After which they all walk in there groups and then walk towards classroom to start the practice of play ..

As the walk towards there class shehnaaz look at others who were dam excited about the play and then got busy in her own thoughts..

Main , sidharth aur humre saare class mates apna dress mae ready the , main ek plain white saree aur blouse phena hua tha aur flower ke accessories phena hue thi , bharti , shefali aur Martin nae bhi phane hue thi but thoda different colors ke aur hum charo ke baal kula hue the with different hair styles in crown region..

Kushal , karan aur zain were wearing sage's clothes with beard and wigs ..

Jasmine was looking beautiful in colorful dress with jewelry on and open hair..

Vishal was wearing all while with silver artificial jewelry and a mukuth on his head ..

But my eyes got stuck on sidharth who was wearing a dhoti with sleeves kurta and heavy dupata know as anga vastra around his hand with some real gold jewelry with his hairs combined and styled back neatly which were just below in neck making him look like an actual prince..

We all were walk to and frow in tension while sidharth was helping vishal to memories his dialogues as Devaraj Indra properly..

Once they both were sure ke ab vishal bina paper dekha bola sakta hai , sidharth asked vishal to deliver the dialogues..

But as he was about to do that we hard principle sir calling our batch to start the play ...

Principle sidhu - Good morning everyone present in this auditorium as we all know that from today we are gone start selection of head boy and head girl for our school , so with this i welcome you to the competition , today is gone be the first stage of the competition which is caked the musical play ..

In this four teams are gone perform musical skits in front of audience and each group will be judged on the basis of there costumes, acting , music and there capabilities of portraying the theme and story beautifully...

So we are gone start this competition..

So for starting this competition i would like to call class 11th a and 10 th a to come on the stage and perform our very first and most popular play shakuntalm...

Making everyone clap there hands and classmates look at each other and there other team mates start to do setup ..

Then lights are turned off and finally play starts...

[i want to inform you all that i will mix some bites and pieces of this part of history S it also had two versions itself one is original version of that comes form Vedvayas and Lord Ganesha' s" Jaya samhita" well known as "Mahabharat" and other is its dramatized version on form of long poem
" Abhignyana Shakuntalam " written by kalidas ji so you will find mix of both in my this book but little simplified way if any one you feel offended sorry in advance with this lets get back to play ]

Om om.. chants are being heard with background music playing

We see rishi vishvamitra doing meditation in is hermitage , peaceful..

His body was radiating Divine energy , he had already conquered all his senses and got Boons he wished to have ,

But he was meditating so that he can create another swarg lok using his divine powers..

But his this divine energy was causing havoc in swarg lok and Devaraj Indra had started to shake due to his continues chants making him is tensed about him losing his status of Devaraj as he fear that sage vishvamitra might over turn his throne using his divine powers..

So he decides to ruin Sage 's meditation and ask one of his maids to call Apsara Menka

As Menka entered the court he himself got enchanted with her divine beauty and lost his senses and start to see her ..

He then hears her voice calling him out ..

Parnam Devaraj ap nae bulaya mujhae ?

To which Devaraj says ohh beautiful madina your beauty can enchanted any living being out there be it Devatas , Danav , Raksha ,Asur , Gandharav 's or be it mera human being..

So can you to use your divine beauty to distribute sage vishvamitra 's meditation so that he is not able to ovet throw me and take away swarg from my hands ..

To which Menka gives him a sly smile and say your wish is my commond Devaraj, i will distract Sage vishvamitra using my beauty and dance ..

And both then start to laugh, after which Menka decend to earth and start to look at Rishi vishvamitra as she walk close to him , she remembers about want he has done when this f..

But committed she gave to gave to Devaraj make her forget her fears and she starts to dance around meditating Rishi vishvamitra while sing " Neel Gagan ki chhaon mein " meenakshi mam singing behind..

She start to dance and sing graceful and her beautiful voice and ringing of her payal start to distract Rishi vishvamitra and by the end of song his meditation brake and he look at Menka who are you Devi ?

To which Menka reply i m apsar Menka Rishi vaar , i was roming around in woods with my friend 's when is saw divine radiation coming amongst the woods, that light start to hypnotize me and i start to follow the direction, and then saw you meditating here , your divine beauty and radiation made me fall for you and moment you opened your eyes it made me fall harder oh might Rishi vaar my hearts beat for you , so pls take me to austerity and love me ..

To which Rishi vishvamitra reply Menka you had already intruped my meditation and shattered my focus leading me to loose my radaince but i don't want to loose my asectic to you ..

Making Menka hold his hand and say oh mighty rishi vaar i know your heart has also started beating for me , so surrender to your desire and confess your love to me and we will get lost in each other these woods far away from people 's praying eyes ..

