|•Chapter 16•|
Tsìlpey eyes fluttered open as she yawned. She was feeling better and haven't thrown up for a while. The last time she did was after she had fish, but she always liked fish. "I dont know how I could have ate fish before it's disguesting." Tsìlpey recalled herself saying that the day before.
Tsìlpey sat up as it was mid afternoon and she had just woken up from a nap. She got up and walked outside of her room. The other Sully children were no where to be seen. The only person in the room was Neytiri. "How did you sleep?" Neytiri asked.
"Good." Tsìlpey thought it would be a good time to ask if Neytiri would braid her hair. "Neytiri, would you be able to braid my hair?"
Neytiri looked up from what she was doing, which she was making a small braclet. "Sure."
Neytiri instructed her to get a few bags with everything that she needed and told her to say down in front of her. Neytiri put the braclet to the side as she grabbed things she would need out of the bag and then started to braid Tsìlpey's hair.
Tsìlpey didn't care what Neytiri did. She did have one request. "Would you put diffrent things into my hair like beads?"
"Yes." Neytiri replied. She sung a song as she continued to braid Tsìlpey's hair until it was finished. She ran her hand threw her hair as it was perfect.
A horn blew in the distance as Metkayina ran past their Mauri. "They're coming!" A Metkayina girl yelled.
Neytiri and Tsìlpey shared a lot before getting up and going outside. "The Tulkun have returned!" Tsireya yelled as she was on her Ilu. "Everybody, our Brothers and Sisters have returned!"
Na'vi dove into the water as Tsìlpey ran to find Neteyam. She wanted to see it with Neteyam.
In their endless cycle of migration, the tulkun had come home.
Neteyam could see in the distance his mate running to him. He smiled as he called his Ilu and got on. His mate got onto the Ilu when she got to him.
They rode out to where the Tulkun were coming in. There was shouting and Tulkun calling. "I see you!" A man said to his spirit brother.
Neteyam let out a laugh and he and Tsìlpey looked around at this sight. Tsireya could be seen with Lo'ak pointing at a Tulkun. Tonowari could be seen on his Skimwing in the air flying around.
Tulkun's called to their sisters and brothers, other sung with them. To think that this would be their life now and would have a spirit brother or sister was something that interested Tsìlpey. She still wasn't sure of her new home, she missed the forest.
More and more Na'vi fled from their homes to see the Tulkun returning. A small calf swam underneath Neteyam and Tsìlpey as they dove down. Tsìlpey let out a small smile at the sight of Na'vi and Tulkun under the water. Doing tricks or swimming around together.
There were others that sat above surface on their Tulkun and talked to them, told them stories and catches up on what happend while they were away.
It was a time for stories. Of their season apart. Of deaths and births.
Tsìlpey looked to see a mother and father with a baby as they let the baby go and it swam to the surface. The Tulkun watched and trilled softly.
Of old friends and new loves.
That's what happend the whole day. Na'vi and their spirit siblings meeting again. The Dullied had a day off but they practiced togther sign language that Tsireya and Rotxo were teaching them.
The Tulkun had came home.
They even taught Jake and Neytiri some words in sign so they could try to communicate in the water, though Neytiri wasn't found of the whole 'riding an Ilu idea.' She liked riding her Ikran.
All of the Sully's sat togther as they watched the ocean sight more and more. The sun started to set and fires began to rise. As there would be a celebration and feast for the returning of the Metkayina's spirit sisters and brothers.
