Yeosang - grizzly bear (tundra)

Jongho - grizzly bear (temperate)

Hongjoong - black bear (smaller than brown bears)

Seonghwa - brown bear

Mingi - European brown bear

Yunho - eurasian brown bear

Wooyoung - himalayan brown bear

San - himalayan brown bear

(Ignoring the fact that bears are loners also ignoring that they wouldn't be found together. They can have babies so mpreg I guess, also wooyoung and san are not related they just have the same coloured fur as they are the same bear)

Yeosang was struggling to find food, the weather was getting colder and the humans having destroyed half his territory with those fires (no specification) he had little to eat. It doesn't help he was forced to mate with a Wild bear and became pregnant though the bear was killed when it left its den leaving yeosang all alone.

He wasn't too far along but he needed to eat more and find a place where he could hibernate to have the babies. He was at most three weeks along and he was glad he had the opportunity but hated the fact he was forced.

He sniffed the ground for a food sent but couldn't find anything so he grumbled and headed to the river so he can try to catch fish. He was through the dense forest rubbing against a tree to ease a scratch and made his way to the small clearing just before the river.
Grumblung all the way he sniffed and growled as he could smell another bear at the river, this was his territory no one else's. He stalked his way to the other bear and watched it catch fish. He could tell it was a grizzly bear like him but from a warmer climate that has better weather. Yeosang had made his way down here to escape the droughts and lack of food but his fur colour always stood out and anytime he came across another bear he was too scared to fight however after what happened to him he tried to force himself into fights over food and land most of the time loosing but only winning thanks to the humans.

He grumbled and approached the waters edge seeing the large brown fur grow darker as the water rushed between the bears legs. They swiftly caught a few fish and downed them. Yeosang although not happy about having someone in his territory he was curious and kinda wanted to get to know the bear.

He stepped into the water himself and ignored the other bear to grab something only for it to slop from his Jaws. He growled and tried again only to get the same result. He was so focused on his mission to eat he tuned out everything else therefore did not hear nor see the other bear approaching. Aas yeosang tried again another pair of Jaws grabbed a fish and looked at him. He eyed him wearily not wanting to fight currently as he was hungry and made to walk further up stream. The other bear chuckled and bit down harder on the struggling fish killing it and approaching yeosang throwing his head up and motioning yeosang to catch it as he let go of the fish hitting it with his paw and launching it to yeosang who hungrily snatched it out of the air and ate it.
Yeosang gulped the fish down before turning to the other bear.
"thanks I guess" he said and the other bear nodded.

They both went back to hunting yeosang having better lick than last time until they were both full. Yeosang walked out the river and shook the water from his fur to lie down comfortably and nap as he was suffering from a food coma.

The other bear followed suit but stayed alert and stood keeping his eye on the forest as if protecting yeosang.  About ten minutes later yeosang woke up and yawned before getting to his feet and stretching.

"is this your territory?" the brown grizzly spoke and Yeosang nodded.
"yes, well it wasn't about a week ago but now it is because the other was killed by hunters serves him right though the bastard forced himself on me" yeosang said wanting to get a hint across that he wouldn't appreciate it if the other tried.
The brown grizzly caught the unspoken threat and nodded.

"I apologise then, I had to travel up stream to catch something since its migrating season." the brown grizzly said and Yeosang nodded.
"it's fine you didn't try to take more than you needed" yeosang said and the other nodded.

"im jongho" he said and Yeosang gave him a bear smile.
"I'm Yeosang" yeosang said and jongho smiled.

The two stayed in silence before they started walking instinctively walking together closely. They walked through the forest finding somewhere to stay.

Yeosang didn't know why but he was comfortable around jongho. He let the male get close to him and sometimes rub against him as they had to walk in small areas. He felt overly safe around the other.

As they continued to walk they came across a few wolves and deer trying not to interrupt the hunting of the Wolves as they didn't need a fight on a heavy stomach.

Their big paws left plronts in the soft mud and grass as they started to walk quicker. Jongho had sensed a new bear approaching then and grew protective of his new friend he walked a step ahead ready to fight and Yeosang let him, even though its normal for others of their species to mage as soon as they come together it seemed jongho felt the same way as Yeosang and only wanted to mate when finding the right one.

They continued walking until they spotted the approaching bear it was a black bear and although it is smaller than them it wasbest not to underestimate it however they flinched when two smaller bears came from behind it. They were only babies and the black bear seemed to be the mother (I made joong the bottom) as the two babies seemed to have a dark brown tone. They stopped in their tracks as a large brown bear came from the side with a deer in its mouth and approached the family. They watched the brown bear Place the deer in front of the mother and  lay down allowing the mother to eat before the babies did.

They relaxed and continued walking only moving to pass around the family.
"you two stop" they heard and froze turning to look at the brown bear who had stopped them.

"I need your help" the brown bear asked and they tilted their heads but nodded.
"there's a pack of wolves about a hundred miles north blocking our cave I can't attack them alone besause it's a big pack and I don't want to kill them but I just need to scare them off can you help?" the brown bear asked and the two thought over it and nodded.

The brown bear sighed and thanked them.
" I'm seonghwa and this is my mate and mother of my children hongjoong these little beast are jisoo and soobin" the brown bear spoke and the two nodded.
"I'm jongho and this is Yeosang were just friends" jongho said respectfully.

The brown bear nodded and motioned for them to come closer.
"we can start later but can yeosang stay with hongjoong hes tired as he rarely sleeps because of these rascals." Seonghwa asked and Yeosang nodded.
"thank you again" he said and silence encumpused the group.

