Next Morning...

Manik woke up to find Nandini wasnt in bed. He sat up and looked around the room.

"Nandini?" He called out. Manik stood up and went to the washroom but she wasnt there either. He then looked at the clock and saw it was 7am. "Thats weird....Nandini itni jaldi toh nahi uthi hai...."

Manik then came out of his room and found his brothers wandering the halls in a confused way.

"Hey....tum logon ne Nandini ko dekha?" Manik asked.

"Nandini ko? Bhai humne subha se apni khud ki biwiyon ko nahi dekha....teri biwi ko kaha se dekhenge?" Cabir replied.

"What?" 

"Haan Mukti aur Navya bhi subha se gayab hai. I mean at least Navya aur Nandini 8-9 baaje tak uth jaati hai but....Mukti toh kabhi 10 baaje se pehle uthi hi nahi hai! Roz uski kharaaton ki awaaz se utha hoon maina but aaj....silence!" Abhi added.

"Same here....minus the snoring of course. Nandini is a very silent sleeper....but woh bhi subha se nahi dikh rahi hai. I looked in the washroom, the balcony...sab jagah." Manik told them.

"Where could they be?" Cabir asked.

"Om Jai jagdish hare..." A girl's voice is heard echoing through the mansion. The Malhotra brothers looked at each other before going downstairs towards the family temple area. They looked confused as they saw three women decked in sarees and heavy jewelry.

"Abbe....yeh teenon kaun hai?" Cabir whispered to his brothers.

"Paata nahi...kal raat ko koi guest rukh gaye they kya?" Abhi whispered back.

"Not that I know of...sirf Chachu, Chachi aur Dadi." Manik replied. "Lets ask them..."

"Haan...uhm excuse me bhabhiji!" Cabir called out.

After the aarti was done, the girls turned. The boys were in complete shock as they saw their wives. 

 Nandini wore a red saree and she had a hand full of red bangles, her hairline was filled with red sindoor and she wore her pallu over her head. Navya & Mukti had similar sarees as her and had fully traditional looks.

"Nandini?"

"Mukti??"

"Navya???"

Manik, Cabir & Abhi's mouths fell right to the ground.

"Arre...aa gaye aap? Yeh lijiye...prasad." Nandini took the thaali over to them. 

"AAP????" Manik asked. Nandini fixed her pallu and bent to touch Manik's feet which freaked him out.

"Nandini kya kar rahi ho?" Manik jumped away. "Whats wrong with you?"

"Humme kya hoga?" Nandini shrugged. "Aap prasad khayiye...hum nashta dekh ke aate hai."

She walked off and Manik was left super confused.

"Suniye ji..." Navya walked upto Cabir who looked scared and looked here and there. Navya & Mukti tried to touch their respective husband's feet buth were both stopped.

"Mukti..."

"DONT! Even think about it!" Cabir warned Navya before she could touch his feet.

"Ji, thik hai. Jaisi aapki agya. Aap bhi baithiya nashte ke liye. Hum aapko paros dete hai." Navya replied. Mukti nodded along.

"Whats going on here? Hum kisi parallel universe mein aa gaye hai kya?" Cabir asked.

"Ruhi ke Papa...aap pls jaa ke Ruhi ko utha dijiye school ke liye." Mukti said.

"Uhm....ok...." Abhi just nodded. He went to wake up his daughter.

"Dadiji.... shubh prabhaat." Nandini greeted Parvati as she came downstairs with Nyonika. Nandini, Navya & Mukti fixed their pallus and touched her feet seeking her blessings.

"Sada suhagan raho." Parvati smiled, impressed with the girls. "Hmmm...lagta hai tu sahi bol rahi thi bahu. Yeh teeno toh sach mein sankari hai.....par jo kal hua woh phirse nahi hona chahiye. Achi ghar ki bahuein aise kapre kabhi nahi pehnte, ghar ke function mein bhi nahi."

"Ji Dadi....humme maaf kar dijiye." Navya replied.

