Jimin was scheduled for a few shifts at Jin's parents' bakery this week, and honestly, he was extremely grateful for that. Even though he has been exhausted from classes, and the fatigue from his pregnancy has been intense lately, he's still glad to have a distraction from everything happening around him.

Taehyung and Jungkook's fight has really disrupted the group. They don't all sit together at lunch anymore. The only ones sitting at their normal lunch table now are Seokjin, Taehyung, and Jimin. They just assume Namjoon and Hoseok now eat with Jungkook and Yoongi somewhere else. The group used to beat the stereotypes, but now they were separated into males carriers versus the non-carriers, which sucked. Hoseok and Namjoon haven't vocalized any resentment toward them, but they must relate better to Yoongi and the maknae.

The younger roomate has been exceptionally moody ever since his and Jungkook's quarrel. Jimin tries to avoid the topic as much as possible, but it's proving to be difficult. They can't hardly watch TV together without something reminding Taehyung of his younger boyfriend. Jimin wishes the two could just make up already. He understands that the maknae needs space for now, but he's been so lonley.

Although Jimin has decided to keep his baby, he has not exactly started working out the details, or really anything at all. Where do you start? He's not sure how he is going to financially care for a baby and continue to go to University, without recieving help from his parents. Of course he has his friends, but he hasn't told all of them yet, and he doesn't want to tell them until he has some more stuff figured out.

Then there's Yoongi. He doesn't want to tell Yoongi.... at least not yet. The though makes him shiver with fear.

With all of this stuff on his mind constantly, the bakery is a wonderful place to keep himself busy. The Kims were always so kind, and the customers were usually pleasant.Plus, the constant free dessert does wonders for his cravings.

He had just gotten finished helping a customer. She was young girl, probably a Senior in high school. After handing the girl her card back, along with her cherry danish, she sent him a wink, and swayed her hips as she left the bakery. Jimin just snickered and rolled his eyes in amusement. He had these kinds of interactions often at the bakery, especially from douchey middle aged men that want in his pants.

Jimin ran his hand through his hair and let out a deep sigh as he continued to restock the oatmeal raisin cookies with his gloved hand. "What's with the long sigh?" Mrs. Kim came around the corner with a pan full of sugar cookies that were also ready to be stocked in the display case.

"Ah, I just have a lot of stuff going on. I probably just haven't been getting enough sleep here lately" he flashed a small smile at her.

Mrs. Kim grabbed the boy's chin, forcing him to turn his head each way so she could get a good look at his face. "My my sweetheart, you have deep bags under your eyes, maybe we're working you too hard in here" her face flashed genuine concern.

"No, I like coming to work here. It has a nice, comforting feel in here" he admitted.

She pursed her lips at him, "Tell you what, the shop is a little dead right now, and I was actually going to let Jinnie leave here soon, why don't you take the rest of the day off as well? I think Mr. Kim and I can handle it from here."

"You don't have to do that! I don't mind staying and helping, really!" Jimin appreciated what she was trying to do, but he didn't want to leave too much work for the Kims.

"Nonsense! You both work too hard between studying and picking up hours here. You deserve a bit of a break."

Seokjin came out from the kitchen with his apron already taken off. "Hey mom, dad told me to take the rest of the day off, if that's okay with you!" he sounded excited.

"Yes, and I was actually telling Jimin to take time as well, it's been a little bit slower today" she claimed.

Seokjin blushed as an idea sparked in his brain. "Hey Jimin, I was actually going to go grab some ice cream, do you want to join me?" he had a nervous, but hopeful twinkle in his eyes.

Jimin thought for a moment, and ice cream really sounded good right about now, even if it's been giving him some indigestion lately. "Yeah, that sounds good" he responded casually, bowing to Mrs. Kim slightly before walking toward the break room to change and grab his stuff. The two boys exited the store, and Seokjin was already starting a cheerful conversation, while Mrs. Kim observed with a knowing grin on her face.

----------

The little icecream shop Jin chose was not too far from his parent's bakery. It was a small place, that had a 1950's eclectic vibe, with pops of pastel pinks and blues everywhere, but it was cozy. There was an icecream display freezer by the main counter that held every flavor imaginable. Jimin's mouth watered at the sight. How was he supposed to choose just one?

Seokjin noticed Jimin's internal struggle, and leaned over to him, "The double chocolate is very good."

Jimin nodded. The double chocolate does indeed sound good, but so does the strawberry one. He ultimately couldn't decide and opted to get a scoop of each in a waffle cone. Before he could pay, Seokjin handed some bills to the cashier.

"I invited you, so it's on me" Jin blushed as he recieved his change before pocketing the money.