Making sage vishvamitra finally lost in Menka 's eyes who see in her eyes and say passionately oh Menka you had awoked all my dead desires, your words have casted a spell on me and now i have decided to surrender in front of you , bowing his head down ..

After that Menka stands herself and then make Rishi vishvamitra stand and gently take his face in her hand and gives him a sweet smile and then gives him a tight hug while wearing a wicked smile look at particular direction ( towards audience duh )

After that they both come out of hug and Rishi vishvamitra gently takes her face in his palm and moves his face forward and at same time curtains are pulled down..

( once curtains are drawn down kushal and jasmine sit down making shadow look like they are making love and mean while paras comes running on the stage with devo and gives them both a plastic baby doll in there hands and made moment making shadows look like child birth is taking place , after that curtains are drawn up again )

Menka was standing beside Rishi vishvamitra hold a baby and say oh rishi vishvamitra i can't keep our daughter with us as i was just planted by Devaraj Indra to distract you from your meditation as she felt you as a threat to his position...

Making Rishi vishvamitra say you wicked woman you ploted against me , for whom that Indra who treats like you are nothing..
I curse you for whom you decited me you will get sperated from him and will lead a painful life ..

Saying so he picked his kamandal and pour jail out it and sprinkle it on her head, making her cry in pain and she ran away ..

Rishi vishvamitra look at baby girl in his hand for a while then gently places his hand on her head and then walk towards a stone and make flowers and grass grow on that using his powers and places that baby girl on it them walks away with heavy heart..

Baby 's crying voices are heard [ played by zain's class mate samya rana ] then dolls movement are of baby hands with wild animals howling in background and peacocks walking around her ..

Then suddenly a shadow of deer is seen which had came there to see baby ( haan prem ke future best buddies 😁 sorry for side track 😅)

That deer looks at little baby crying and runs back to its hermitage and calls a Rishi vaar with it ..

Shadow of a sage is seen on curtains who have came running with deer ..

After seeing him there all wild fox ran away and Rishi vaar picks baby up and after baby has been take , dear also ran away ..

Curtains are raised again and we see Some other wild tiny creatures and peacocks where still standing there ..

When suddenly a rabbits say Maharishi kanva we have found this baby here few minutes ago and according what we have heard...

Rishi kanva cuts her in between and say i know this Girl is a result of union of Rishi vishvamitra and Apsara Menka and want had led to her coming into existence but i can't leave her here to die ..

So i have decided to adopt her and take her with me and she will create a history and her name will be remembered by people in every decade..

Her name will be " shakuntala "..

And flowers starts to fall from trees ..

And after that Rishi kanva took shakuntal with her to his hermitage and start to raise her as his own daughter...

( curtains are drawn again , shehnaaz and other three girls start to correct there clothes and hair same goes with sidharth as his scene was just next after shehnaaz 's introduction...)

Like that time passes away like a wind and shakuntala grew up to become a beautiful yet innocent maiden ..

Curtains are drawn up...

We see Rishi kanva preparing to go for pilgrimage with his other companions , had just came out of his hut and was looking for his daughter, when he saw two of her friends who walk away and calls them out putri ..

Making them two to stop and walk towards him and bow down in his respect and greets him together parnam Rishi vaar ...

Rishi kanva - ayushman bhava putriyo , do you both have saw shakuntal somewhere and i am waiting for her since a long time..

To which both look at at him and then again joint there hand and say we will find her and ask her to come to you as fast as possible..

Saying so both ran away and start to find her , by shouting her name shakuntala oh shakuntal were are you father his waiting for you so long where are you ?

They then spot as peacock there and ask did you saw shakuntal somewhere?

To which peacock node its head and then start to fly and both her friends start to follow it and it then sits near shakuntal who was sitting beside a river after filling water in earthne pot and was trying to get a louts for herself...

As peacock closed its feather they both look at her back and take her name shakuntala , making her turn and look towards them and ask what happened why are you both calling me out ?

To which they say Rishi vaar has been waiting for you since long and have asked both of us to search you ..

Making her stand quickly and say lets go and start to run and as she start to run

While singing dhoop sae chanke ke ..

Like that they reache the hermitage and ask prantpath pitashree you summoned me ?

To which Rishi kanva say bless you my child , actually i had summoned you so that i can inform you that me and other sages are decided to go for pilgrimage together in just few hours, so i have pls take care of yourself child , garins are present inside the hut , and they will be enough for you and even for guest you will entertain in my presence, and be safe my child ..

To which shakuntal say i will take care of my self but pls you do take care of yourself as i have no one accept you to call my own and hug him ..

Both get emotional and after some time they both bide eachother emotional fare well and Rishi kanva walk away with other Rishi 's to start his pilgrimage..

Shakuntala start to cry for a while with her friends consoling her ..

Curtains are drawn down again

[ back stage other boys were helping sidharth and other rishi 's to get ready after that sidharth take his position]

Curtains are drawn up ..