"Thik hai...galati samajh ke maaf karti hoon. Par haan...galati sirf ek baar hoti hai aur uski ek hi baar maafi hoti hai. Baar baar kiya hua galati ko galati nahi agya ka ullanghan kehte hai." Parvati said. She sat down & Nandini served her breakfast which was light according to her diet. "Arre vaah...yeh sab kisne banaya?"

"Humne Dadji." Nandini smiled.

"Tujhe Nyo na bataya mere pasand na pasand ke baare mein?" 

"Ji humne socha ke hum Ma se puch ke aapke liye nashta tayyar rakhenge. Kyunki aap subha sabse pehle nashta karke akhbar parte hai na?"

Parvati looked very impressed that Nandini knew all this. Nyonika looked to the side & saw her sons very confused. She almost started laughing but stopped herself. Finally Nandini & Navya went into the kitchen while Mukti stayed by Parvati incase she needed anything. Manik & Cabir managed to sneak past them & went upto their wives.

"What the heck is going on?" Manik whispered to Nandini. "Tum teeno nayi naveli dulhan ki tarah kyun tayyar hue ho? Also why are you acting so wierd!"

"Haan...aur yeh tum log humme aap, suniye yeh sab kyun bol rahe ho? Like...itni izzat kaha se aa gayi?" Cabir asked.

"Abe dhakan!" Navya dropped her act and smacked Cabir's arm hard. "Sab kuch spell out karke samjhana hoga kya?"

"OH THANK GOD! There's my wifey!" Cabir smiled & hugged Navya. "Mujhe laga koi alien ne tumhe kidnap karke tumhari jagah le liya."

Manik, Nandini & Navya looked at him strangely. 

"Really? THAT was your first thought?" Manik asked. "Aliens?"

"Haan...kyun nahi? Ho sakta hai na?" Cabir replied.

"Whatever....girls care to explain what all this is?" Manik asked.

"Hum yeh sab Dadi ko khush karne ke liye kar rahe hai...woh khush hogi toh yahan iss ghar mein rahene ke liye mann jayegi. Then dheere dheere woh hum teeno ko apna legi kyunki hum unke hisab se rahenge. Then... we can slowly change her way of thinking aur ek ek karke saare rishton ke thik kar denge." Navya explained.

Manik & Cabir stared at the two girls. Then Manik gave a slow clap. "Wah...wah....kya plan hai!"

Nandini & Navya grinned not realizing his sarcastic tone.

"Yeh mind blowing plan pakka meri biwi ki hogi nahi?" Manik asked.

"Haan par....tumhe kaise paata chala?" Nandini asked.

"Iss pure ghar mein sabse zyada khurafati dimaag aur over confidence tumhare paas hi hai." Manik replied.

"Over confidence kaisa?" Nandini looked offended.

"Matlab khurafati dimaag se koi objection nahi hai?" Cabir laughed.

"Iss khurafati dimaag ke vajah se hi hum yahan tak pauch paaye varna tum teen bhaiyon ko toh itne saalon se paata bhi nahi tha ki family mein itne darar hai." Nandini replied.

"She's got a point there." Cabir mumbled to Manik.

"But back to the over confidence remark...." Nandini put her hands on her waist and glared at Manik. 

"Look Nandini...mujhe paata hai you mean well but jab itne saalon mein yeh problem thik nahi hua then what makes you think tum thik kar dogi? Ekta Kapoor serial ki super bahu samajhti ho kya khud ho?"

"Manik....tum na kitne negative insaan ho!" Nandini pouted. 

"Im not negative...just realistic. Obviously I'd be thrilled if this works lekin....I dont know. I mean Bua toh aayi bhi nahi and Chachu Chachi aaj hi jaane wale hai." Manik said.

"What? Aaj hi?" 

"Yeah...they just stayed back one night kyunki tum ITNA insist kar rahi thi but Riya aur Trisha ne bataya that Chachu doesnt want to stay back too long. Woh abhi 10-15 minute mein nikal rahe hai." Manik replied.

