Mahi: Excuse me doctor.

Asim: Yes!!

Mahi: Her blood group is AB+ve

Asim: Perfect! Get the OT ready. And send that lady's husband inside.

Mahi leaves..

Pathak: We've hit the jackpot Dr. Asim. I can't believe that God helps people like us.

They both laugh. Asim dials the number on the card given by D'Mello.

Asim: Hello, Mr. D'Mello.

Rudhra: Yes, who is this?

Asim: I think we've got a donar but the donar is asking for 20 crores.

Pathak smiles and shows Asim a thumbs up and Asim winks.

Rudhra: Anything for my wife doctor.

Asim: ..plus hospitalization charges, OT charges and our fees.

Rudhra: Don't worry doctor. Should I come now with my cheque book?

Asim: Aa.. aa.. aa.. hold on Mr. D'Mello. That person won't accept cheque, he wants to maintain his anonymity and requested for cash.

Rudhra: Sure doctor but I need sometime to arrange that big amount of cash. I might be having just around 2 crores at present.

Asim: You can give it by late evening today. For now you can get whatever you have.

Rudhra: Yes, doctor.(disconnects)

There was a knock on the door. It was Gama.

Pathak: Come in. What's your name?

Gama: Dhansukh

Pathak: You don't have any dhan (money) yet your parents named you Dhansukh. (Laughs)

Asim: Dr. Pathak! (Pathak keeps quiet) Dhansukh, your wife needs immediate operation. Will you be able to pay for the hospitalization charges?

Gama: Doctor, I don't  have so much money. In the name of property I have a small piece of land and few cattles.

Asim: Oh!! I can personally wave off my fees but if you want to save your wife's life, you will have to arrange for OT charges and other hospitalization and medical charges. I suggest you to sell off your land and cattles.

Gama: Oh God!! But what has happened to my wife? She was okay until morning.

Pathak: Aaa... She is having a an appendix stone.

Gama: Okay.. I will get the money soon.

Asim: We will hold on until you get the money.

Pathak: But Dr. Asim.. (Asim shows him his palm to keep quiet)

Asim: You may leave Dhansukh. (Dhansukh leaves) Pathak, we forgot to check what is the problem with that lady. What if her kidney isn't okay? I borrowed time. Now go and check what's her problem.

Pathak calls Shehnaaz to his clinic and checks her. He gets her x-ray done and other abdominal checks done.

All the time wherever she was taken, Sidharth wandered behind them. Just to make sure, she is safe. His heart raced everytime she was out of his sight.

I never felt so helpless. I am a very common man and never went through so much adventure in my life until this adventurous girl, Shehnaaz entered my life. Now I feel, this adventure has just become a part of my life. My wife seems to give me surprise every now and then.

One girl but she conquered me emotionally as Sana, physically as Shehnaaz Mathur and mentally as Officer Shehnaaz Raghuvanshi. I feel like somebody picked me up from a tricycle and put me on a rollercoaster ride. I never thought I will be acting in a disguise in real life too.

Pathak goes back to Asim's cabin with the reports.

Pathak: Everything seems to be fine as per the reports. I think it just acidity.

Asim: Good! Let's do it then immediately..

Pathak: Now?

Asim: I love to see Gandhiji's face on those crisp notes. I can't wait to see them and touch them.

Pathak: Me too.

Asim: (dials number) Nurse, Shift Roopmati to the OT and give her Anesthesia.

Tita: Beta come in beta come in.

Rudhra: Yes, Tita

Tita: They are going to operate Alpha.

Rudhra: What? Did you contact Alpha?

Tita: Two way connections are lost. We can only hear and record but she can't hear us. They are giving her Anesthesia, if that happens than they might operate her for organ.

Rudhra: Contact Gama immediately, ask him to stop the operation. We've got enough evidence.

Rudhra who went to contact with department for arrangement of money, drives back to hospital.

Tita: Gama come in Gama come in

Gama's was in washroom and the signals were weak.

Tita: Beta come in beta come in

Rudhra: Yes Tita. Were you able to contact Gama?

Tita: No, unable to connect him. Alpha is on her own now.

Rudhra: No I won't let this happen. I need 5 more minutes to reach the hospital. Keep trying to contact Gama.

Tita: Okay!

Asim and Pathak were dressed up in a gown with mask as they enter the OT. Sidharth who was strolling around the OT was feeling very uncomfortable. The tensions were rising with every passing second.