A young man who is wearing royal costume was holding bow and arrows and was walking around with a background music playing

He was here to enjoy his free time doing hunting, when suddenly he spots a deer and runs behind it ..

And when he saw it was standing on one place , he takes one arrow out of holder and place it on the bow and was about to shoot it when suddenly a Rishi vara stops him and say stop there prince this deer belongs to a hermitage, if you kill it you may get bad karma added on your life so pls do take that arrow away ..

Making the prince his arrow back , he then joint his hand and say forgive me Rishi vara ..

To which Rishi vara say its ok Prince but may i know why ? You have being walking around from so long ..

To which prince join his hand again and say parnam Rishi vara i am Dushyant king of Hastinpur ..

I had came here to enjoy my alone time and thought hunt animals to entertain my self ..

Pls forgive me ..

To which other Rishi say its ok Maharaj ..

Dushyant the saw them holding woods , basket full of flowers and other things..

He look at them and ask where are you all going Rishi vara ?

To which one of Rishi say Rajan we are going to do a yugya in hope to maintain peace in world , would you like to join us ?

To which Dushyant nodes his head and say yes Rishi vara you all proceed i will follow you ..

Making them smile and all start to walk and Dushyant follow them ..

As he was walking with Rishi Muni he spots Rishi kanva 's ashram and he then decides to play his respect to him , so he turn towards Rishi muni 's and ask there premision to play visit to Rishi kanva and they grant him ..

He then start to walk towards Rishi kanva 's ashram and then suddenly stops and then decides to change his outfit so he goes behind a bush and then change his clothes into plain one and remove his jewelery..

After that he walk towards hermitage and then start to ask is any one there in hermitage ?

Making shakuntal who was talking with her friends come out and look at him who was standing in his all glory and as k parnaipat how can i help you ?

To which Dushyant who was all lost in her beauty and music was playing in his mind say prantpath im Dushyant, i had came here to meet Maharishi kanva, is he there inside?

To which shakuntal reply pitashree has gone for pilgrimage few days ago im his daughter shakuntal, you may come inside and enjoy my hospitality for a while ..

To which Dushyant who had got enchanted by Shakuntal felt happy that he might get some time with her in this way so he nodes his head , Making shakuntal smile and she make him walk inside then make him clean his feet and then take him inside the hut

Shakuntal starts to serve him fresh fruits which Dushyant starts to have but after thanking almighty for the food impressing shakuntal..

Dushyant then starts to each fruits when suddenly a thought strikes him mind, he then look up and ask are you really Rishi kanva 's daughter because he is a well known acestic on whole Aryanvarta then how ?

To which shakuntala reply him back with sad face by saying im not his real daughter but he had adopted me when my own father Rishi vishvamitra and Mother Menka had left me in middle of forest..

To which Dushyant look at her sad face and say i am sorry..

To which shakuntal says its alright, then look at his plate and ask would you like have some more ..

To which Dushyant politly decline by say no thank you were much for asking ..

After which shakuntal smile and start to clean the area once he was done with food ..

Dushyant was about to walk away but he turn around and ask shakuntal can you pls do me a favor i am new here can you help me in sight seeing..

To which shakuntal say why not

To which Dushyant smile and say i will wait for you outside..

Making shakuntal node her head and then start to complete her pending work and Dushyant walked out of hut and start to wait for her outside..

Once shakuntal was done with her work, she corrected her clothes and walked outside and saw Dushyant wait for her to which she gives him a smile and both then start to walk around to explore the area ...

While they both were exploring the forest Gazab ka hai din vaise playing in background

Like that day passed by and earth rotates on its axis thus turning away from the sun ..

Thus orange hue was engulfing the atmosphere with darkness accompanying it , so shakuntala look towards Dushyant and say its my time to leave, i will meet you tomorrow and we will explore this forest further and turn and start to walk back her home

The moment she was about to walk away she hears a voice shakuntala ..

Shakuntala again turns around only to find Dushyant standing behind her holding a flower ring , making her shock ..

But before she could react Dushyant say i want to confess something Shakuntala i am not just a normal traveler who came to meet Rishi kanva 's i am Maharaj Dushyant king of Hastinpur , a prince from kuru vansha , i have fell in love with you from the very moment i saw you coming out of hut , i really wish to get married to you..

Making shakuntala shocked for a while again but she composed her self and say Maharaj even i have started loving you since we have started spending time, even wish to marry you but i can't do this without consent of my father Rishi kanva , so if you really please to marry me wait for a while and moment my father come back from his pilgrimage you can ask my hand in marriage from him only ..

To which Dushyant reply but when we have feelings for each other why don't we get tied in sacred relationship via Gandharav vivah ..

Making shakuntala say by Maharaj how can we ? Is it unconventional?

