Bela instructed & tells mahir everything he need to know & do. She gave mahir two files to study & make report till lunch bcz after lunch there is a meeting which he has to attend with her plus he has to check her previous day's schedule & know about all clients & meetings to prepare schedule for next day & arrange all her meetings... He went to his cabin sits on his chair & thinks..
His pov:
Ekdum toofan h ye... Kitna bolti h. Pure ek din ka kaam aadhe din m krna h. (Then, someone enters in bela's cabin & showed her a file. She threw it on floor in anger & shouts on him very badly.)
Ye to bde gusse wali h. Kse chillati h? Inhone pichle p.a. ko khud nikala h ya vo apne aap hi darr ke bhag gya? Khair mujhe ye sb nhi sochna chaiye. Mahir bs tu apne kaam pe focus kr. Inko ek b mauka mat dena gussa hone ka. Pr lagta nhi h inko chillane ke liye koi topic chaiye hota h. Mahir tu phir point se hat rha h. Just do ur work. U need this job.

Then one person of office knocks at his door... Mahir looks up & asks him to come...
P: tum nye p.a. ho ma'am ke
M: yes
P: what's ur name?
M: mahir
P: nice name... Welcome to office & I m Satish
M: thank u
S: kabhi b koi b kaam pre feel free to ask...
M: ya sure... Thanks.. Vse aap yha kisi kaam se aaye the?
S: ha vo mujhe apni leave sanction krane ke liye application deni h.. ye lijiye isse ma'am ko dikha dijiyega aur plz permission dilwa dijiyega...
M: aap khud hi kyu nhi puch lete
S: ma'am khud baat nhi krti kisi se aur vo b iss chhote se reason ke liye...
M: sry I forgot...

Mahir looks at his application...
M: pr aapko to next month chaiye leave aur aap abhi se permission maang rhe h?
S: ye company ki policy h leave lene ke liye one month pahle permission leni parti h... Aur next month mujhe Meri cousin ki wedding m jana h to 3 days ki leave chaiye...
M: oh ok... Congratulations... I'll give it to ma'am.
S: thanks... U seems to have such a good nature so, I'll tell u something like a tip... Be always on time or if possible be before time bcz last wale pa ko isliye hi nikala tha kyuki vo 5 min late aaya tha vo b traffic ki wgah se...
M: 😱 what? Thanks for telling me... I'll make sure...
S: hmm... Vse hum pahle b khi mile h Kya?
Mahir was about to say something but then he saw Bela was looking at them through glass door. So, words he was about to say died in his mouth... Satish also noticed his changed expressions & looked at his right and find staring Bela...
S: I think I should go... We'll talk later.
M: yes 🙂
As Satish leaves he immediately looked down at file & get engrossed in work but he was nervous as Bela was staring at him continuously. After 10 min also he was feeling nervous as he was being stared... Then sighed in relief as Bela averted her gaze as she received a call. Then after some minutes she called mahir in her cabin. He was nervous but he stands & went to door & knocked..
M: May I come in ma'am
B: hmm..come
He comes in & silently stands near her table...
B: Mr Mahir
M: yes ma'am
B: postpone all the meetings scheduled for today to tomorrow except the one which with board members after lunch.
M: yes ma'am
Then Bela again gets a call. Mahir was about to leave but she stopped
B: wait I m not finished yet...
She receives the call & talks in front of mahir...
B: (on call) Dadi m abhi nhi aa skti.. pr..pr..Meri baat to suno..suno na... Ha ha
M: (in mind) Kya Kamal hogi inki dadi b jo inko bolne nhi de rhi 😏
B: (still on call) ab 2 min chup rho aur suno
M: (in mind) krwa dia chup unhe b
B: (on call) Dadi meri imp meeting h board members ke sath lunch ke baad. Unko hamari last deal se kya aur kitne profits huye btana h. I'll come till 2 pm... Pakka... Plz maan jao... Plz...ok..thank u...love u..bye
M: sorry ma'am I shouldn't interfere in ur personal issues but agar imp h to chali jaiye...
B: yes u shouldn't interfere & mind ur own business but ab bol hi dia h to bta du aisa koi imp kaam nhi h... Mera Bhai wapas aa rha a US se 5 saal ke baad bas.. to kch nhi dadi usse milne ke liye thora excited h...bas...

B: hmm... To m ye kah rhi thi meeting m tumhe lagatar imp points ke notes bnane hoge...
M: yes ma'am
B: aur ye lo (handling him bunch of papers stapled together)
M: what's this ma'am?
B: company ke rules & regulations h... U should know them by heart taki aage kabhi kisi aur se puchne ya correction krwane ki zrurat na pare & if u got any doubts clear them with me only😠  and one more thing mahir
M: yes ma'am...
B: prepare two termination letters for gentlemen sitting on desk 14&15
M: what ma'am? But why?
B: again what &why
M: u just said na if I have any doubts so clear it with u & if I prepare termination letter for them I should tell some reason to them...
B: u don't need to answer anyone's ques now or in future also... Just tell them its my order... Got it
M: yes ma'am...
B: for ur general knowledge let me tell u something

She turned her computer screen towards mahir. There two persons were watching cricket on mobile & talking & cheering...

B: I got my eyes & ears everywhere. CCTV cameras are installed evewhere in office & some of them got microphones also. Meri nazar har taraf har kisi pe h. Persons working in this office don't know about this. So, I  expect u to keep this urself.
M: yes ma'am... I will not tell anyone...
B: good...Don't think much why I m telling u all this? U r my p.a. & should know some things that u need to know & other's don't. U can go now
Mahir was going but in middle way she says
B: yes it's true ki mne apne pichle pa ko isliye nikala tha kyuki vo late tha... I don't like persons who don't respect time...