"it's wierd you know? How usually bears stay alone or in small groups with only two adults but we seem awfully comfortable woth all four of us" hongjoong spoke up and the others chuckled.

"it sure is but I have no problem with this, I've been struggling for a while but then I was raped by a grizzly bear one that's native here and felt completely useless. Having other to lean on is giving me some comfort but I am possessive of my things." yeosang said and the others nuzzled him like parents while jongho just watched.

" all right let's go jongho the faster we get this done the more time we have to gather food for this winter. " Seonghwa informed and jongho nodded. Heading back into the denser part of the forest.

"do your expecting? Have you ever been taught on how to care for the cubs?" hongjoong asked and Yeosang shook his head.
"im just following instinct" he muttered and hongjoong gave him a smile.
"alright that's enough to make you a good parent" hongjoong said.

A little ways away was soo in chasing a butterfly into the dense forest unnoticed by the two adult bears and his sister.

Hongjoong and Yeosang spoke for a while before jisso ran up to them crying.
"soobinies gone mommy!" she cried making hongjoong jump up. He panicked and called for his son.

"Soobin!!" not hearing a reply hongjoong got worked up.
"well find him he couldn't have gone far ill help, jisoo stay close to your mommy OK?" yeosang said and earned a nod from both mentioned.

They all walked into the forest close together and started searching nearby for the young cub. They searched a full 360 circumference of where they where waiting for the other two and still couldn't find they were now back to where they were and hongjoong was crying and panicking.

"hey hey calm down hongjoong he should be fine he's a strong boy." yeosang said trying to comfort him.
Hongjoong nodded and laid down hugging jisoo to his chin the little cub fell asleep in her mothers fur.

They rested for five minutes before hearing a twig snap. They thought it was jongho and seonghwa returning but instead out came two himilayan brown bears and one holding Soobin.

"I believe you are missing a cub" the one woth Soobin said and hongjoong nodded. The bear gently dropped Soobin and let him run to his mother.

"im yunho" said the one who had Soobin.
"we heard him crying and found him stuck in a hollow tree log." yunho examined hongjoong sighed in relief and thanked them.
"im mingi we are from further up north but had a shortage of food and came down here to eat." the other said and the two nodded.
"you think we can hunt around here I believe its your territory right?" mongi said looking to hongjoong who nodded.
"yes just take what you need not what you want" he said sternly and the two walked off to hunt thanking hongjoong before going out of sight.

"well at least we know Soobin OK" yeosang said.
"what happened to soobin" seonghwas voice piped up as he walked closer to them covered in scratches and bites.

"he ran off but luckily was found by two kind bears who returned him to us, I said they could hunt around here" hongjoong explained earning a nod from seonghwa.

Jongho returned to Yeosangs side and they all walked to the cave.
"you can stay with us, we were gonna prepare for hibernation yesterday but those wolves wouldn't leave us alone. Thank god we got rid of them." Seonghwa said to himself.

"yeah I hope you dont mind us joining you, there was a few other caves bear yours do you mind if me and Yeosang take one?" jongho asked and seonghwa chuckled.

"not at all" Seonghwa said they reached the caves within a small while and yeosnag immediately started checking them out leaving them if they weren't exactly what he wanted, he finally settled in the farthest on that wasn't far from hongjoongs he immediately entered and went right to the end of the cave and rested against the back wall, there wasn't any leaks and it was pretty warm being pretty deep.

Jongho entered when he thought he could and Yeosang greeted him.
"do you want me to find anotherg cave?" jongho asked and Yeosang shook his head.
"no your fine I'll feel safer if your with me." yeosang said and jongho nodded settling down besides him his side pressed gently against Yeosangs.

They rested for about twenty minutes before jongho went to claim the cave by scenting it.

Afterwards everyone but hongjoong went hunting for berries and other plants they could have to stock up for winter before hibernation. By the time they wake up there should be loads of new plants sprouted.

They met up with mingi and yunho once again and offered a cave but the two declineedsaying they had ome further ul north and didn't want to change as they had friends there who were pregnant. (wooyoung and san)

"let's all meet back here in spring I'll bring wooyoung and san." yunho said and everyone nodded.

They returned to their caves after gathering food before settling down for winter.

Large time skip (March /spring)

Yeosang was the first to wake up from hibernation feeling stifling hot he glanced to his stomach and saw two cubs nursing on his breasts (he was male but had female organs if that makes sense)

There was three.

Their suckling must have woken up jongho as the shuffling of the younger male and grunts awarded yeosang of his presence. Jongho had fallen asleep besides him but ended up laying on his side through hibernation.

Yeosang giggled and jongho huffed.

They watched the cubs suckle on Yeosang.
"hey they have dark fur" jongho noted yeosang nodded and sighed.
"that bastard had dark fur the same as you so I guess you could be mistaken as the father, I don't know if that bothers you I know many bears hate having cubs that aren't theirs around." yeosang said and jongho scoffed.

"I don't care as lonh as your OK and happy." jongho said. It had been a short time knowing each other but they believed each other was right.

"thank you this may seem wierd but would you be my mate?" yeosang said and jongho agreed licking Yeosangs snout.

They exited the cave and met hongjoong and seonghwa with jisoo and soobin those two were almost two years old.

"well let's go meet the others after weve had something to eat." hongjoong said yeosang agreed and called his cubds with a grunt. The cubs exited the cave and stood by their mother. They were already covered in fur and able to walk but didn't have enough teeth to hint yet so Yeosang was gonna take extra care.

They all walked in the direction of the dense forest and started eating their fill.
They then walked in the direction of the small clearing to meet their new friends.

Yeosang hd never felt happier.