To which Dushyant say it is but its not against our dharma as it also as sacred and pure as normal vivah and is also said suitable for kshyatri man , so will you pls accept me as your husband..

Shakuntal then takes the flower ring from his hand and then look deep in to his eyes and start to walk back towards her ashram , leaving a confused Dushyant behind who sings

Yeh tanhayi sajni ..

[ after hearing sidharth 's voice everyone got mesmerized by his voice ]

And then we see shakuntal walking towards her ashram thinking about her conversation with Dushyant and then finally decides something and then turn around and start to walk back towards Dushyant with her decision while singing

Oooo..

Dheeraj dhar teri ..

Aye re ayee sajni..

Aaye Bina teri...

Reh nahi payi sajni ..

While singing these lines she reached near Dushyant..

As he heard her voice ,he turns around and sing

Ho ..oo..

Aane se tere

Chaandni si chhayi sajni ..

Making shakuntal walk towards him and say i have my decision, i gone marry you but there is one condition ..

Dushyant who was so happy that his love was ready to marry him was smiling all wide and ask what is the condition mirga naini ..

Making shakuntal feel shy but she composed herself and say that the son which will be result our union will only be the sole heir of your kingdom..

Making Dushyant smile and say as you wish your highness and bow down..

Making shakuntala smile and then Dushyant gently pulls her towards himself and say let get married my love , in presence of these stars , moon , Agni Dev and other Devi and Devatas let get tied into the most sacred bond of marriage..

Making shakuntal smile and node her head and say lets prepare for it ..

Dushyant nodes his head and then walks away to collect some wood to light the holy fire and Shakuntala start to collect flowers which had fallen from trees and start to prepare jay mala 's for them ..

Once she was done with that , she turn around only to find Dushyant who had done arrangement of wood for fire was doing something with flowers himself..

Dushyant caught that she is giving her permission, so he takes her towards a pound present there and make her sit near it and start to make her wear those jewelery and start to decorate her as his bride...

After seeing her reflection shakuntal start to feel shy and her cheeks become red ..

Seeing which Dushyant starts to chuckle and then gently moves his hand and keeps them around her waist and his head in her neck and say my bride is looking so beautiful..

He then makes her stand and both start to move towards area where Dushyant had arranged woods for fire ..

Dushyant then makes shakuntala stand near him and closes his eye and join his hand and sumons Agni Deva and then bends down and lights the woods using two stones ..

He then stand in front of shakuntala who shyly picks up the jaya mala 's from floor and give one to him and hold other one in hand

Then" tara hai bharati "start to play on background

And both exchange the jaya mala with bright smile on there faces and then Dushyant gently holds her pallu and ties it with his angavastra and then holds her hand and then starts to take pheras around sacred fire ..

Once it was done Dushyant takes a dry red flower from the ground and smaeshes in between his palm and makes a powder out of it and then places it in her hair line and then picks other flower crown and places it around her head on place of chudamani , making Shakuntal close her eyes with mixed feelings of shyness and happiness at same time ..

Shakuntal then look towards Dushyant who say i front of this sacred fire , these stars , moon and all devi and devtas i prounce us as husband wife , are you happy maharani ji ?

Making Shakuntal node her head in yes and she then feel shy and hides her self in Dushyant chest and he hug her tightly..

They both that start to feel there desires kicking in and Dushyant gently keeps his fingers under Shakuntala chin and make her look up in his eyes ..

He started to study them and found same desire as his , making him move close to his Shakuntala who by now had understood what he want and gently pushes him away and start to walk away on shyness..

Feeling her shyness, Dushyant chuckles and then walk behind shakuntal who was standing near pond..

He then gently snakes his arms around shakuntal and pulls her closer to him , who was noticing all his moves through there reflection in pond , while still feeling shy she feels her desire hiking with his each move as Dushyant was moving his face on her neck and shoulder..

After trying to control alot finally even shakuntal loose her heart to her desire to be loved by Dushyant, she gently starts to sit on the land with Dushyant following her lead and then she looks in his eyes and finally Dushyant makes her lay on floor ..

Like that one week passed of there marriage and they started to live together in Rishi kanva 's ashram , enjoying there martial life with indirect blessing of Rishi kanva who had dive power of vision , he already knew this marriage was pre destined so he had approved of there marriage and even given them a boon of having a son as his blessing..

Shakuntal and Dushyant were too busy in there married life , that Dushyant had forgot about his kingdom..

But very next day when he and his Shakuntala were enjoying gardening together, one of the soldiers of his kingdom came with a scroll which had message of his most trusted minister, stating that political tussle had started to take place in there empire and he need to come back as soon as possible to handle the matter , he then look at solder and ask him to prepare for his departure through his eyes ,making soldier bow down and then walk away to do the preparation..

After reading the message Dushyant look at Shakuntala and say my love i needed to go back to my kingdom..

