Jimin sat at their cafeteria table barely touching his food. He'd pick up his chopsticks and attempt to eat a piece of tofu, but ultimately dropped it back in his tray. He genuinely wasn't hungry after what happened earlier. He'd look up every few seconds toward the double doors in hopes of a certain blonde to make an appearance with his B-cup whore strapped to his side, but was disappointed every time.
Taehyung was quick to notice the smaller still stuck in the same negative mood and was tired of looking at it. Quite frankly, it was getting old.
"You know Chim, you're cute, but you make pouting look ugly" he spat with a mouthfull of rice, drawing the attention of the rest of the table members. Jin instantly perked up at the mention of Jimin's name, shot Taehyung a glare, and scooted closer to the younger, wrapping his arm around his waist protectively.
"Jimin, what's got you so upset that you're not eating your food?" the older asked. He knew something must be wrong for Jimin to not eat.
"Chimin, before you get your tears all over your food, can I have it?" Tae asked with a devious grin. His comment earned a glare from the other two, and a bowl full of rice being shoved at him by the now pissed off Jimin.
Jin turned his attention back to the smaller male, tightening his grip protectively. "Jiminie, ignore our idiot friend, but honestly, you are too pretty to be so sad. Now tell hyung what's going on."
"Why don't you tell me I'm pretty when I'm upset?" one of the other friends spoke up.
"Well Hobi, you're not Jimin, and I'd have to find you pretty to say that." Jin said smuggly, with a smirk. Jimin finds Jin's comeback hilarious and falls into the older's chest in a laughing fit, covering his mouth adorably. The broad shouldered senior's face turns crimson at the younger's actions, but it thankfully goes unnoticed by everyone else at their table. Hoseok, on the other hand, rolls his eyes at his hyung's comment.
Taehyung jumps to his feet in amusement and shoves his pointer finger in Hoseok's face, shouting "BURN!", which causes the table to erupt in more laughter. Even the always quiet Jungkook snickers at his boyfriend's enthusiasm. Noticing his boyfriend's reaction, Taehyung grows more ecstatic. "You laughed! Was I funny Kookie? Aren't you proud!?" he shrieks, jumping up and down.
Jungkook hides his face in Taehyung's side, laughing even harder in embarrassment. "You're making people stare!" he whined, glancing around the lunchroom at other tables, attempting to pull his loud boyfriend back into his seat.
Taehyung smirks suggestively down at the younger and whispers, "I can give them something to stare at," He wiggles his eyebrows.
Before Jungkook has a chance to stop him, the older turns to face him, grabbing him by the nape of the neck, and slams their lips together in a deep kiss, causing Jungkook's eyes to widen in shock.
Everyone in the cafeteria shot judgemental glaces their way and you could hear the gossip starting. Taehyungs starts to tilt his head for better access, but Jungkook stops his actions by shoving him away, completely out of breath and blushing uncontrollably. Once he notices their friends' noses scrunched up in disgust, he slams his head down on the table out of pure humiliation. "Oh my god, Tae. Why are you like this?" he groans.
Because of his friend's comedic relief, Jimin has almost forgotten what he's so upset about. Taehyung knew being around their group of friends would help pull Jimin out of his slump. Their table is full of laughter, smiles, and light, until Namjoon strides towards their table.
The tall blonde takes a seat on the other side of Jin, not failing to notice the way the older's arm is wrapped securely around Jimin's waist. Right as he's about to gather the courage to speak to Jin, Hoseok decides to speak up. "Hey, where's Yoongi?"
And like a scratched record, the mood at the table turns uncomfortable again. Jimin instantly straightens up at the sound of the older's name and his curiosity is getting the better of him. After Namjoon realizes the question is directed toward him, he quickly peels his focus off of Jin to answer his friend.
Namjoon sighs and fiddles with his fingers nervously. "Oh, I saw him... um... talking with Sera last." It was evident to everyone at the table that he wasn't sharing everything he knew of the situation and wasn't willing to tell. No one decided to pry on the subject, but that didn't keep them from worrying, especially Jimin.
Jimin couldn't help but let his mind wander to the worst case scenario. Was Yoongi okay? He would usually text Jimin letting him know why he wasn't going to make it to lunch, but he hadn't today. Was she yelling at him about something stupid again? He hated picturing the older male being shoved around by her. Jimin wished his friend would at least find someone that would treat him better and deserved his love and affection, even if that person wasn't him. All he truly wanted for his best friend was happiness.
----------------------
After all of his classes, Jimin realized he hadn't seen Yoongi the rest of the day. They usually try to meet up in between scheduled classes, unless Yoongi's annoying girlfriend decides to intervene, but at least the older would let Jimin know by sending a text or something.
His worries only grew stronger. He was eager to get back to his and Tae's apartment to charge his phone, which had died after checking his social media continuously to try to keep tabs on the older. He knew he was being a bit crazy and borderline stalker-ish, but Yoongi's behavior was incredibly unusual. He desperately needed to get ahold of his best friend to make sure he was okay. His stomach wouldn't settle until he was sure.
He rushed inside the apartment, slamming the door behind him, and kicked off his shoes. He tried to make a beeline toward his bedroom, but it was interrupted by his roomate lounging on the couch. "Hey Chimchim, slow down, you're gonna blow a fuse" he said with a slightly enthused expression and sat up straighter with interest.
"What's got your panties in a twist? Did your lover leave without kissing you goodbye again?" he mockingly chuckled.
Jimin instantly shot him a dirty look, sick of Taehyung's jokes. "Tae, it's not funny. I think something is seriously wrong with Yoongi" he sighed, running his hand through his already messed up hair. "It's not like him to ditch classes without telling me."
"Maybe he and his girl left to, you know, have alone time or something" Taehyung said. "It's not like he needs to tell you when he wants to fuck." Tae knew he was being a bit harsh, but he was trying to urge Jimin to move on from Yoongi. He's been hurting for way too long.
Jimin let out an exasperated sigh, flipping his friend the bird, and rushing off to his room. He doesn't have time to waste on his friend's antics and Taehyung would never understand.
He slams his bedroom door shut, locking it, and plops himself down on his bed. He doesn't hesitate to plug his phone on the charger, and after what seems like an eterinity, his phone finally starts up. He immediately dials Yoongi's number, hoping that he'll pick up, but is sorely disappointed when he's directed to voicemail.
The brunette is even more of a nervous wreck than he was before. Why wasn't the older answering? He tries calling again and again, but to no avail. His best friend never answers. Jimin starts up his bad habit of nail biting, unable to control his nerves. He can't imagine what situation the older must be in that he can't even answer his best friend's phone calls. He decides to try a text message.
Jimin: Hey Yoongs, are you okay?

Jimin: I haven't heard from you since this morning.

Jimin laid back on his bed, anxiously waiting for a reply. He couldn't help but send text after text to the older. It seemed like he had been waiting forever. Was Kang Sera keeping Yoongi from replying to Jimin? Was Yoongi mad at him?
All sorts of scenarios panned across his brain.
When the time finally hit 11:00pm, Jimin finally gave up. Yoongi was clearly not going to reply to him and the younger just couldn't figure out why. Sleep was slowly taking over his worried head, and he decided to give it a rest. He hadn't even gotten any homework finished since he was too caught up worrying about his friend. He set his phone down and turned off his lamp, tucking himself in bed. As he just about closed his eyes, his phone chimed and lit up. He sporatically leaped out of bed and reached for his phone in anticipation, but what he saw instantly broke his heart.
It was Yoongi.
Yoongi: Sera cheated on me.