Nandini looked down sadly...not sure what to do but then she thought of something and slowly smiled. Manik got worried as she raised her head and wagged her eye brows at him.

"Oh no....ab kya karne wali ho tum?"

"Manik...you trust me na?" Nandini asked sweetly.

"Nope."  Manik replied without hesitation making her frown at him.

"Well too bad." Nandini replied. "Cause I have an idea annnddnd....well....it's going to seem A BIT extreme...but im gonna need your help."

"Of course it is...." Manik sighed. "Whats the plan."

Nandini then told them the plan.

Kunal & Aisha were coming down the stairs....ready to leave with their daughters. Meanwhile Dadi sat on the couch reading her newspaper unaffected.

"Bebe....rokh lijiye na unko. Pls." Nyonika begged.

"Kyun? Bade hai...apna faisla khud le sakta hai." Parvati replied as Jassi massaged her leg.

"Bhabhi....rehne dijiye. Yeh nahi badlegi." Kunal stopped Nyonika.

 "Kunal...thode....thode aur din rukh ja." Raj spoke up. "Itne saalon baad mila hai."

"Maine pehle hi kaha tha Bhaiyya...main yahan bachon ke liye aaya tha aapke liye nahi." Kunal replied. "Unka mann rakh liya ab humme apna ghar jaana chahiye."

Ring! Ring!

Aisha picked up her phone which was ringing. "Hello?......WHAT?"

"Kya hua?" Kunal asked.

"Yeh....aap...aap aise kaise kar sakte hai?" Aisha asked the person on phone.

"Aisha...what happened?" Kunal asked.

"Kunal....humara landlord ka call hai. Unhone humme ghar se nikal diya!" Aisha said. 

"WHAT? Aise kaise nikal diya? Humne rent toh time pe diya tha!" Kunal snatched the phone & started yelling at the guy. Meanwhile, Nandini stood to the side hiding her smirk.

"Bechara landlord kitna dant kha raha hai tumhari vajah se." Manik mumbled to her.

"Meri vajah se nahi, HUMARI vajah se. Tumne apne connections ko use karke landlord ko humare side kiya. Remember?" Nandini whispered.

"Mere paas aur koi choice tha?" Manik asked.

"Bilkul nahi..." Nandini shook her head with a grin. "Anyways...Mr Sakhuja ko duayyein milega! Ek toote family ko jodne jaise acha kaam mein madat kar rahe na."

Frustrated Kunal hung up the phone and threw it. 

"Kunal...ab kya hoga? Itne short notice mein hum kaise ghar dhundenge?" Aisha asked.

"Ghar mein lakshmi ki jagah dayyan aati na toh yehi hoti hai." Parvati taunted.

"Bebe yeh kya baat hui? Hum jee jaan laga ke excercise kar rahe hai par phir bhi aap humme yun sabke samne moti bula rahi hai?" Jassi cried.

"Chup kar...bewakoof." Parvati scolded her. "Moti nahi HOTI ...YEHI HOTI HAI bola main."

"Kunal...ab toh shayad bhagwan bhi chahte hai ke tu yahan rukh jaaye." Raj spoke up. "Tu bachon ke saath kaha jayega?"

"Kunal...bhaiyya sahi bol rahe hai. We have no other choice." Aisha spoke up. 

Kunal wanted to refuse but even he knew they actually had no other choice. "Fine! Lekin sirf tab tak jab tak humme koi dusra ghar nahi mil jaata."

Raj nodded, just happy to have his brother.

"Sorry Chachu....par dusra ghar toh tab milega na jab mein milne dungi." Nandini thought to herself.

"Chalo...ab sab set hai. Par tum sab ka samman?" Nyo asked.

"Bhabhi woh humara landlord...Mr Sakhuja na bola ke woh bhej denge...hum jahan bhi rahenge wahan." Aisha said.

"Thik hai...tumhare bhaiyya baat kar lenge unse." Nyo replied.