To which shakuntala ask what happened Aryaputtra ?

Dushyant look at her and reply there is situation of political unrest in my kingdom which needed to be dealed as soon as possible as it may cause destruction of our kingdom and i need to leave for my kingdom now only..

Making shakuntala shed tears as she had started to feel pain of separation just by hearing him , seeing her tear sticken face Dushyant 's eyes also get moisted and start to shed tears , he look at his wife and say if it would not have been important , i would have never left my heart here away from , me but i promise that moment this mess will be solved will myself come back here and take you back with me to our kingdom..

He then pulls his ring out of his finger and make her wear that on her finger and say my love keep this ring as my memory and day i will return back i will take you away with this ..

Shakuntala then look at his ring and then him and say aryaputtra you have your fare share of duties towards our kingdom and people, i will not stop you today , but they you came back to take me back to our kingdom i will never let you go out of my sight and then starts to cry and hug Dushyant..

Even Dushyant start to shed tears with that feeling of leaving his love behind , he wanted this moment to never end but it did ended with voice of one of his soldier 's request him to follow him to his chariot ..

Making him break hug and then give a forehead kiss to Shakuntala and then walk away with soldier leaving a teary-eyed shakuntala behind

Once he was out of sight shakuntala start to cry and even Dushyant starts to cry silently on his chariot in agnoy of leaving his love behind..

Dushyant 's chariot start to move away leaving a crying shakuntal behind while

Curtains are drawn down with shadows moving apart from eachother..

[ sidharth runs back to green room to change his clothes into a heavy angavastra, red colored dhoti and set his hair and wear his crown while shehnaaz run inside to stuff a pillow to make it look like a pregnant belly and wear long kurta instead on a blouse ..

She with bharti , shefali and martina gets ready for next scene and subodh sir were giving last minute pep tak to zain they all got ready and start to walk towards stage ]

Curtains are raised again ..

Shakuntala is scene sitting on grass bed with her 5 month pregnant belly and was lost thoughts of her Dushyant, you had left her here about 5 months and 1 week ago , although she had intuition that he missed her equally but constant pain in her heart and symbol of there love which was growing inside her made her miss him even more ...

Her pitashree who had came back from him pilgrimage when she was just one months pregnant was intially quite hesitant in front of her about her Gandharav vivah and her love for Dushyant but eventually accepted both of them making her heart smile ..

But from few days she was feeling uneasy but that thoughts use to get over shadowed by her sweet memories with Dushyant..

But she never realized that her uneasiness was a way of nature to show her sign of something un auspicious which was gone take place in her life soon ..

While shruti mam was sing yaad aarahe hai song in background

One day she was craving for some wild fruits making her father Rishi kanva go away from his hermitage to fetch those for his daughter..

Shakuntala who had seen her father going and knew it will take ample amount of time so she decides to distract her baby and starts to take to him about his father and then slowly herself got zoned out in his memories..

That she failed to hear voice of Rishi Durvasa, who was standing on gate of the ashram calling out her father continuesly ..

Rishi Durvasa who had got fed up as he was not getting any reply even after his constant calls decides to enter ashram himself ..

As he entered the ashram he witness shakuntal sit on the threshold of the hut , all lost in some other world and when he call again asking is there any one in this hermitage who will get some food for this guest ?

But even after getting no reply from her , he loose his anger and shout murkh stree ..

Making shakuntal comes out of her trans and finally notice Rishi Durvasa standing there and stands from her say parnipath Rishi vara ..

Making Rishi Durvasa smirk at her in anger and ask where were you lost from so long that you even didn't heard my costant calls and you didn't even came out to entertain guest who was stable on your door from long , it was a clear insult as you have insulted me i curse you that whoes thoughts had made you lose your basic sense of hospitality will loose all the memories related to you for life time ..

Making shakuntala stand there in shock and Rishi Durvasa were gone sprinkle some holy water to activate his cusre when he hears a loud voice pls forgive her Rishivara ..

He then looks at his side only to find three young ladies standing in front of him while joining there hands, he look at three of them and ask this maiden has disrespect me big time by ignoring my constant calls and not attending me and she deserves this and again was just gone sprinkle holy water on shakuntala who was standing there like a a dead being ..

When he feels two hands holding his feets Making him look down only to find one of the girls holding his feet and say pls Guru vara don't do this she had already away from most important part of her life pls don't snatch that away from her ..

Making Rishi Durvasa order that young lady Stan on her feet and ask what do you mean ?

That young lady ( shefali) fold her hand and say Rishi vara i am priyamvadha and she is my best friend shakuntal daughter of Rishi vishvamitra and Apsara Menka and adopted daughter of Rishi kanva, hey maha manu she has gone through alot and then start to tell him about shakuntala 's marriage with her love and how he has to leave her due to some problems in his kingdom and her naturing this pregnancy alone ..

