Shehnaaz was cooking for evening dinner. She was kneading the dough when her phone start's ringing. She glances at the screen, it was Rudhra. She asks Sidharth to take the call and speak to him.

Sidharth: Hello

Rudhra: Hello Jijaji, where is Shehnaaz?

Sidharth: She is kneading dough so she asked me to take the call. What's the matter?

Rudhra: Aaa.. Naina and I went for a movie. It turned out to be a horror movie. She is so scared watching the move that she is literally not leaving me. I am staying back at her place tonight since she is terrified. I'll come back tomorrow morning. Please inform Shehnaaz about it.

Sidharth: Oh!! Okay!! Good night!

Rudhra: Good night!

Sidharth chuckled
Wow!! Somebody seems to have just got lucky tonight. Look at me! I am still trying to win back my wife. What a bummer!!

Shehnaaz: What happened? What did bhaiyya say?

Sidharth: Nothing, he said he is staying back at Naina's tonight.

Shehnaaz: Oh!! Okay..

Sidharth: Shehnaaz, I am bored! Shall we watch movie post dinner?

Shehnaaz: Wow!! Sounds cool to me. Even I was feeling bored.

Sidharth: Okay, I'll go and grab a latest movie DVD from the store until you finish your cooking.

Sidharth was looking for a DVD at the store.

Sidharth: Hey!! I need a latest and the most scariest horror movie DVD.

Store Manager: Scariest? Okay!  This is the best one. If you have a best quality surround sound speakers than it will literally give you shivers.

Sidharth: Is it? Then do you have those kind of speakers/sound bars as well?

Store Manager: Yes! Here you go!! This is the best we have. Costs Rs. 18,999 only with Diwali Discount.

Sidharth: Okay.

Store Manager: How big is your TV sir?

Sidharth: It's 40 inch

Store Manager: Oh Okay! You see that 75 inch TV, it's the best. Gives you real theatre like feel. We have a special offer for Diwali, we can exchange your old TV and you pay just Rs. 79,999 only.

Sidharth: Is it? Okay, I'll buy it.

Store Manager: Sir, you can take this DVD as a complimentary gift from us.

Sidharth removes his wallet and swipes his card.

So much circus and money just to scare my wife to get some romance in return.

He goes home and the deliveryman does the installation of TV and sound bar and takes the old TV. Shehnaaz was in the kitchen serving food for them on plate. She walks out with the plate and gets shocked to find a big TV.

Shehnaaz: You went to buy a DVD. What's this?

Sidharth: I found this cheaper and there was Diwali offer as well so I bought it. He gave a DVD free.

Shehnaaz shakes her head in disapproval.

Shehnaaz: Don't you think it's too big for this house?

Sidharth: Yeah, I think I'll have to buy a bigger house for this.

Shehnaaz: What? You are just unbelievable. Come let's have dinner.

Sidharth: Yeah, let's finish the dinner quickly and watch the movie.

Shehnaaz: Hmmmm. Okay!

He gobbles the food down his throat quickly out of excitement to start the movie.

Sidharth: Shehnaaz, eat fast! Why are you eating so slow?

Shehnaaz: What's the urgency? I am not slow, you ate faster.

Sidharth: Okay, I'll insert the DVD and be ready.

Shehnaaz nods and Sidharth waits on his toe tips until she finishes her dinner and keeps the plates in kitchen.

Sidharth: Okay sit! I am starting it.

Shehnaaz sits on the Diwan and he turns on the TV and shuts all the lights.

Shehnaaz: Woah!! This gives me theatre vibes.

Sidharth: Can I sit on Diwan with you?

Shehnaaz: Please!! It has enough room for one more as well.

Sidharth smirks and sits beside her leaving a little gap inbetween them.

The movie played, it was over 10 minutes and there was no sign of horror yet. Sidharth was desperately waiting for the horror scene so that the gap between them was filled. At 20 minutes the much awaited scene begun.

Shehnaaz: Woahh.. It's a horror movie! My favourite genre.

There was no sign of fright in her. But as there was a sudden ghost cry, Sidharth jumped back and leaned his back against the wall. She looked at him surprise.

Shehnaaz: You get scared of horror movies? Why did you get one then?

He was scared yet he couldn't let her know the reason behind it.

Sidharth: I.. I.. I didn't know it was horror movie.. the store manager recommended it.

Shehnaaz: (laughs) God!! It's just a movie. Don't be a spoil sport!

Sidharth: But... It's too scary! I don't want to watch it!

Shehnaaz: What?? You know what? It's more fun to watch horror when you sit with a fattu like you!

Sidharth: Don't you dare call me fattu.

Shehnaaz: Oh God!! Somebody lost his nomination for Param Vir Chakra also!! Fattu Fattu.. Nana nana naa naa.. Fattu Fattu!!

Sidharth turns off the TV.

Shehnaaz: Hey! Why did you turn off the TV?

He holds her and pins her to the bed and leans closer to her face. Her heart beats were racing to see him so close and looking into his eyes.

Sidharth: I am not Fattu!!

He leans further to kiss her but his phone beeps breaking the eye-lock. He gets up and checks his phone. He turns on the TV.

Shehnaaz: I don't want to watch the movie now.

Sidharth doesn't respond. He changes the channel to a news channel.

Sidharth wiped his forehead in anger. Shehnaaz was shocked and she kept her hands on his shoulder to calm him. She didn't know that this incident will turn into a conspiracy just because he belonged to political family.

Sidharth went to wash his face and his phone which was kept on the table start's ringing. Shehnaaz looked over, the screen displayed Alok Bhaiyya. She picked up the call.

Shehnaaz: Hello Alo..

Alok: Give the phone to Sidharth (firmly)

Shehnaaz: Alok Bhaiyya please listen to me..

Alok: I said give the phone to Sidharth.. (more stressing)

Shehnaaz: Hmmmm..

She walked to the bathroom where Sidharth wiped his face with towel. She forwarded the phone to Sidharth.

Shehnaaz: Alok Bhaiyya..

Sidharth placed the phone near his ears.

Sidharth: Hello..

Alok: We work our ass off whole day doing our work and you are spoiling our image. Do you realise how much Babuji is tensed? He is getting so many calls from party, media, press etc. What have you done?

Even after keeping you away from home, you are a headache to us. You never seem to allow Babuji to live peacefully. First you wanted to take up job rather than joining politics, then you were about to marry an imposter, then you married a Goon's Sister and now this. You never raised even a finger at anyone and you are beating people on road? I must say that the Goon's Sister is quick at training you.

Sidharth: Bhaiyya, whatever you want to say to me, you can but please I won't tolerate anything against my wife, Shehnaaz. Don't involve her in all this and it's not what media is showing.

Shehnaaz looked at him in surprise. He was talking about her to his family. She didn't know if she should be celebrating that her husband cared for her and took stand for her or be sad because she was responsible for the news behind though falsely stated.

Alok: The damage has been done. Babuji wants to speak to you. Come home tomorrow morning.

Sidharth: Okay, I'll be there by 10am.

Alok: 7am!! Bye!! (Disconnects)
