Sasuke was a successful assistant  in Japan, but most people would mistake him as a girl. Most people at Konoha's Hospital at least. He had curves, not as much curves as a regular girl, but it was enough to convince people. Sasuke's chest was a little wide and it surprisingly it poked out, kind of like a girl's chest, but that was only because his posture was was good.

His main partner, Hyūga Neji, was successful as much as Sasuke. Most people enjoyed Neji as their doctor because the remedies and treatments that were prescribed by him. But none of that would actually be possible if his nurse assistant didn't appear. Everyone had thought that since the Hyūga was so focused on his work that he had ignored his love interest. Very little even thought that he had no love interest in anyone. But how wrong were they?

If they really had a keen eye on his personality, they would figure out that Neji was a possessive, lustful, cynical doctor who was bisexual. He had a small obsession with Uchiha Sasuke.

Sasuke sat at his desk in the faculty room, reviewing some reports on his patients. The door opened, revealing the Hyūga but Sasuke paid no attention. The door closed and a slight click was heard, meaning it was locked.

The Uchiha perked his head up, setting his papers down.

"Neji-sama..you locked the door?", he asks, pointing to it. Neji chuckled.

"Of course I did..

"W-well.. can you unlock it please?"

"I don't know. Can I?"

The Uchiha groans at his teasing attitude and tone. He sighed quietly, "Hai. You're right next to it..Wait what are you--?!". His sentence was cut off when Neji threw the key under the door. With such speed, Neji pushed Sasuke, his back pressed against the counter.

The raven tensed up, as Neji ran his hand through his pale cheek and his other hand was busy keeping Sasuke's left hand from struggling or pushing him away. The Hyūga pressed his waist against the other male, earning a slight gasp from the other.

"I wonder~....", the brown haired male hummed, roaming his hands across the Uchiha, his right hand stopping at his abdomen. "Are you truly a male like you say~?"

"Wh-what?!"

"Ne, Sasuke-chan..you don't now how long I've waited for this~~..

Neji nibbled and nipped on his earlobe, causing the raven to squeak, his cheeks flushing a bit of pink. Suddenly, Sasuke felt his head begin to spin, and his vision blurred.
"N-Neji...sama"

The Uchiha fell on his side, a loud thud echoed across the room. While the Hyuga quickly put the tranquilizer away, the door then opened, revealing Kakashi.

"What---"

"Don't worry, I'll take him home. You just tell the others that Sasuke might not come to work for a few weeks...he's been trying to hide his sicknesses", Neji lied, picking up his assistant, bridal style. The Hatake blinked slightly.

'Sasuke-chan...you are mine~'