Making even anger Rishi Durvasa come down after listening her suffering and say i am sorry putri that i just cursed you in fitgh of anger without realizing your state of body and mind , although i can't take my curse back but i can modify it , i Rishi Durvasa gives you a boon that when your husband will see the ring which he has given you as symbol of his love , he will regain all his memories back very next moment and then sprinkle the holy water on her and then walks away taking some fruits..

Once Rishi Durvasa was gone at exact same moment Rishi kanva enters with ashram with basket full of fruits which his daughter was craving for but as he entered the hut he found his daughter crying and her friends consoling her ..

Rishi kanva kepts that basket away and walk towards them and inquired about what transpired in his absence and got known about curse that Rishi Durvasa gave to her daughter and modification he did in end ..

He then look towards his daughter shakuntala and say lets go putri it is time that finally you must go back to your husband and your kingdom and for Dushyant to know about your pregnancy and accept his child , as its already 5 months and by the time we will reache there you will be in middle of your 6 month i.e near end of your mid trimester and its best time as you both will be safe while traveling and if we delay it your last trimester will start and it will be dangerous for you both so suggest we should all pack or necessary items and start our journey tomorrow morning ..

He then keeps his hand of shakuntala 's head to bless her and walk away to start preparing for there travel to Hastinpur..

After Rishi kanva had left the ashram shakuntala 's friends start to pamper her and decorate her beautiful with normal gold jewelery they had and start to prepare her as a new bride..

Making shakuntala look at her reflection is mirror which was present on wall and sing "meri bindiya teri nidhya na udhae dae toh khena"

Shakuntala was laughing with her friends while getting ready to meet her Dushyant forgetting about the cusre , whose effect will snatch smile from her face ..

Like that day went by and a new day arrived which gaved Shakuntala a hope for better future with her husband with this hope she sits on the ship with her friends , leaving her father behind , she started her journey to Hastinpur..

Curious are then drawn down again..

[While shehnaaz and others again doing shadow show ,showing them travel to Hastinpur and Shakuntal losing her ring while playing with water, zain finally had got free feon from his part and was having is lunch while set up of rajsabha was going on in background and sidharth was preparing himself by giving pep talk to himself about him just acting and not actually bad mouthing and being rude to shehnaaz]

After that curtains are raised again with Dushyant who had lost all his sweet memories with his shakuntal due to curse of Rishi Durvasa was walk in shabha towards his throne and common public and minister 's singing his praise

Maharaj Dushyant ke jai ho ! Jai ho !

He then sits on his throne when one of his guards informed that few people have came who wants to meet you ...

To which Dushyant nodes his head making other soldiers clear the path ..

As he saw four ladies entering the sabha, with Shakuntala all decade up walking in front with her friends following her behind ...

As she walked in front her beautiful face which was cover with net vail made ever man who was present in shabha 'a heart skip and beat but moment they saw her baby bump then look down..

Dushyant look at Shakuntala and ask paripath why do you want to meet me devi ?

To which shakuntala reply Parintha Maharaj i have came here to find my husband who had left me in my fathers house due to some important work but never came back he also impregnated me ..

Making Dushyant anger and he then look at Shakuntala and ask what is the name to that man ?

To which shakuntala reply Maharaj his name is Dushyant he belongs to puru leniage where a son exchange his youth with his father without having a second thought, he said he love me and married me and now i am pregnant with his child ..

Making everyone in sabha shock and Dushyant shout at shakuntal saying how dare you put such allegation on me ,who the hell are you ?

After hearing his angry voice shakuntala fitch in fear as she was used to his soft voice but she composed herself and then pulls up her vail and then say i am shakuntal daughter ko Maharishi vishvamitra and apsar menka and adopted daughter of Maharishi kanva and your wife , while revealing her face ..

After seeing her face Dushyant gets lost in beauty for a while but her nasty allegation made his face go blank he then look at her and say nice try woman , but how came i become your husband when i am seeing you for the first time in my life ..

After listening to his reply shakuntala had tears in her eyes she with moisture in her voice ask do you really don't know me Maharaj?

To which Dushyant node his head in yes

Then shakuntal say then you must have seen this ring for the first time as well after showing he has gifted her next day of there marriage ..

After seeing the ring Dushyant say devi i never saw this ring nor i had worn such ring in my life ..

After which shakuntala say really Maharaj you never so this ring its fine but what about ..

As she was about to pull his last gifted ring to show him , she found it missing from her hand, making her go numb but what Dushyant said next made her loose her temper..

Dushyant say about what devi , pls don't try to fool me with these rings and fake marriage story as i had seen you first time in my life so pls don't try to put sach allegation on my and about this child god know who is its...

But before he could complete his sentence shakuntala shout i dare you Maharaj to say something about my character and my child , just of my past ..
He is a full legitimate child born out of our wed lock ..

