leader has had his heart broken

By his friend

His father

His King

That the burden he carries for one of his teammates is heavy

The burden to be the leader

Yet he will not let his teammate down

He will carry it for him

Until his is ready

And he will not complain

Being split between the surface and his home is devastating

Especially since his crush chose his best friend over him

He found out his father was evil

And has never been the same

But he is Aqualad

He can swim away

With his strong heart and his sound mind