He ushered Jimin into a booth in the corner, away from any other customers and they sat for a moment in comfortable silence, eating their ice cream. It was always so easy to be around Seokjin. He had an inviting aura and was always so effortlessly kind like his mother. They could sit in each other's presence and never feel the need to speak. It was just so comfortable.

Jin did struggle to push away some of the lewd thoughts that sprung from watching Jimin lick his ice cream cone so deliciously.

Jimin was the first to break the quiet atmosphere. "You know, I think my baking is almost as good as yours now hyung!"

"Oh really? Have you been practicing a lot Jiminie?" Jin asked with an adoring grin.

Jimin nodded. "I'll bring some cupcakes for you on Monday!"

"I'm looking forward to trying them!" he confessed, while he bashfully reaches across the table to wipe a small drop of ice cream off of the younger's lip. "Have you mastered my 'famous' chocolate chip cookie recipe yet?"

At this Jimin's mind went straight to last time he tried to bake cookies. The younger slightly winced at the words, but clenched his eyes shut for a moment, trying to push the images out of his head. He looked back up at his hyung with an obviously forced smile.

Seokjin noticed the almost blank look to the younger's eyes, unsure of what it meant. He cautiously reached a hand across the table, covering Jimin's with his own. Jimin's gaze fell down to their hands, and back up to Jin's with slight confusion.

"Jimin, I know that there's been a lot going on with you lately. I'm clueless as to what, but I will never pry. Just know that I am always here for you. I can be a listening ear or a shoulder to cry on if you need one. I'm here." Jin has been debating on what to say to Jimin, but he's been dying to say something for a while. Jimin's been in visable pain for too long.

Jimin flushed at his older friend's kind words and nodded slightly in response. He was happy to know that he had someone to turn to if he needed it. He's just not sure how much he's willing to say right now, but Jin really isn't one to pry. For that, he is truly grateful.

The two stayed silent for a short time before Seokjin thankfully changed the topic. "You know, I'm actually pretty great at cooking too" he bragged, as he sunk more into the booth seat.

"Really?" Jimin asked, "I'd love it if you cooked for me, hyung!"

Seokjin used this as another opportunity. "H-how about next time, I cook for you?" he suggested.

"I'd love that!" Jimin cheerfullly agreed. He'd love to spend more time around his older friend because Taehyung has been so reasonably depressing.

Seokjin beamed at the younger's response. He's not quite sure if Jimin sees it as a date like he does, but he'll take what he can with the beauty.

----------

Taehyung looked up from the television as he heard the doorbell ring. He lazily walked to the front door, knowing who was behind it.

"Hey Hobi hyung" he mumbled, letting the older inside.

Hoseok had texted the other earlier that day stating that they needed to talk. What about, Taehyung was completely unsure of.

"I need to talk to you about something" Hoseok declared as he sat on the sofa.

Taehyung turned down the television and sat on the other side of the couch with a curious expression. "What about? You're making me nervous all of a sudden."

"Okay, but I need you to try and stay calm through everything I'm about to say. Just listen to me." Hoseok was really hesitant to say anything, but he needed some answers now. Taehyung just looked at him, waiting for him to start.

"The other night, Jungkook invited me, Namjoon and Yoongi hyung over to drink. He seemed like something was really bugging him. He told us... what happened between you two." Taehyung's brows furrowed and he already looked angered, but before he could say anything, Hoseok continued. "He was really drunk. Under normal circumstances, he probably wouldn't have told us, but that's not the only thing he said..."

Taehyung sat up straighter, his expression switching back and forth from one of anger to one of great concern. "What did he do?" Taehyung whispered.

"He told us about Jimin. He told us that he's pregnant... with Yoongi's baby and-"

"I'm gonna strangle him!" Taehyung interrupted, purely enraged at his stupid boyfriend. "He's an idiot! Yoongi's not supposed to know!"

"Calm down!" Hoseok yelled. "Yoongi doesn't know anything. He wasn't there when Jungkook blurted it all out to Namjoon and I." The younger instantly seemed to relax a little. "But there's a couple things I want to confirm" Hoseok said.

"Jungkook said he didn't want Yoongi to go through what he had... has Jimin already..?"

Taehyung sighed. "No, he's not going to abort it. He's keeping the baby. He doesn't want hyung to know, at least not for now."

Hoseok nodded in relief, but he clearly had something else running through his mind. "What else do you know?" Taehyung whispered.

"I don't know for sure, but I've been able to connect some dots" he admitted. "Yoongi won't say what exactly happened, but he kept saying that he did something bad to Jimin, bad enough that he won't be forgiven. I think I know what he meant by that now, and I wish I didn't."

The two males went silent. Contemplating everything in their minds.

"The whole thing is a giant mess and there's not much we can do for them." Taehyung let out a deep breath and Hoseok nodded with a sorrow filled face.