Today i have no evidence to prove you that i am your wife but day i will get them i will make sure you give are child the throne and rights he deserves and then walks out of sabha in full anger..

Leaving an confused and agitated Dushyant behind who shout ekaant , making everyone leave him alone in deep thought..

Once she was away from rajmehal Shakuntala Starts to cry really bad and due to continues crying she passes out on that place it self ..

While tujha yaad na meri aye being singed by martina in background

After sometime a group of Rishi muni 's who were traveling back to there ashram spoted a unconscious shakuntala lying there with no one around there accept a scroll which was written by her friends stating them it might cause harm to there image as fell so they can't take her back with them as her husband 's home is her right full place..

They all look at her with pity and with help of there meditation power lift shakuntala up and take her to there ashram, where they start to treat her ..

After about 12 hrs she open her eye and look around only to find her in ashram but it was not hers she was dam sure about, she then carefully gets up from her bed and start to walk around the hut ..

And was about to step out of hut when few elderly ladies who were actually wife of the rishi's who have saved her came running towards her and ask shakuntala to rest ?

To which she ask where are her friends, only to know that they have left her as well making her heart break more ...

She starts to cry again to which Rishi 's patni 's start to console her and ask her the think about her child..

Making her stop crying and she made to get her child all the rights he deserved as goal of her life and start to take care of her child ..

Like that reming three months of her pregnancy passed away and it was time of her delivery and she starts to feel pain of labor and made her cry louder , waking all the people of ashram , all the females gathered around her ..

And Curtains was raised down for second last time

In which shadow show was happening in which on one side shakuntala was giving birth to her child while keeping a cloth in her mouth in order to not scare the kids who are students in that ashram..

On other side a fisherman was take out a net full of fish and was checking them out when he felt something solid inside one fishes stomach, he then cuts open the fish only to find a ring inside it stomach which looked quite expensive so he thought to give it in rajmehal ..

One sides Curtains are draged away were we see Dushyant sitting with his minsiters and talk about some matter related to empire , when a soldier came inside and ask permission to allow fisherman to come inside,who claims to have something very important thing of his ..

Making Dushyant nodd his head in yes ..

Fisherman walk 's inside the sabha and greets him parnipath maharaj ..

To which Dushyant nodes his head and ask i have heard from my sources that you have something that belongs to me ?

To which fisherman reply yes Maharaj, then takes ring out of his sac and say Maharaj in morning when i was checking all my fishes which i have catch in my net before selling to public when suddenly i felt something hard in one of my fish 's stomach area , so i cut it open and found this ring inside it which had your intials engraved on it ..

After which he passes that Ring to Dushyant and when Dushyant saw that , he got hit by a sudden head ache which made him loose his consious and he was getting flashback of all is loved filled moments with his love shakuntala till there last meet , while he was lying unconscious on the bed thus indicating that cruse given by Rishi Durvasa has been broken by his own given boon ..

King Dushyant suddenly wake ups from his sleep by shouting shakuntala ..

And at same time finally shakuntala gave birth to there son ..

Dushyant wake up from his sleep and then start to remember how he insulted  his Shakuntala and start to cry in regret and then cry wholenight..

And very next day reveal about his  Gandharav marriage to Shakuntala and her carrying there future king in her womb making people gossip amongst them selves and then he ask his soldiers to start preparations to go to Rishi kanva 's ashram to bring back there queen ..

While Dushyant was preparing to go to her father's house Shakuntala was enjoying her motherhood with different snaskar function taking every month ..

Like that months passed abd Dushyant who had gone to Rishi kanva 's ashram came to know that she never came back there after there last meet  , he even asked forgiveness from Rishi kanva who intially was unpleased but finally forgave him as he had got hit by the curse given by Rishi Durvasa..

He then came back to his kingdom and he then summoned his all army and divided them into groups  and with them start to travel around Aryanvarta to search for his Shakuntala and there prince ...

While singing "teri hogya 2 "

[ ( i n this story) sidharth dada ji had written this song in his dairy dedicating to his and sidharth 's ajji 's struggle the face to finally getting married to eachother and there lover story got its happily ever after ]

Dushyant ( sidharth) starts to sing - Dekho kaise, tujhse main yoon door chala gaya

(Remembering the time he have to leave shakuntala due to emergency in his kingdom)

Soach bhi nahi  kya hoga tera jo main chala gya ..

Then  one half of curtains is drawn towards stage and other half is  drawn  away  and with shakuntala standing out her hut holding ring gift by Dushyant and crying missing him ..

Then other curtain is also drawn away with lyrics

With both Dushyant and shakuntal missing each other..

Like that five years pass ..

One fine day Dushyant had set his camp in a jungle with his other soldiers..

He felt alone there so he start to walk away from camp while still  missing his Shakuntala..