Oh God! What are they planning? They took her to Operation Theatre. Where is that fellow who was there with Shehnaaz? What are this people upto. What are they going to do with Shehnaaz. She has asked me not to interrupt but I can't keep calm. I am getting a feeling of something bad is about to happen. What do I do?

Rudhra pulls over his vehicle and runs in search of operation theatre.

Rudhra: Tita Tita.

Tita: Yes Beta

Rudhra: What's the location of Alpha? Where have they taken her?

Tita: A wing, 3rd floor! Near the ICUs.

Rudhra: Oh God! I'm in the wrong wing. Did you contact Gama?

Tita: Just contacted, he is about to reach. I have asked for backup just incase there is a need.

Rudhra: We can't take help of backup. Alpha and I are undercover. We can't compromise. This is a small fish, we need to catch the bigger ones.

Sidharth stood near the OT door..
What do I do? Chuck it, I am acting blind! I can go anywhere without invitation.

Sidharth barges into the OT just as Asim held the scalpel to cut open Shehnaaz's lower side of her abdomen.

Sidharth: Begum! Begum! Where are you Begum?

Asim: What the hell? Who is this blind old man?

Sidharth looked at Shehnaaz lying unconscious on the bed and he was horrified to see the scalpel in Asim's hand. They were about to run the knives on his wife. He acts like a blind man and rushes to her bed and falls over her pretending of having bumped the bed.

Sidharth: Begum! Begum Jaan! I've been searching for you everywhere. Are you sleeping here? Get up Begum, get up! (Shakes her)

Pathak holds his hand and pulls him.

Pathak: Hello Chicha!! She isn't your Begum. Let's go out!

Sidharth: You idiot, I know my begum better than you. Begum Jaan get up and tell this fellow that I am your Shohar.

Pathak: Hey oldman, who are you calling idiot. You may have a nice physic but don't forget that you are blind and old. I will slit you open before her and remove all your organs.

Asim: Phatak! Shut up! Chacha Jaan.. she isn't your Begum. You've entered the Operation Theatre by mistake. We are busy with operation. I need some silence to concentrate on my work. My nurse will drop you outside, you may resume searching for your Begum.

Sidharth: How do you know that she isn't my Begum? I have been married to her since 30 years now.

Asim: Chacha, she is 27 year old lady. Her name is Roopmati and I've seen her husband, Dhansukh. All these details prove that she is not your Begum.

Gama enters the OT.

Gama: What's going on here doctor? I haven't arranged for money yet. I won't be able to pay for the Operation. Please don't operate her.

Pathak: One more fellow. Is this OT or Central Mall that people are entering as they wish.

Asim: (screams) Pathak!! Keep your bloody mouth shut! Dhansukh, she needs immediate operation, I will pay the bills from my pocket, you can pay me whenever you sell your land and cattles.

Sidharth watched as they spoke in silent.

Dhansukh: But Doctor. I was thinking that if I sell my land and cattles what will my remaining family eat for life? I can't afford the fees now or even in future. My mother said that we can do some Ayurvedic treatment, which is affordable as well for us. Please discharge my wife.

Asim: What the hell? Do you think it's child play. Your wife can die if not treated.

Dhansukh: My wife, my responsibility sir. Thank you very much.

Sidharth thinks:
Bloody hell, she is my wife and my responsibility!! If I had left it upon you, this Nalla would have slit opened her stomach by now.

Asim: Arghhh.. Dhansukh, no need to pay me. I'll think of it as a charity. Let me do this operation.

Sidharth: Lahola walaquwata!! Oh Doctor, why don't you understand, if that person doesn't want to get her operated, why are you so adamant? If you want to do charity then I will give you the number of orphanage and oldage home. Go and donate the money there.

Asim: Arey yaar!! Why is this oldman still standing here, Pathak take him out and ask hospital staff to find his Begum and send them both back home. Dhansukh, please go and sit outside, don't worry, you don't need to pay me. I felt so touched when you cried holding my foot in the afternoon. I decided to do charity for you.

Mahi: Doctor, there is a call for you from Mr. Oscar D'Mello. He said his wife was operated and he doesn't need an organ now.

Asim: What? Bloody hell. My 20 crores is gone.

Tita: (on transmission) Gama, the force has reached and Beta won't appear in front. Take the charge and arrest them all.

Gama: Come Dr. Asim, I will take you for a ride.

Asim: Huh??

Gama: You are under arrest Dr. Asim for taking out Organs and Selling them illegally plus all other illegal activities which took place here. We've got enough evidence to put you behind the bars forever!!

Asim tries running away but the force enters and arrest every staff responsible.

Sidharth lifts Shehnaaz and takes her to his car.