He was walking around when he saw a child with a lion , he thought lion is gone eat it so he took out his arrow and make in attatch to bow string and was about to shoot it when he heard child 's giggles..

Making him move forward and witness that little 5 yrs old actually playing with that lion and counting its teeth ( he was a dentist before even it was a thing 🤣🤣 we do same on our omr department🤣🤣🤣 sorry for side track again 😅)

Making Dushyant amuses he then walk towards the child and gently pat his head only to make him came out of lion's mouth and look at him with his doe eyes , after seeing which Dushyant remembers his Shakuntala once again..

He then look at that kid and ask what 's your name ? And why are you here alone with this lion ?

To which the boy ( shehzada) reply parnipath my name is Bharta and this lion is my friend so i am playing with him here ..

Making Dushyant smile and then ask where your parents little one ?

To which Bharta reply my mata shakuntala must be teaching some of the girls in ashram and my pitashree Maharaj Dushyant  must be busy in some important work in his kingdom Hastinpur..

After hearing his and his Shakuntala 's name from Bharta mouths all the hell broke loose and he starts to cry , making Bharta look at him and ask what happened why are you crying  sir ?

To which Dushyant pulls little Bharta towards his chest and say pls don't call me sir my child im your father..

After listening to his words Bharta look at him and ask are you really my father..

To which Dushyant nodes his head , Making Bharta come out of his hold and touch his feet saying pranam pitashree  ..

Dushyant again pull Bharta in to hug and then say pls take me to your mother ..

To which Bharta noddes and start to run towards ashram and Dushyant follow him ..

After reaching inside ashram Bharta starts to shout mata shree matashree look who have came to meet us and then turn towards his father Dushyant who was standing away from him at some distance..

He then again shouts mata shree ..

Making shakuntala come out of her hut running and ask what happened Putra why are you shouting ?

To which Bharta say look matashree who has came to meet us  and he the turn around..

Making shakuntala look at direction in which Her son was looking at only to find her lover , her husband and father of her child Dushyant standing there , after seeing him tears start to flow from shakuntala 's eyes , she then look down at her son and say you go inside i need to talk to your pitashree  ..

She then looks around and then look back at Dushyant and ask what is mighty king of Hastinpur doing at the door step of a woman whom you consider as a wh..

Dushyant shout shakuntala dare to use that word for yourself, i know i did wrong  with you and denied to identify you and even..

Then look down and say i know no explanation can heal the pain i gave you but i don't know what happened to me that one day i was attending my shabha and was all excited to tell my ministers and my people who had came there to tell them about our wedding and ask them to prepare to welcome you in our kingdom, but when i was about to do that suddenly i don't know how i lost my consciousness and then totally forgot about you and over love ..

After listening to Dushyant 's explaination, shakuntala got a  flash of memory of day when Rishi Durvasa came to her hermitage and he had cusred her as she had not attended him properly..

Making shakuntala realize he was not actually at fault and then look at him and ask how did you got our memories back ?

To which Dushyant look up and then show her a ring and say one day i was sitting in sabha when a fisherman came back with this ring and when i saw it i again lost my conscious and when a wake up next day i realized it was same ring i gave you as token of my love  before coming back to Hastinpur..

After listening that shakuntala looked towards him after realizing that Rishi Durvasa curse which had destroyed her life was gone came back to track due to his boon only and then say i forgive you Aryaputra..

After listening Aryaputra from shakuntala mouth Dushyant gives her a teary smile and ask really my love ..

To which shakuntala node her head ..

After which Dushyant  start to walk towards her while singing..

Door door leharein jaati phi bhi hai  laut aati

Vaise hi tay tha ek din tera mera mil jaana tera mere pass
Aana

Dooriyaan nahi hai mumkin

Koyi daayra raha na , koyi darmiyaan raha na ..

Then suddenly out of no where there part came of her hut running and ask matashree are we going back with pitashree..

To which shakuntal node her head ..

Making Dushyant smile and he the hug both of them

With lyrics being singed in background..

Lets talk about this ritual i taked about ..

In pervious yug free hairs were considered to be symbol of a unmarried and young prince who is free of all rules and regulations..

But day her marriage use to get confirmed there hair's were braided and finally on day of there marriage it was tied into bun , which was secured by placing chudamani after sindoor dan ..

As a symbol of holy union and now woman has many responsibilities on her head ..

Its not like that they were not allowed to open there hair but only in front of her other half her husband, it was symbolic that you can be your  care free self just with your husband and inside your room ..

And these rituals are still followed in every part of our India in different form and it had just become a ritual and nothing else , in my family this ritual is known as sar guthae in which sister in law comb new bride 's hair and make a bun of it and secure it with a rubber band made out of moli the holy thread know as saath naala  ( i will tell about this ritual in this book only in future chapter)
